حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ أَعْتَقَ نَصِيبًا لَهُ مِنْ الْعَبْدِ فَکَانَ لَهُ مِنْ الْمَالِ مَا يَبْلُغُ قِيمَتَهُ يُقَوَّمُ عَلَيْهِ قِيمَةَ عَدْلٍ وَأُعْتِقَ مِنْ مَالِهِ وَإِلَّا فَقَدْ عَتَقَ مِنْهُ

Narrated Ibn `Umar: The Prophet said, "If one manumits his share of a common slave (Abd), and he has money sufficient to free the remaining portion of the price of the slave (justly estimated), then he should free the slave completely by paying the rest of his price; otherwise the slave is freed partly. "

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ کُلُّکُمْ رَاعٍ فَمَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ فَالْأَمِيرُ الَّذِي عَلَی النَّاسِ رَاعٍ وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْهُمْ وَالرَّجُلُ رَاعٍ عَلَی أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْهُمْ وَالْمَرْأَةُ رَاعِيَةٌ عَلَی بَيْتِ بَعْلِهَا وَوَلَدِهِ وَهِيَ مَسْئُولَةٌ عَنْهُمْ وَالْعَبْدُ رَاعٍ عَلَی مَالِ سَيِّدِهِ وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْهُ أَلَا فَکُلُّکُمْ رَاعٍ وَکُلُّکُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ

Narrated `Abdullah: Allah's Apostle said, "Everyone of you is a guardian and is responsible for his charges. The ruler who has authority over people, is a guardian and is responsible for them, a man is a guardian of his family and is responsible for them; a woman is a guardian of her husband's house and children and is responsible for them; a slave ('Abu) is a guardian of his master's property and is responsible for it; so all of you are guardians and are responsible for your charges."

حَدَّثَنَا مَالِکُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ وَزَيْدَ بْنَ خَالِدٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا زَنَتْ الْأَمَةُ فَاجْلِدُوهَا ثُمَّ إِذَا زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا ثُمَّ إِذَا زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا فِي الثَّالِثَةِ أَوْ الرَّابِعَةِ بِيعُوهَا وَلَوْ بِضَفِيرٍ

Narrated Abu Huraira and Zaid bin Khalid: The Prophet said, "If a slave-girl (Ama) commits illegal sexual intercourse, scourge her; if she does it again, scourge her again; if she repeats it, scourge her again." The narrator added that on the third or the fourth offense, the Prophet said, "Sell her even for a hair rope."

حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَتَی أَحَدَکُمْ خَادِمُهُ بِطَعَامِهِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يُجْلِسْهُ مَعَهُ فَليُنَاوِلْهُ لُقْمَةً أَوْ لُقْمَتَيْنِ أَوْ أُکْلَةً أَوْ أُکْلَتَيْنِ فَإِنَّهُ وَلِيَ عِلَاجَهُ

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "When your servant brings your meals to you then if he does not let him sit and share the meals, then he should at least give him a mouthful or two mouthfuls of that meal or a meal or two meals, as he has prepared it."

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ کُلُّکُمْ رَاعٍ وَمَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ فَالْإِمَامُ رَاعٍ وَمَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ وَالرَّجُلُ فِي أَهْلِهِ رَاعٍ وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ وَالْمَرْأَةُ فِي بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا رَاعِيَةٌ وَهِيَ مَسْئُولَةٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهَا وَالْخَادِمُ فِي مَالِ سَيِّدِهِ رَاعٍ وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ قَالَ فَسَمِعْتُ هَؤُلَائِ مِنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَحْسِبُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ وَالرَّجُلُ فِي مَالِ أَبِيهِ رَاعٍ وَمَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ فَکُلُّکُمْ رَاعٍ وَکُلُّکُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: That he heard Allah's Apostle saying, "Everyone of you is a guardian and is responsible for his charge; the ruler is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects; the man is a guardian in his family and responsible for his charges; a woman is a guardian of her husband's house and responsible for her charges; and the servant is a guardian of his master's property and is responsible for his charge." I definitely heard the above from the Prophet and think that the Prophet also said, "A man is a guardian of his father's property and responsible for his charges; so everyone of you is a guardian and responsible for his charges."

رَعِيَّتِهِ» ← رَعِيَّتِهِ فَکُلُّکُمْ رَاعٍ وَکُلُّکُمْ مَسْئُولٌ ← وَالرَّجُلُ فِي مَالِ أَبِيهِ رَاعٍ وَمَسْئُولٌ ← فَسَمِعْتُ هَؤُلَائِ مِنْ النَّبِيِّ وَأَحْسِبُ النَّبِيَّ ← رَعِيَّتِهِ» ← رَعِيَّتِهَا وَالْخَادِمُ فِي مَالِ سَيِّدِهِ رَاعٍ وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ ← رَعِيَّتِهِ وَالْمَرْأَةُ فِي بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا رَاعِيَةٌ وَهِيَ مَسْئُولَةٌ ← رَعِيَّتِهِ وَالرَّجُلُ فِي أَهْلِهِ رَاعٍ وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ ← رَعِيَّتِهِ فَالْإِمَامُ رَاعٍ وَمَسْئُولٌ ← کُلُّکُمْ رَاعٍ وَمَسْئُولٌ ← رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ← عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ ← سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ← الزُّهْرِيِّ، ← شُعَيْبٌ، ← أَبُو الْيَمَانِ،

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِکُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ قَالَ وَأَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ فُلَانٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ح و حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ هَمَّامٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا قَاتَلَ أَحَدُکُمْ فَلْيَجْتَنِبْ الْوَجْهَ قال ابواسحاق قال ابن حرب الذي قال ابن فلان هوقول ابن وهب وهوابن سمعان

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "If somebody fights (or beats somebody) then he should avoid the face."
