حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي عَنْ أَسْمَائَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَکْرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَتْ کُنْتُ أَنْقُلُ النَّوَی مِنْ أَرْضِ الزُّبَيْرِ الَّتِي أَقْطَعَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَی رَأْسِي وَهِيَ مِنِّي عَلَی ثُلُثَيْ فَرْسَخٍ وَقَالَ أَبُو ضَمْرَةَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَقْطَعَ الزُّبَيْرَ أَرْضًا مِنْ أَمْوَالِ بَنِي النَّضِيرِ

Narrated Asma bint Abu Bakr: I used to carry the date stones on my head from the land of Az-Zubair which Allah's Apostle had given to him, and it was at a distance of 2/3 of a Farsakh from my house. Narrated Hisham's father: The Prophet gave Az-Zubair a piece of land from the property of Bani An- Nadir (gained as war booty).

حَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمِقْدَامِ حَدَّثَنَا الْفُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَی بْنُ عُقْبَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ أَجْلَی الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَی مِنْ أَرْضِ الْحِجَازِ وَکَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا ظَهَرَ عَلَی أَهْلِ خَيْبَرَ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُخْرِجَ الْيَهُودَ مِنْهَا وَکَانَتْ الْأَرْضُ لَمَّا ظَهَرَ عَلَيْهَا لِلْيَهُودِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِلْمُسْلِمِينَ فَسَأَلَ الْيَهُودُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَتْرُکَهُمْ عَلَی أَنْ يَکْفُوا الْعَمَلَ وَلَهُمْ نِصْفُ الثَّمَرِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نُقِرُّکُمْ عَلَی ذَلِکَ مَا شِئْنَا فَأُقِرُّوا حَتَّی أَجْلَاهُمْ عُمَرُ فِي إِمَارَتِهِ إِلَی تَيْمَائَ وَأَرِيحَا

Narrated Ibn `Umar: `Umar bin Al-Khattab expelled all the Jews and Christians from the land of Hijaz. Allah's Apostle after conquering Khaibar, thought of expelling the Jews from the land which, after he conquered it belonged to Allah, Allah's Apostle and the Muslims. But the Jews requested Allah's Apostle to leave them there on the condition that they would do the labor and get half of the fruits (the land would yield). Allah's Apostle said, "We shall keep you on these terms as long as we wish." Thus they stayed till the time of `Umar's Caliphate when he expelled them to Taima and Ariha.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ کُنَّا مُحَاصِرِينَ قَصْرَ خَيْبَرَ فَرَمَی إِنْسَانٌ بِجِرَابٍ فِيهِ شَحْمٌ فَنَزَوْتُ لِآخُذَهُ فَالْتَفَتُّ فَإِذَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَاسْتَحْيَيْتُ مِنْهُ

Narrated `Abdullah bin Mughaffal: While we were besieging the fort of Khaibar, a person threw a leather container containing fat, and I ran to take it, but when I turned I saw the Prophet (standing behind), so I felt embarrassed in front of him.

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ کُنَّا نُصِيبُ فِي مَغَازِينَا الْعَسَلَ وَالْعِنَبَ فَنَأْکُلُهُ وَلَا نَرْفَعُهُ

Narrated Ibn `Umar: In our holy battles, we used to get honey and grapes, as war booty which we would eat and would not store.

کُنَّا نُصِيبُ فِي مَغَازِينَا الْعَسَلَ وَالْعِنَبَ فَنَأْکُلُهُ وَلَا نَرْفَعُهُ ← ابْنِ عُمَرَ ← نَافِعٍ ← أَيُّوبَ، ← حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ← مُسَدَّدٌ

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَی بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ حَدَّثَنَا الشَّيْبَانِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَی رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا يَقُولُ أَصَابَتْنَا مَجَاعَةٌ لَيَالِيَ خَيْبَرَ فَلَمَّا کَانَ يَوْمُ خَيْبَرَ وَقَعْنَا فِي الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ فَانْتَحَرْنَاهَا فَلَمَّا غَلَتِ الْقُدُورُ نَادَی مُنَادِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَکْفِئُوا الْقُدُورَ فَلَا تَطْعَمُوا مِنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ شَيْئًا قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ فَقُلْنَا إِنَّمَا نَهَی النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِأَنَّهَا لَمْ تُخَمَّسْ قَالَ وَقَالَ آخَرُونَ حَرَّمَهَا أَلْبَتَّةَ وَسَأَلْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ فَقَالَ حَرَّمَهَا أَلْبَتَّةَ

Narrated Ibn Abi `Aufa: We were afflicted with hunger during the besiege of Khaibar, and when it was the day of (the battle of) Khaibar, we slaughtered the donkeys and when the pots got boiling (with their meat). Allah's Apostle made an announcement that all the pots should be upset and that nobody should eat anything of the meat of the donkeys. We thought that the Prophet prohibited that because the Khumus had not been taken out of the booty (i.e. donkeys); other people said, "He prohibited eating them for ever." The sub-narrator added, "I asked Sa`id bin Jubair who said, 'He has made the eating of donkeys' meat illegal for ever.")
