حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَجَائٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ أَرْقَمَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ کَمْ غَزَوْتَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ سَبْعَ عَشْرَةَ قُلْتُ کَمْ غَزَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ تِسْعَ عَشْرَةَ

Narrated Al-Bara: I fought fifteen Ghazawat in the company of the Prophet.

تِسْعَ عَشْرَةَ ← سَبْعَ عَشْرَةَ قُلْتُ کَمْ غَزَا النَّبِيُّ ← سَأَلْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ أَرْقَمَ کَمْ غَزَوْتَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ← أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ← اِسْرَائِیْلُ ← عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَجَائٍ

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَجَائٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنَا الْبَرَائُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ غَزَوْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ

Narrated Buraida: That he fought sixteen Ghazawat with Allah''s Apostle.

غَزَوْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ ← الْبَرَائَ ← أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ← اِسْرَائِیْلُ ← عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَجَائٍ

حَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الحَسَنِ حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَنْبَلِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ کَهْمَسٍ عَنْ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ غَزَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سِتَّ عَشْرَةَ غَزْوَةً

Narrated Abu Sa`id bin Al-Mu'alla: While I was praying in the Mosque, Allah's Messenger called me but I did not respond to him. Later I said, "O Allah's Messenger ! I was praying." He said, "Didn't Allah say'--"Give your response to Allah (by obeying Him) and to His Apostle when he calls you." (8.24) He then said to me, "I will teach you a Sura which is the greatest Sura in the Qur'an, before you leave the Mosque." Then he got hold of my hand, and when he intended to leave (the Mosque), I said to him, "Didn't you say to me, 'I will teach you a Sura which is the greatest Sura in the Qur'an?' He said, "Al-Hamdu-Li l-lah Rabbi-l-`alamin (i.e. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds) which is Al-Sab'a Al-Mathani (i.e. seven repeatedly recited Verses) and the Grand Qur'an which has been given to me."

غَزَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ سِتَّ عَشْرَةَ غَزْوَةً ← أَبِيهِ ← ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، ← كَهْمَسٍ، ← مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ← أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَنْبَلِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ ← أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الحَسَنِ

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي خُبَيْبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُعَلَّی قَالَ کُنْتُ أُصَلِّي فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَدَعَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمْ أُجِبْهُ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي کُنْتُ أُصَلِّي فَقَالَ أَلَمْ يَقُلْ اللَّهُ اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاکُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيکُمْ ثُمَّ قَالَ لِي لَأُعَلِّمَنَّکَ سُورَةً هِيَ أَعْظَمُ السُّوَرِ فِي الْقُرْآنِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَخْرُجَ مِنْ الْمَسْجِدِ ثُمَّ أَخَذَ بِيَدِي فَلَمَّا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَخْرُجَ قُلْتُ لَهُ أَلَمْ تَقُلْ لَأُعَلِّمَنَّکَ سُورَةً هِيَ أَعْظَمُ سُورَةٍ فِي الْقُرْآنِ قَالَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ هِيَ السَّبْعُ الْمَثَانِي وَالْقُرْآنُ الْعَظِيمُ الَّذِي أُوتِيتُهُ

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger said, "When the Imam says: 'Ghair-il-Maghdubi `alaihim Walad-Dallin (i.e. not the path of those who earn Your Anger, nor the path of those who went astray (1.7)), then you must say, 'Ameen', for if one's utterance of 'Ameen' coincides with that of the angels, then his past sins will be forgiven."

كُنْتُ أُصَلِّي فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، فَدَعَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ فَلَمْ أُجِبْهُ، فَقُلْتُ: ← أَبِي سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُعَلَّى، ← حَفْصِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ ← خُبَيْبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ← شُعْبَةُ، ← يَحْيَى ← مُسَدَّدٌ

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِکٌ عَنْ سُمَيٍّ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا قَالَ الْإِمَامُ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ فَقُولُوا آمِينَ فَمَنْ وَافَقَ قَوْلُهُ قَوْلَ الْمَلَائِکَةِ غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ

Narrated Anas: The Prophet said, "On the Day of Resurrection the Believers will assemble and say, 'Let us ask somebody to intercede for us with our Lord.' So they will go to Adam and say, 'You are the father of all the people, and Allah created you with His Own Hands, and ordered the angels to prostrate to you, and taught you the names of all things; so please intercede for us with your Lord, so that He may relieve us from this place of ours.' Adam will say, 'I am not fit for this (i.e. intercession for you).' Then Adam will remember his sin and feel ashamed thereof. He will say, 'Go to Noah, for he was the first Apostle, Allah sent to the inhabitants of the earth.' They will go to him and Noah will say, 'I am not fit for this undertaking.' He will remember his appeal to his Lord to do what he had no knowledge of, then he will feel ashamed thereof and will say, 'Go to the Khalil--r-Rahman (i.e. Abraham).' They will go to him and he will say, 'I am not fit for this undertaking. Go to Moses, the slave to whom Allah spoke (directly) and gave him the Torah .' So they will go to him and he will say, 'I am not fit for this undertaking.' and he will mention (his) killing a person who was not a killer, and so he will feel ashamed thereof before his Lord, and he will say, 'Go to Jesus, Allah's Slave, His Apostle and Allah's Word and a Spirit coming from Him. Jesus will say, 'I am not fit for this undertaking, go to Muhammad the Slave of Allah whose past and future sins were forgiven by Allah.' So they will come to me and I will proceed till I will ask my Lord's Permission and I will be given permission. When I see my Lord, I will fall down in Prostration and He will let me remain in that state as long as He wishes and then I will be addressed.' (Muhammad!) Raise your head. Ask, and your request will be granted; say, and your saying will be listened to; intercede, and your intercession will be accepted.' I will raise my head and praise Allah with a saying (i.e. invocation) He will teach me, and then I will intercede. He will fix a limit for me (to intercede for) whom I will admit into Paradise. Then I will come back again to Allah, and when I see my Lord, the same thing will happen to me. And then I will intercede and Allah will fix a limit for me to intercede whom I will let into Paradise, then I will come back for the third time; and then I will come back for the fourth time, and will say, 'None remains in Hell but those whom the Qur'an has imprisoned (in Hell) and who have been destined to an eternal stay in Hell.' " (The compiler) Abu `Abdullah said: 'But those whom the Qur'an has imprisoned in Hell,' refers to the Statement of Allah: "They will dwell therein forever." (16.29)

حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ح و قَالَ لِي خَلِيفَةُ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يَجْتَمِعُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَيَقُولُونَ لَوْ اسْتَشْفَعْنَا إِلَی رَبِّنَا فَيَأْتُونَ آدَمَ فَيَقُولُونَ أَنْتَ أَبُو النَّاسِ خَلَقَکَ اللَّهُ بِيَدِهِ وَأَسْجَدَ لَکَ مَلَائِکَتَهُ وَعَلَّمَکَ أَسْمَائَ کُلِّ شَيْئٍ فَاشْفَعْ لَنَا عِنْدَ رَبِّکَ حَتَّی يُرِيحَنَا مِنْ مَکَانِنَا هَذَا فَيَقُولُ لَسْتُ هُنَاکُمْ وَيَذْکُرُ ذَنْبَهُ فَيَسْتَحِي ائْتُوا نُوحًا فَإِنَّهُ أَوَّلُ رَسُولٍ بَعَثَهُ اللَّهُ إِلَی أَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ فَيَأْتُونَهُ فَيَقُولُ لَسْتُ هُنَاکُمْ وَيَذْکُرُ سُؤَالَهُ رَبَّهُ مَا لَيْسَ لَهُ بِهِ عِلْمٌ فَيَسْتَحِي فَيَقُولُ ائْتُوا خَلِيلَ الرَّحْمَنِ فَيَأْتُونَهُ فَيَقُولُ لَسْتُ هُنَاکُمْ ائْتُوا مُوسَی عَبْدًا کَلَّمَهُ اللَّهُ وَأَعْطَاهُ التَّوْرَاةَ فَيَأْتُونَهُ فَيَقُولُ لَسْتُ هُنَاکُمْ وَيَذْکُرُ قَتْلَ النَّفْسِ بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ فَيَسْتَحِي مِنْ رَبِّهِ فَيَقُولُ ائْتُوا عِيسَی عَبْدَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولَهُ وَکَلِمَةَ اللَّهِ وَرُوحَهُ فَيَقُولُ لَسْتُ هُنَاکُمْ ائْتُوا مُحَمَّدًا صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَبْدًا غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ وَمَا تَأَخَّرَ فَيَأْتُونِي فَأَنْطَلِقُ حَتَّی أَسْتَأْذِنَ عَلَی رَبِّي فَيُؤْذَنَ لِي فَإِذَا رَأَيْتُ رَبِّي وَقَعْتُ سَاجِدًا فَيَدَعُنِي مَا شَائَ اللَّهُ ثُمَّ يُقَالُ ارْفَعْ رَأْسَکَ وَسَلْ تُعْطَهْ وَقُلْ يُسْمَعْ وَاشْفَعْ تُشَفَّعْ فَأَرْفَعُ رَأْسِي فَأَحْمَدُهُ بِتَحْمِيدٍ يُعَلِّمُنِيهِ ثُمَّ أَشْفَعُ فَيَحُدُّ لِي حَدًّا فَأُدْخِلُهُمْ الْجَنَّةَ ثُمَّ أَعُودُ إِلَيْهِ فَإِذَا رَأَيْتُ رَبِّي مِثْلَهُ ثُمَّ أَشْفَعُ فَيَحُدُّ لِي حَدًّا فَأُدْخِلُهُمْ الْجَنَّةَ ثُمَّ أَعُودُ الرَّابِعَةَ فَأَقُولُ مَا بَقِيَ فِي النَّارِ إِلَّا مَنْ حَبَسَهُ الْقُرْآنُ وَوَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ الْخُلُودُ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد اللَّهِ إِلَّا مَنْ حَبَسَهُ الْقُرْآنُ يَعْنِي قَوْلَ اللَّهِ تَعَالَی خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا

Narrated `Abdullah: I asked the Prophet, "What is the greatest sin in the Sight of Allah?" He said, "That you set up a rival unto Allah though He Alone created you." I said, "That is indeed a great sin." Then asked, "What is next?" He said, "To kill your son lest he should share your food with you." I asked, "What is next?" He said, "To commit illegal sexual intercourse with the wife of your neighbor."

بَاب قَالَ مُجَاهِدٌ إِلَى شَيَاطِينِهِمْ أَصْحَابِهِمْ مِنْ الْمُنَافِقِينَ وَالْمُشْرِكِينَ مُحِيطٌ بِالْكَافِرِينَ اللَّهُ جَامِعُهُمْ عَلَى الْخَاشِعِينَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ حَقًّا قَالَ مُجَاهِدٌ بِقُوَّةٍ يَعْمَلُ بِمَا فِيهِ وَقَالَ أَبُو الْعَالِيَةِ مَرَضٌ شَكٌّ وَمَا خَلْفَهَا عِبْرَةٌ لِمَنْ بَقِيَ لَا شِيَةَ لَا بَيَاضَ وَقَالَ غَيْرُهُ يَسُومُونَكُمْ يُولُونَكُمْ الْوَلَايَةُ مَفْتُوحَةٌ مَصْدَرُ الْوَلَاءِ وَهِيَ الرُّبُوبِيَّةُ إِذَا كُسِرَتْ الْوَاوُ فَهِيَ الْإِمَارَةُ وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ الْحُبُوبُ الَّتِي تُؤْكَلُ كُلُّهَا فُومٌ وَقَالَ قَتَادَةُ فَبَاءُوا فَانْقَلَبُوا وَقَالَ غَيْرُهُ يَسْتَفْتِحُونَ يَسْتَنْصِرُونَ شَرَوْا بَاعُوا رَاعِنَا مِنْ الرُّعُونَةِ إِذَا أَرَادُوا أَنْ يُحَمِّقُوا إِنْسَانًا قَالُوا رَاعِنًا لَا يَجْزِي لَا يُغْنِي خُطُوَاتِ مِنْ الْخَطْوِ وَالْمَعْنَى آثَارَهُ ابْتَلَى اخْتَبَرَ

Narrated Sa`id bin Zaid: Allah's Messenger said, "The Kam'a (i.e. a kind of edible fungus) is like the Manna (in that it is obtained without effort) and its water is a (medicine) cure for eye trouble."

حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَارِبٌ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا يَقُولُ تَزَوَّجْتُ فَقَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا تَزَوَّجْتَ فَقُلْتُ تَزَوَّجْتُ ثَيِّبًا فَقَالَ مَا لَکَ وَلِلْعَذَارَی وَلِعَابِهَا فَذَکَرْتُ ذَلِکَ لِعَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ فَقَالَ عَمْرٌو سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هَلَّا جَارِيَةً تُلَاعِبُهَا وَتُلَاعِبُکَ

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "The best women are the riders of the camels and the righteous among the women of Quraish. They are the kindest women to their children in their childhood and the more careful women of the property of their husbands."

لي رسول الله هلا جارية تلاعبها وتلاعبك ← جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: ← عَمْرٍو، ← مَا لَکَ وَلِلْعَذَارَی وَلِعَابِهَا فَذَکَرْتُ ذَلِکَ لِعَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ← لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ مَا تَزَوَّجْتَ فَقُلْتُ تَزَوَّجْتُ ثَيِّبًا ← تزوجت ← جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: ← مُحَارِبٍ ← شُعْبَةُ، ← آدَمُ،

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ عَنْ عِرَاکٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَطَبَ عَائِشَةَ إِلَی أَبِي بَکْرٍ فَقَالَ لَهُ أَبُو بَکْرٍ إِنَّمَا أَنَا أَخُوکَ فَقَالَ أَنْتَ أَخِي فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ وَکِتَابِهِ وَهِيَ لِي حَلَالٌ

Narrated Abu Burda's father: Allah's Apostle said, any man who has a slave girl whom he educates properly, teaches good manners, manumits and marries her, will get a double reward And if any man of the people of the Scriptures believes in his own prophet and then believes in me too, he will (also) get a double reward And any slave who fulfills his duty to his master and to his Lord, will (also) get a double reward."

عُرْوَةَ ← عِرَاکٍ ← يَزِيدُ: ← اللَّيْثُ ← عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ،

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنَادِ عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ خَيْرُ نِسَائٍ رَکِبْنَ الْإِبِلَ صَالِحُ نِسَائِ قُرَيْشٍ أَحْنَاهُ عَلَی وَلَدٍ فِي صِغَرِهِ وَأَرْعَاهُ عَلَی زَوْجٍ فِي ذَاتِ يَدِهِ

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said: Abraham did not tell lies except three. (One of them was) when Abraham passed by a tyrant and (his wife) Sara was accompanying him (Abu Huraira then mentioned the whole narration and said:) (The tyrant) gave her Hajar. Sara said, "Allah saved me from the hands of the Kafir (i.e. infidel) and gave me Hajar to serve me." (Abu Huraira added:) That (Hajar) is your mother, O Banu Ma'-As-Sama' (i.e., the Arabs).

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَی بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا الشَّعْبِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ کَانَتْ عِنْدَهُ وَلِيدَةٌ فَعَلَّمَهَا فَأَحْسَنَ تَعْلِيمَهَا وَأَدَّبَهَا فَأَحْسَنَ تَأْدِيبَهَا ثُمَّ أَعْتَقَهَا وَتَزَوَّجَهَا فَلَهُ أَجْرَانِ وَأَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْکِتَابِ آمَنَ بِنَبِيِّهِ وَآمَنَ بِي فَلَهُ أَجْرَانِ وَأَيُّمَا مَمْلُوکٍ أَدَّی حَقَّ مَوَالِيهِ وَحَقَّ رَبِّهِ فَلَهُ أَجْرَانِ قَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ خُذْهَا بِغَيْرِ شَيْئٍ قَدْ کَانَ الرَّجُلُ يَرْحَلُ فِيمَا دُونَهَا إِلَی الْمَدِينَةِ وَقَالَ أَبُو بَکْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَعْتَقَهَا ثُمَّ أَصْدَقَهَا

Narrated Anas: The Prophet stayed for three days between Khaibar and Medina, and there he consummated his marriage to Safiyya bint Huyai. I invited the Muslims to the wedding banquet in which neither meat nor bread was offered. He ordered for leather dining-sheets to be spread, and dates, dried yoghurt and butter were laid on it, and that was the Prophet's wedding banquet. The Muslims wondered, "Is she (Saffiyya) considered as his wife or his slave girl?" Then they said, "If he orders her to veil herself, she will be one of the mothers of the Believers; but if he does not order her to veil herself, she will be a slave girl. So when the Prophet proceeded from there, he spared her a space behind him (on his shecamel) and put a screening veil between her and the people.

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ تَلِيدٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ح حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يَکْذِبْ إِبْرَاهِيمُ إِلَّا ثَلَاثَ کَذَبَاتٍ بَيْنَمَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ مَرَّ بِجَبَّارٍ وَمَعَهُ سَارَةُ فَذَکَرَ الْحَدِيثَ فَأَعْطَاهَا هَاجَرَ قَالَتْ کَفَّ اللَّهُ يَدَ الْکَافِرِ وَأَخْدَمَنِي آجَرَ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ فَتِلْکَ أُمُّکُمْ يَا بَنِي مَائِ السَّمَائِ

Narrated Anas bin Malik: Allah's Apostle manumitted Safiyya and regarded her manumission as her Mahr.
