حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ عَمْرٌو أَخْبَرَنِي عَطَائٌ سَمِعَ جَابِرًا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ کُنَّا نَعْزِلُ وَالْقُرْآنُ يَنْزِلُ وَعَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَطَائٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ کُنَّا نَعْزِلُ عَلَی عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَالْقُرْآنُ يَنْزِلُ

Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri: We got female captives in the war booty and we used to do coitus interruptus with them. So we asked Allah's Apostle about it and he said, "Do you really do that?" repeating the question thrice, "There is no soul that is destined to exist but will come into existence, till the Day of Resurrection."

کُنَّا نَعْزِلُ عَلَی عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ وَالْقُرْآنُ يَنْزِلُ ← جَابِرٍ ← عَطَائٍ ← کُنَّا نَعْزِلُ وَالْقُرْآنُ يَنْزِلُ وَعَنْ عَمْرٍو ← جَابِرًا ← عَطَائٍ ← عَمْرٍو، ← سُفْيَانَ، ← عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ،

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَسْمَائَ حَدَّثَنَا جُوَيْرِيَةُ عَنْ مَالِکِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ ابْنِ مُحَيْرِيزٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ أَصَبْنَا سَبْيًا فَکُنَّا نَعْزِلُ فَسَأَلْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ أَوَإِنَّکُمْ لَتَفْعَلُونَ قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا مَا مِنْ نَسَمَةٍ کَائِنَةٍ إِلَی يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلَّا هِيَ کَائِنَةٌ

Narrated al-Qasim: Aisha said that whenever the Prophet intended to go on a journey, he drew lots among his wives (so as to take one of them along with him). During one of his journeys the lot fell on `Aisha and Hafsa. When night fell the Prophet would ride beside `Aisha and talk with her. One night Hafsa said to `Aisha, "Won't you ride my camel tonight and I ride yours, so that you may see (me) and I see (you) (in new situation)?" `Aisha said, "Yes, (I agree.)" So `Aisha rode, and then the Prophet came towards `Aisha's camel on which Hafsa was riding. He greeted Hafsa and then proceeded (beside her) till they dismounted (on the way). `Aisha missed him, and so, when they dismounted, she put her legs in the Idhkhir and said, "O Lord (Allah)! Send a scorpion or a snake to bite me for I am not to blame him (the Prophet ).

أَصَبْنَا سَبْيًا فَکُنَّا نَعْزِلُ فَسَأَلْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ← أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، ← ابْنِ مُحَيْرِيزٍ، ← الزُّهْرِيِّ، ← مالک بن أنس ← جُوَيْرِيَةُ، ← عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَسْمَائَ

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ أَيْمَنَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي مُلَيْکَةَ عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کَانَ إِذَا خَرَجَ أَقْرَعَ بَيْنَ نِسَائِهِ فَطَارَتْ الْقُرْعَةُ لِعَائِشَةَ وَحَفْصَةَ وَکَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا کَانَ بِاللَّيْلِ سَارَ مَعَ عَائِشَةَ يَتَحَدَّثُ فَقَالَتْ حَفْصَةُ أَلَا تَرْکَبِينَ اللَّيْلَةَ بَعِيرِي وَأَرْکَبُ بَعِيرَکِ تَنْظُرِينَ وَأَنْظُرُ فَقَالَتْ بَلَی فَرَکِبَتْ فَجَائَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَی جَمَلِ عَائِشَةَ وَعَلَيْهِ حَفْصَةُ فَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْهَا ثُمَّ سَارَ حَتَّی نَزَلُوا وَافْتَقَدَتْهُ عَائِشَةُ فَلَمَّا نَزَلُوا جَعَلَتْ رِجْلَيْهَا بَيْنَ الْإِذْخِرِ وَتَقُولُ يَا رَبِّ سَلِّطْ عَلَيَّ عَقْرَبًا أَوْ حَيَّةً تَلْدَغُنِي وَلَا أَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ أَقُولَ لَهُ شَيْئًا

Narrated `Aisha: Sauda bint Zam`a gave up her turn to me (`Aisha), and so the Prophet used to give me (`Aisha) both my day and the day of Sauda.

عَائِشَةَ ← الْقَاسِمِ، ← ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْکَةَ ← عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ أَيْمَنَ ← أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ،

حَدَّثَنَا مَالِکُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ سَوْدَةَ بِنْتَ زَمْعَةَ وَهَبَتْ يَوْمَهَا لِعَائِشَةَ وَکَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْسِمُ لِعَائِشَةَ بِيَوْمِهَا وَيَوْمِ سَوْدَةَ

Narrated Anas: The tradition, (of the Prophet) is that if someone marries a virgin and he has already a matron wife (with him), then he should stay with the virgin for seven days; and if someone marries a matron (and he has already a virgin wife with him) then he should stay with her for three days.

أَبِيهِ ← هِشَامٍ ← زُهَيْرٍ ← مَالِكُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ،

بَاب الْعَدْلِ بَيْنَ النِّسَاءِ وَلَنْ تَسْتَطِيعُوا أَنْ تَعْدِلُوا بَيْنَ النِّسَاءِ إِلَى قَوْلِهِ وَاسِعًا حَكِيمًا

Narrated Anas: It is the Prophet's tradition that if someone marries a virgin and he has already a matron wife then he should stay for seven days with her (the virgin) and then by turns; and if someone marries a matron and he has already a virgin wife then he should stay with her (the matron) for three days, and then by turns.

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ وَلَوْ شِئْتُ أَنْ أَقُولَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلَکِنْ قَالَ السُّنَّةُ إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْبِکْرَ أَقَامَ عِنْدَهَا سَبْعًا وَإِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الثَّيِّبَ أَقَامَ عِنْدَهَا ثَلَاثًا

Narrated Anas bin Malik: The Prophet used to pass by (have sexual relation with) all his wives in one night, and at that time he had nine wives.

أَنَسٍ وَلَوْ شِئْتُ أَنْ أَقُولَ ← أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، ← خَالِدٌ، ← بِشْرٌ، ← مُسَدَّدٌ

حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ وَخَالِدٌ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ مِنْ السُّنَّةِ إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الرَّجُلُ الْبِکْرَ عَلَی الثَّيِّبِ أَقَامَ عِنْدَهَا سَبْعًا وَقَسَمَ وَإِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الثَّيِّبَ عَلَی الْبِکْرِ أَقَامَ عِنْدَهَا ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ قَسَمَ قَالَ أَبُو قِلَابَةَ وَلَوْ شِئْتُ لَقُلْتُ إِنَّ أَنَسًا رَفَعَهُ إِلَی النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ وَخَالِدٍ قَالَ خَالِدٌ وَلَوْ شِئْتُ قُلْتُ رَفَعَهُ إِلَی النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

Narrated `Aisha: Whenever Allah's Apostle finished his `Asr prayer, he would enter upon his wives and stay with one of them. One day he went to Hafsa and stayed with her longer than usual.

أَنَسٍ، ← أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، ← أَيُّوبُ وَخَالِدٌ ← سُفْيَانَ، ← أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ← يُوسُفُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَی بْنُ حَمَّادٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ أَنَّ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِکٍ حَدَّثَهُمْ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کَانَ يَطُوفُ عَلَی نِسَائِهِ فِي اللَّيْلَةِ الْوَاحِدَةِ وَلَهُ يَوْمَئِذٍ تِسْعُ نِسْوَةٍ

Narrated `Aisha: that during his fatal ailment, Allah's Apostle, used to ask his wives, "Where shall I stay tomorrow? Where shall I stay tomorrow?" He was looking forward to Aisha's turn. So all his wives allowed him to stay where he wished, and he stayed at `Aisha's house till he died there. `Aisha added: He died on the day of my usual turn at my house. Allah took him unto Him while his head was between my chest and my neck and his saliva was mixed with my saliva.

قَتَادَةُ، أَنَّ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، ← سَعِيدٌ، ← يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ← عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ،

حَدَّثَنَا فَرْوَةُ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا کَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا انْصَرَفَ مِنْ الْعَصْرِ دَخَلَ عَلَی نِسَائِهِ فَيَدْنُو مِنْ إِحْدَاهُنَّ فَدَخَلَ عَلَی حَفْصَةَ فَاحْتَبَسَ أَکْثَرَ مِمَّا کَانَ يَحْتَبِسُ

Narrated Ibn `Abbas: that `Umar entered upon Hafsa and said, "O my daughter! Do not be misled by the manners of her who is proud of her beauty because of the love of Allah's Apostle for her." By 'her' he meant `Aisha. `Umar added, "Then I told that to Allah's Apostle and he smiled (on hearing that).

أَبِيهِ ← هِشَامٍ ← عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، ← فَرْوَۃُ

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ قَالَ هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کَانَ يَسْأَلُ فِي مَرَضِهِ الَّذِي مَاتَ فِيهِ أَيْنَ أَنَا غَدًا أَيْنَ أَنَا غَدًا يُرِيدُ يَوْمَ عَائِشَةَ فَأَذِنَ لَهُ أَزْوَاجُهُ يَکُونُ حَيْثُ شَائَ فَکَانَ فِي بَيْتِ عَائِشَةَ حَتَّی مَاتَ عِنْدَهَا قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ فَمَاتَ فِي الْيَوْمِ الَّذِي کَانَ يَدُورُ عَلَيَّ فِيهِ فِي بَيْتِي فَقَبَضَهُ اللَّهُ وَإِنَّ رَأْسَهُ لَبَيْنَ نَحْرِي وَسَحْرِي وَخَالَطَ رِيقُهُ رِيقِي

Narrated Asma: Some lady said, "O Allah's Apostle! My husband has another wife, so it is sinful of me to claim that he has given me what he has not given me (in order to tease her)?" Allah's Apostle said, The one who pretends that he has been given what he has not been given, is just like the (false) one who wears two garments of falsehood."

عَائِشَةَ ← أَبِي ← هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، ← سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ ← إِسْمَاعِيلُ

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَی عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ حُنَيْنٍ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ دَخَلَ عَلَی حَفْصَةَ فَقَالَ يَا بُنَيَّةِ لَا يَغُرَّنَّکِ هَذِهِ الَّتِي أَعْجَبَهَا حُسْنُهَا حُبُّ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِيَّاهَا يُرِيدُ عَائِشَةَ فَقَصَصْتُ عَلَی رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَتَبَسَّمَ

Narrated `Abdullah bin Masud: The Prophet, said, "There is none having a greater sense of Ghira than Allah. And for that He has forbidden the doing of evil actions (illegal sexual intercourse etc.) There is none who likes to be praised more than Allah does."

عُمَرَ دَخَلَ عَلَی حَفْصَةَ ← ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ← عُبَيْدِ بْنِ حُنَيْنٍ، ← يَحْيَى ← سُلَیْمَانَ ← عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ

حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ عَنْ أَسْمَائَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّی حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی عَنْ هِشَامٍ حَدَّثَتْنِي فَاطِمَةُ عَنْ أَسْمَائَ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ لِي ضَرَّةً فَهَلْ عَلَيَّ جُنَاحٌ إِنْ تَشَبَّعْتُ مِنْ زَوْجِي غَيْرَ الَّذِي يُعْطِينِي فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمُتَشَبِّعُ بِمَا لَمْ يُعْطَ کَلَابِسِ ثَوْبَيْ زُورٍ

Narrated `Aisha: Allah's Apostle said, "O followers of Muhammad! There is none, who has a greater sense of Ghira (self-respect) than Allah, so He has forbidden that His slave commits illegal sexual intercourse or His slave girl commits illegal sexual intercourse. O followers of Muhammad! If you but knew what I know, you would laugh less and weep more!"

أَسْمَائَ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً ← هِشَامٍ حَدَّثَتْنِي فَاطِمَةُ ← يَحْيَى ← مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ← النَّبِيِّ ← أَسْمَائَ ← فَاطِمَةَ، ← هِشَامٍ ← حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ← سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ
