أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، أنا الْحُسَيْنُ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَزْرَقُ، قَالَ: ثنا مُجَاشِعٌ الدَّبَرِيُّ، قَالَ: وَلَدَتِ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ جِيرَانِ حَبِيبٍ غُلَامًا جَمِيلًا أَقْرَعَ [ص:256]، قَالَ: فَجَاءَ أَبُوهُ إِلَى حَبِيبٍ حِينَ شَبَّ الْغُلَامُ وَأَتَى عَلَيْهِ اثْنَتَا عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً فَقَالَ: يَا أَبَا مُحَمَّدٍ أَلَا تَرَى إِلَى ابْنِي هَذَا وَإِلَى جَمَالِهِ وَقَدْ بَقِيَ أَقْرَعَ الرَّأْسِ كَمَا تَرَى فَادْعُ اللَّهَ لَهُ فَجَعَلَ حَبِيبٌ يَبْكِي وَيَدْعُو لِلْغُلَامِ وَيَمْسَحُ بِالدُّمُوعِ رَأْسَهُ، قَالَ: فَوَاللَّهِ مَا قَامَ مِنْ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ حَتَّى اسْوَدَّ رَأْسَهُ مِنْ أُصُولِ الشَّعْرِ فَلَمْ يَزَلْ ذَلِكَ الشَّعْرُ يُنْبِتُ حَتَّى كَانَ كَأَحْسَنِ النَّاسِ شَعْرًا، قَالَ مُجَاشِعٌ: قَدْ رَأَيْتُهُ أَقْرَعَ وَرَأَيْتُهُ أَشْعَرَ

أخبرنا عَلِيٌّ، أنا الْحُسَيْنُ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، قَالَ: ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عِيسَى الطُّفَاوِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الشَّحَّامُ، قَالَ: أُتِيَ حَبِيبٌ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ بِرَجُلٍ زَمِنٍ فِي شِقِّ مَحْمَلٍ فَقِيلَ لَهُ: يَا أَبَا مُحَمَّدٍ هَذَا رَجُلٌ زَمِنٌ فِي شِقِّ مَحْمَلٍ وَلَهُ عِيَالٌ وَقَدْ ضَاعَ عِيَالُهُ فَإِنْ رَأَيْتَ أَنْ تَدْعُوَ اللَّهُ عَسَى أَنَّ يُعَافِيَهُ، فَأَخَذَ الْمُصْحَفَ فَوَضَعَهُ فِي عُنُقِهِ ثُمَّ دَعَا، قَالَ: فَمَا زَالَ يَدْعُو حَتَّى عَافَى اللَّهُ الرَّجُلَ وَقَامَ فَحَمَلَ الْمَحْمَلَ فَوَضَعَهُ عَلَى عُنُقِهِ وَذَهَبَ إِلَى عِيَالِهِ

أنا عَلِيٌّ، أنا الْحُسَيْنُ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: ثنا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ [ص:258] الْآدَمَيُّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مُسْلِمَ بْنَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى أَبَا مُحَمَّدٍ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ لِي عَلَيْكَ ثَلَاثَمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ، قَالَ: مِنْ أَيْنَ صَارَتْ لَكَ عَلَيَّ؟ قَالَ: لِي عَلَيْكَ ثَلَاثُمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ، قَالَ حَبِيبٌ: اذْهَبْ إِلَى غَدُ فَلَمَّا كَانَ مِنَ الْغَدِ تَوَضَّأَ وَصَلَّى وَقَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كَانَ صَادِقًا فَأَدِّ إِلَيْهِ وَإِنْ كَانَ كَاذِبًا فَابْتَلِهِ فِي يَدِهِ، قَالَ: فَجِيءَ بِالرَّجُلِ مِنْ غَدٍ قَدْ حُملَ وَقَدْ ضَرَبَ شِقَّهُ الْفَالِجُ فَقَالَ: مَالَكَ؟ قَالَ: أَنَا الَّذِي جِئْتُكَ أَمْسِ لَمْ يَكُنْ لِي عَلَيْكَ شَيْءٌ وَإِنَّمَا قُلْتُ يَسْتَحِي مِنَ النَّاسِ فَيُعْطِينِي فَقَالَ لَهُ تَعُودُ؟ قَالَ: لَا، قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كَانَ صَادِقًا فَأَلْبِسْهُ الْعَافِيَةَ، قَالَ: فَقَامَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ يَعْدُو كَأَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ بِهِ شَيْءٌ

أنا عَلِيٌّ، أنا الْحُسَيْنُ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدٌ، قَالَ: ثنا دَاوُدُ بْنُ الْمُحَبَّرِ، قَالَ: ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، قَالَ: كُنَّا عِنْدَ مَالِكِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ وَمَعَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ وَاسِعٍ وَحَبِيبٌ [ص:259] أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ وَكَلَّمَ مَالِكًا وَأَغْلَظَ فِي قِسْمَةٍ قَسَمَهَا وَقَالَ: وَضَعْتَهَا فِي غَيْرِ حَقِّهَا وَتَتَبَّعْتَ بِهَا أَهْلَ مَجْلِسِكَ وَمَنْ يَغْشَاكَ لِتُكْثِرَ غَاشِيَتَكَ وَتَصْرِفَ وُجُوهَ النَّاسِ إِلَيْكَ، قَالَ: فَبَكَى مَالِكٌ وَقَالَ: وَاللَّهِ مَا أَرَدْتُ هَذَا، قَالَ: بَلَى وَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ أَرَدْتَهُ بِهَذَا فَجَعَلَ مَالِكٌ يَبْكِي وَالرَّجُلُ يُغْلِظُ لَهُ، فَلَمَّا أَكْثَرَ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِ رَفَعَ حَبِيبٌ يَدَيْهِ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ ثُمَّ قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّ هَذَا قَدْ شَغَلَنَا عَنْ ذِكْرِكَ فَأَرِحْنَا مِنْهُ كَيْفَ شِئْتَ، فَسَقَطَ وَاللَّهِ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ مَيِّتًا فَحُمِلَ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ عَلَى سَرِيرٍ وَكَانَ يُقَالُ إِنَّ أَبَا مُحَمَّدٍ مُسْتَجَابُ الدَّعْوَةِ
