1309 - (1) [ضعيف] وعن عبد الله بن موهب: أنَّ عثمانَ بنَ عفَّانَ رضي اللهُ عنه قال لابْنِ عمرَ: اذْهَبْ فكُنْ قاضِياً، قال: أَوَ تَعْفيني يا أميرَ المؤمنين! قال: اذْهب فاقضِ بين الناسِ، قال: تَعْفيني يا أميرَ المؤمنين! قال: عَزَمْتُ عليك إلاَّ ذَهَبْتَ فَقَضَيْتَ بينَ الناسِ، قال: لا تَعْجَلْ، سمعتَ رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقولُ: "مَنْ عاذَ بالله؛ فقد عاذَ بمعاذٍ"؟ قال: نَعَمْ، قال: فإنِّي أعوذ بالله أنْ أكونَ قاضِياً. قال: وما يَمْنَعُك وقد كان أبوكَ يَقْضي؟ قال: لأَنِّي سمعتُ رسولَ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقول: "مَنْ كان قاضياً فقَضَى بِالجَهْلِ كان مِنْ أهلِ النارِ، ومَنْ كان قاضياً فقَضَى بالجَوْرِ كان مِنْ أهل النارِ، ومَنْ كان قاضياً فقَضى بحقٍّ أو بِعَدْلٍ سأَلَ التَّقَلُّبَ كَفافاً". فما أرجو منه بعد ذلك. رواه أبو يعلى وابن حبان في "صحيحه"، والترمذي باختصار عنهما، وقال فيه: سَمِعتُ رسولَ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقول: "مَنْ كانَ قاضياً فقضَى بالعَدْلِ فبِالْحَرِيِّ أنْ يَنْقَلِبَ منه كَفافاً (1) ". فما أرجو بعد ذلك. ولم يذكر الآخرين، وقال: "حديث غريب، وليس إسناده عندي بمتصل". وهو كما قال، فإن عبد الله بن موهب لم يسمع من عثمان رضي الله عنه (2).

1310 - (2) [ضعيف] وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت: سمعتُ رسولَ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقول: "لَيَأْتِيَنَّ على القاضي العدْلِ يومَ القِيامَةِ ساعةٌ يَتَمنَّى أنَّه لَمْ يَقْضِ بين اثْنَيْنِ في تَمْرَةٍ قَطُّ". رواه أحمد، وابن حبان في "صحيحه"، ولفظه: قالت: سمعتُ رسولَ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقول: "يُدْعى القاضي العَدْلُ يومَ القيامَةِ، فيَلْقى مِنْ شدَّةِ الحسابِ ما يَتَمنَّى أنَّه لَمْ يَقْضِ بيْنَ اثْنَين في عُمُرِهِ قَطُّ". (قال الحافظ): "كذا في أصلي من "المسند" و"الصحيح" (3): "تمرة" و"عمره" وهما متقاربان في الخط، ولعل أحدهما تصحيف (4). والله أعلم".

1311 - (3) [ضعيف] وروي عن أبي وائل شقيق بنِ سلَمَة: أنَّ عُمَرَ بنَ الخطابِ رضي الله عنه اسْتَعْمل بِشْرَ بنَ عاصم رضي الله عنهُ على صدَقاتِ هَوازِنَ، فتَخلَّف بِشْرٌ، فلَقيَهُ عمرُ فقال: ما خلَّفكَ؟ أما لَنا سَمْعٌ وطاعَةٌ؟ قال: بلى، ولكنْ سمِعْتُ رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقول: "مَنْ وَلِيَ شيْئاً مِنْ أمْرِ المسلمين؛ أُتِيَ به يومَ القيامَة حتى يوقَفَ على جِسْرِ جَهنَّمَ، فإنْ كان مُحْسِناً نجا، وإنْ كان مسيئًا انْخَرَق بِه الجِسْر فهَوَى فيه سبعين خريِفاً". قال: فخرَج عمرُ رضي الله عنه كئيباً مَحْزوناً، فلقيَهُ أبو ذَرٍّ، فقالَ: ما لي أَراك كَئيباً حَزيناً؟ فقالَ: ما لي لا أكونُ كئيباً حَزيناً وقد سمِعْتُ بشْرَ بْنَ عاصِم يقول: سمِعْتُ رسولَ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقول: "مَنْ وَلِيَ شيئاً مِنْ أمْرِ المسلمين؛ أُتيَ به يومَ القيامَة حتَّى يوِقَفَ على جِسْرِ جَهَنَّمَ، فإنْ كان مُحْسِناً نجا، وإنْ كان مُسيئًا انْخرَقَ بَه الجِسْرُ فهوَى فيه سَبْعين خريفاً"؟! فقال أبو ذَرٍّ: وما سمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رسولِ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -؟ قال: لا. قال: أشْهَدُ أنِّي سمِعْتُ رسولَ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقول: "مَنْ وَلِيَ شيئاً مِن أمْر المسلمينَ؛ أتِيَ به يومَ القِيامَة حتَّى يوِقف على جِسْرِ جهَنَّمَ، فإنْ كان مُحْسِناً نَجا، وإنْ كان مُسيئاً انْخَرَق بَه الجسرُ فهوَى فيه سبعين خريفاً، وهي سوداءُ مُظْلِمَةٌ". فأيُّ الحديثيْن أَوْجَعُ لِقَلْبِكَ؟ قال: كِلاهُما قَدْ أَوْجَعَ قلبي، فَمَنْ يأْخُذُها بما فيها؟ فقال أبو ذزّ: مَنْ سَلَت اللهُ أَنْفَه، وأَلْصَقَ خَدَّهُ بالأَرْضِ، أما إنَّا لا نَعْلَمُ إلا خَيْراً، وعسى إنْ ولَّيتَها مَنْ لا يَعْدِلُ فيها أنْ لا تَنْجُوَ مِنْ إثْمِها. رواه الطبراني. وتأتي أحاديث نحو هذه في الباب بعده إن شاء الله تعالى. (سَلَت أنفه) بفتح السين المهملة واللام بعدهما تاء مثناة فوق؛ أي: جدعه.

1312 - (4) [ضعيف] وعن عبد الله -يعني ابن مسعود- رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "ما مِنْ حاكِمٍ يَحْكُمُ بينَ الناسِ؛ إلا جاءَ يومَ القِيامَةِ وملَكٌ آخِذٌ بقَفاهُ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُ رأسَهُ إلى السماءِ، فإنْ قال: أَلْقِهِ، أَلْقاهُ في مَهْواة أرَبعينَ خريفاً". رواه ابن ماجه واللفظ له، والبزار، ويأتي لفظه في الباب بعده إن شاء الله، وفي إسنادهما مجالد بن سعيد (1).

1313 - (5) [ضعيف] وعن عبدِ الله بنِ عمروٍ رضي الله عنهما قال: جاء حمزةُ بنُ عبد المطَّلبِ رضي الله عنه إلى رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - فقال: يا رسولَ الله! اجْعَلْني على شَيْءٍ أعيشُ بِهِ. فقال رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "يا حمزةُ! نَفْسٌ تُحْييها أَحَبُّ إليكَ، أمْ نَفْسٌ تُميتُها؟ ". قال: نَفْسٌ أُحْيِيها. قال: "عَليكَ نَفْسَكَ". رواه أحمد، ورواته ثقات؛ إلا ابن لهيعة.

1314 - (6) [ضعيف] وعن المقدامِ بْنِ مَعْدِ يكربٍ رضي الله عنه: أنَّ رسولَ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - ضَرَب على مَنْكِبيْهِ ثُمَّ قال: "أَفْلَحْتَ يا قُدَيم! إنْ مُتَّ وَلَمْ تَكُنْ أميراً ولا كاتباً ولا عَريفاً". رواه أبو داود، [مضى 8 - الصدقات /3]، وفي صالح بن يحيى بن المقدام كلام قريب لا يقدح (1).

1315 - (7) [ضعيف] وعن أنسٍ رضي الله عنه عنِ النبيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال: "مَنِ ابْتَغى القضاءَ وسأَلَ فيه شُفَعاءَ؛ وُكِلَ إلى نَفْسِه، وَمَنْ أُكْرِهَ عليه؛ أَنزَلَ الله عليه ملَكَاً يُسَدَّدُهُ". رواه أبو داود، والترمذي واللفظ له، وقال: "حديث حسن غريب" (2). وابن ماجه ولفظه -وهو رواية للترمذي (3) -: قال رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "مَنْ سَأَلَ القَضاءَ؛ وُكِلَ إلى نَفْسِه، ومَنْ أُجْبِرَ عليه؛ يَنْزِلُ عليه مَلَكٌ فَيُسَدِّدُهُ".

1316 - (1) [ضعيف] وعنه [يعني أبا هريرة رضي الله عنه] قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "ثلاثَةٌ لا تُردُّ دعوَتُهم: الصائمُ حتى يَفْطُرَ، والإمامُ العادِلُ، ودعْوَةُ المظلومِ؛ يَرْفَعُها الله فوقَ الغَمامِ، ويُفْتَحُ لها أبْوابُ السماءِ؛ ويقولُ الربُّ: وعِزَّتي لأَنْصُرَنَّك ولوْ بَعْدَ حينٍ". رواه أحمد في حديث، والترمذي وحسنه، وابن ماجه، وابن خزيمة وابن حبان في "صحيحيهما". [مضى 5 - الصلاة /10].

1318 - (3) [ضعيف] ورُوي عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "يا أبا هريرة! عَدْلُ ساعَةٍ؛ أفضَلُ مِنْ عِبادةِ ستِّين سنَةً قيامِ ليلِها، وصيامِ نهارِها. ويا أبا هُرَيْرَةَ! جَورُ ساعَةٍ في حُكْمٍ؛ أشدُّ وأعْظَمُ عندَ الله عزَّ وجلَّ مِنْ معاصِي ستِّينَ سنة". [ضعيف] وفي رواية: "عَدْلُ يومٍ واحدٍ؛ أفضلُ مِنْ عبادَةِ ستِّين سنةً". رواه الأصبهاني.

1319 - (4) [ضعيف] وعن أبي سعيدٍ الخدريِّ رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "أحبُّ الناسِ إلى الله يومَ القيامَةِ وأدْناهُم منهُ مَجْلِساً؛ إمامٌ عادلٌ، وأبْغَضُ الناسِ إلى الله تعالى وأبَعَدُهم منه مَجْلِساً؛ إمامٌ جائرٌ". رواه الترمذي، والطبراني في "الأوسط" مختصراً؛ إلا أنه (1) قال: "أشَدُّ الناسِ عَذاباً يومَ القيامَةِ إمامٌ جائرٌ". وقال الترمذي: "حديث حسن غريب" (2).

1320 - (5) [ضعيف جداً] وعن عُمرَ بْنِ الخطَّابِ رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّ النبيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال: "أفضلُ الناسِ عندَ الله منزلةً يومَ القيامَةِ؛ إمامٌ عادلٌ رفيقٌ، وشَرُّ عبادِ الله عند الله مَنزِلةً يومَ القيامَةِ؛ إمامٌ جائرٌ خَرِقٌ (3) ". رواه الطبراني في "الأوسط" من رواية ابن لهيعة، وحديثه حسن في المتابعات (4).
