452 - (1) [ضعيف] وعن أبي هريرة وأبي سعيدٍ رضي الله عنهما قالا: خطبنا رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - فقال: "والذي نفسي بيده -ثلاث مرات-". ثم أَكبَّ، فأكبَّ كلُّ رجلٍ منا يبكي، لا يدري على ماذا حلف، ثم رفع رأَسه وفي وجهه البُشرى، فكانت أحبَّ إلينا من حُمرِ النَّعَم. قال: "ما من عبد يصلي الصلواتِ الخمس، ويصومُ رمضانَ، ويُخرجُ الزكاةَ، ويَجتنبُ الكبائرَ السبعَ؛ إلا فُتِحتْ له أَبوابُ الجنةِ، وقيل له: ادخُل بسلام". رواه النسائي واللفظ له، وابن ماجه، وابن خزيمة وابن حبان في "صحيحيهما"، والحاكم وقال: "صحيح الإسناد". [مضى 5 - الصلاة /13].

453 - (2) [ضعيف] وعن أنسِ بنِ مالكٍ قال: أَتى رجلٌ من تميم رسولَ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -, فقال: يا رسولَ الله! إني ذو مالٍ كثير، وذو أهلٍ وولدٍ (1) وحاضرةٍ، فأخبرني كيف أَصنع، وكيف أُنْفِقُ؟ فقال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "تُخرج الزكاة من مالك، فإنها طُهرةٌ تُطَهِّرك، وتَصِلُ أَقرباءك، وتَعرفُ حقَّ المسكين والجارِ والسائل" الحديث. رواه أحمد، ورجاله رجال "الصحيح" (1).

454 - (3) [ضعيف] وعن أبي الدرداء رضي الله عنه عن رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال: "الزكاةُ قَنطرةُ الإِسلام". رواه الطبراني في "الأوسط" و"الكبير"، وفيه ابن لهيعة (2)، والبيهقي، وفيه بقية ابن الوليد.

455 - (4) [ضعيف] وعن أبي هريرةَ رضي الله عنه عن رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -؛ أنه قال لمن حوله من أُمَّته: "اكفُلُوا لي بِسِتّ، أكفُل لكم بالجنة". قلت: ما هي يا رسول الله؟ قال: "الصلاةُ، والزكاةُ، والأمانةُ، والفرجُ، والبطنُ، واللسانُ". رواه الطبراني في "الأوسط" بإسناد لا بأس به، وله شواهد كثيرة. [مضى 5 - الصلاة/ 13].

456 - (5) [ضعيف] وعن الحسن قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "حَضِّنوا أَموالَكم بالزكاة، وداووا مَرضاكم بالصدقةِ، واستقبلوا أمواجَ البلاءِ بالدعاءِ والتَّضَرُّعِ". رواه أبو داود في "المراسيل". ورواه الطبراني والبيهقي وغيرهما عن جماعة من الصحابة مرفوعاً متصلاً، والمرسل أشبه (1).

460 - (9) [ضعيف] ورُوي عن ابنِ عمر رضي الله عنهما قال: سمعت رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقول: "من كان يؤمن بالله ورسوله فليؤدَّ زكاةَ مالِه، ومن كان يؤمن بالله ورسوله فَليقلْ حقاً أَو ليسكتْ، ومن كان يؤمن بالله ورسوله واليوم الآخر (1) فليكرِمْ ضيفَه". رواه الطبراني في "الكبير".

461 - (10) [ضعيف] وعن عُبيد بنِ عمير الليثي عن أبيه قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - في حجة الوداع: "إن أَولياءَ الله المصلُّون، ومن يُقيمُ الصلواتِ الخمسَ التي كَتَبَهُنَّ اللهُ عليه، ويصومُ رَمضَانَ، ويحتَسب صومَه، ويؤتي الزكاةَ محتسباً طيبةً بها نفسُه، ويجتنبُ الكبائرَ التي نهى الله عنها". فقال رجل من أصحابه: يا رسول الله! وكم الكبائر؟ قال: "تسعٌ: أعظمُهن الإشراكُ بالله، وقتلُ المؤمن بغير حقٍ، والفرارُ من الزحفِ، وقذفُ المُحصنَةِ، والسِّحْرُ، وأَكلُ مالِ اليتيم، وأَكلُ الربا، وعقوقُ الوالدَيْن المسلمَيْن، واستحلالُ البيتِ العتيقِ الحرامِ، قبلتِكُم أحياءً وأمواتاً؛ لا يموت رجلٌ لم يعمَل هذه الكبائرَ، ويقيمُ الصلاةَ، ويؤتي الزكاةَ، إلا رافقَ محمداً - صلى الله عليه وسلم - في بُحبوحة جنةٍ أَبوابُها مصاريعُ الذهب". رواه الطبراني في "الكبير" ورواته ثقات (2)، وفي بعضهم كلام، وعند أبي داود بعضه. (بُحبُوحة الجنة) بضم الباءين الموحدتين وبحاءين مهملتين: هو وسطها.

462 - (1) [ضعيف] وعن علي رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "إن الله فرض على أَغنياء المسلمين في أموالهم بقدْرِ الذي يَسَعُ فقراءَهم، ولن يَجهَدَ الفقراءُ إذا جاعوا وعَرُوا إلا بما يصنع أَغنياؤهم، أَلا وإنَّ اللهَ يُحاسبُهم حساباً شديداً، ويعذبُهم عذاباً أليماً". رواه الطبراني في "الأوسط"، و"الصغير"، وقال: "تفرد به ثابت بن محمد الزاهد". قال الحافظ: "وثابت ثقة صدوق؛ روى عنه البخاري وغيره، وبقية رواته لا بأس بهم (1)، وروي موقوفاً على علي رضي الله عنه، وهو أشبه"

463 - (2) [ضعيف] وعن أنسٍ رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "ويلٌ للأغنياء من الفقراء يومَ القيامة يقولون: ربَّنا! ظلمونا حقوقَنا التي فَرَضْتَ لنا عليهم، فيقول الله عز وجل: وعزتي وجلالي لأُدْنِيَنَّكم ولأبعِدَنَّهم". ثم تلا رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - {وَالَّذِينَ فِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَعْلُومٌ (24) لِلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِ}. رواه الطبراني في "الصغير" و"الأوسط"، وأبو الشيخ ابن حَيّان في "كتاب الثواب"؛ كلاهما من رواية الحارث بن النعمان. قال أبو حاتم: "ليس بقوي"، وقال البخاري: "منكر الحديث".
