476 - (15) [ضعيف] وفي الترمذي والنسائي و"صحيح ابن حبان" (1) عن عبد الله بن بُريدة عن أبيه قال: جاء رجل إلى النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - وعليه خاتم من حديد، فقال: "ما لي أرى عليك حِلْيَة أهلِ النار"، فذكر الحديث إلى أن قال: مِن أي شيءٍ أتَّخِذُه؟ قال: "من وَرِقٍ، ولا تُتِمَّه مثقالاً". والله أعلم.

477 - (1) [ضعيف] وعن مسعودِ بن قَبيصةَ -أو قَبيصةَ بن مسعودٍ- قال: صلى هذا الحي من (محارب) الصبحَ، فلما صلوا قال شاب منهم: سمعتُ رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقول: "إنه ستفتح عليكم مشارق الأرض ومغاربها، وإن عُمّالها في النار، إلا من اتَّقى الله عز وجل وأدى الأمانة". رواه أحمد، وفي إسناده شقيق بن حَيَّان (1)، وهو مجهول، ومسعود لا أعرفه.

478 - (2) [ضعيف] وعن أبي رافع رضي الله عنه قال: كان رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - إذا صلى العصرَ ذهب إلى بني عبد الأشهل، فيتحدث عندهم حتى ينحدرَ للمغرب -قال: أبو رافع:- فبينما النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يُسرعُ إلى المغرب مَرَرْنا بالبقيع، فقال: "أَفٍّ لك، أَفٍّ لك". فكبُرَ ذلك في ذَرعي (2) فاستأخرتُ، وظننتُ أَنه يريدني، فقال: "ما لك؟ امشِ". فقلت: أَحدثتُ حَدثاً؟ قال: "وما ذاك؟ ". قلت: أفَّفْتَ بي. قال: "لا، ولكن هذا فلانٌ بعثتهُ ساعياً على بني فلان، فَغَلَّ نمِرَةً فَدُرِّعَ [الآن] (3) مثلَها من النار". رواه النسائي وابن خزيمة في "صحيحه" (1). (النَّمِرة) بكسر الميم: كساء من صوف مخطط.

479 - (3) [ضعيف] وعن جابر بن عَتيكٍ رضي الله عنه؛ أن رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال: "سيأَتيكم رُكَيْبٌ مُبْغَضُون، فإذا جاؤوكم فرحِّبوا بهم، وخَلُّوا بينهم وبين ما يبتغون، فإن عَدَلوا فلأنفسهم، وإن ظلموا فعليهم، وأَرضُوهم، فإن تمام زكاتِكم رضاهم، ولْيَدْعوا لكم". رواه أبو داود (2).

480 - (4) [ضعيف] عن عقبة بنِ عامرٍ رضي الله عنه؛ أنه سمع رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقول: "لا يدخل صاحب مكسٍ الجنةَ". قال يزيد بن هارون: يعني العشار. رواه أبو داود، وابن خزيمة في "صحيحه", والحاكم؛ كلهم من رواية محمد بن إسحاق، وقال الحاكم: "صحيح على شرط مسلم". كذا قال، ومسلم إنما خرَّج لمحمد بن إسحاق في المتابعات (3). قال البغوي: "يريد بـ (صاحب المكس): الذي يأخذ من التجار إذا مروا عليه مكساً باسم العشر". قال الحافظ: "أما الآن فإنهم يأخذون مكساً باسم العشر، ومكوساً أُخر ليس لها اسم، بل شيء يأخذونه حراماً وسحتاً، ويأكلونه في بطونهم ناراً {حُجَّتُهُمْ دَاحِضَةٌ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ وَعَلَيْهِمْ غَضَبٌ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ} " (1).

ومسلم إنما خرَّج لمحمد بن إسحاق في المتابعات ← الحاكم: "صحيح على شرط مسلم". كذا ← الحاكم؛ كلهم من رواية محمد بن إسحاق، ← ابن خزيمة في "صحيحه", ← يزيد بن هارون: يعني العشار. رواه أبو داود، ← "لَا يَدْخُلُ صَاحِبُ مَكْسٍ الْجَنَّةَ". ← عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ أَنَّهُ

481 - (5) [ضعيف] وعن الحسن قال: مَرَّ عثمانُ بن أبي العاص على كلابِ بن أُمية وهو جالس على مجلس العاشر بـ (البصرة)، فقال: ما يجلسك ههنا؟ قال: استعملني على هذا المكان -يعني زياداً- فقال له عثمان: ألا أحدَّثُكَ حديثاً سمعتُه من رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -؟ فقال: بلى. فقال عثمان: سمعتُ رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقول: "كان لداودَ نَبيِّ الله عليه السلام ساعةٌ يوِقظُ فيها أَهلَه، يقول: يا آل داود! قوموا فصلوا؛ فإن هذه ساعةٌ يستجيبُ الله فيها الدعاءَ إلا لساحرٍ أَو عاشرٍ". فركب كِلاب بن أمية سفينةً فأتى زياداً، فاستعفاهُ، فأَعفاه. رواه أحمد والطبراني في "الكبير". [ضعيف] وفي رواية له في "الكبير" أيضاً: سمعتُ رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقول: "إن الله تعالى يدنو من خلقه، فيغفرُ لمن يستغفر، إلا لبَغِيٍّ بفرجها، أو عَشَّار". وإسناد أحمد فيه علي بن يزيد، وبقية رواته محتج بهم في "الصحيح"، واختلف في سماع الحسن من عثمان.

482 - (6) [ضعيف جداً] وروي عن أمَّ سلمةَ رضي الله عنها قالت: كان رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - في الصحراء، فإذا منادٍ يناديه: يا رسول الله! فالتفت فلم ير أحداً، ثم التفت، فإذا ظَبْيَةٌ مُوثَقَةٌ، فقالت: اُدن مني يا رسول الله! فدنا منها، فقال: "ما حاجتُك؟ ". قالت: إن لي خِشفين (1) في هذا الجبل، فحُلَّني حتى أَذهبَ فأَرضعَهما ثم أرجعَ إليك. قال: "وتفعلين؟ ". قالت: عذبني الله عذابَ العُشار إن لم أَفعل، فأطلقَها، فذهبت فأرضعت خِشفيها ثم رجعت، فأَوثقها، وانتبه الأعرابي (2)، فقال: ألكَ حاجةٌ يا رسول الله؟ قال: "نعم، تُطْلِقُ هذه". فأَطلقها، فخرجت تعدو، وهي تقول: أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله، وأَنك رسول الله. رواه الطبراني.

486 - (10) [ضعيف] وعن مودودِ بن الحارثِ بن يزيدَ بنِ كُريب بن يزيدَ بن سيفِ بن حارثةَ اليربوعي عن أبيه عن جده (3): أنه أتى النبيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - فقال: يا رسول الله! إن رجلاً من بني تميم ذهب بمالي كله. فقال لي رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "ليس عندي ما أُعطيكه". ثم قال: "هل لك أن تَعرُفَ على قومِك؟ -أو ألا أُعَرَّفُكَ على قومك؟ -". قلت: لا. قال: "أما إن العريف يُدفَعُ في النار دَفعاً". رواه الطبراني، ومودود لا أعرفه.

487 - (11) [ضعيف] وعن غالب القطان عن رجل عن أبيه عن جده: أن قوماً كانوا على منهل من المناهلِ، فلما بلغهم الإِسلامُ، جعل صاحب الماءِ لقومِه مئةً من الإبل على أَن يُسلموا، فأَسلموا وقسم الإبل بينهم، وبدا له أَن يَرتَجعها، فأرسل ابنَه إلى النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم -فذكر الحديث. وفي آخره-: ثم قال: إن أَبي شيخ كبير، وهو عريفُ الماء، وإنه يسألك أن تجعل لي العِرافةَ بعده. قال: "إن العرافة حقٌ، ولا بد للناس من عِرافة، ولكن العرفاءَ في النار". رواه أبو داود، ولم يسم الرجل، ولا أباه، ولا جده.
