1500 - (13) [موضوع] ورُوي عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما رفعه قال: "الطابَعُ معَلَّقٌ بقائِمةِ العَرْشِ، فإذا اشْتَكَتِ الرَّحِمُ، وعُمِل بالمعَاصي، واجْتُرِىء على الله؛ بعَثَ الله الطابعَ فيطبعُ على قَلْبِه، فلا يَعْقِلُ بعدَ ذلك شيئاً". رواه البزار واللفظ له، والبيهقي، وتقدم لفظه في "الحدود" [21/ 4]، وقال البزار: "لا نعلم رواه عن التيمي -يعني سليمان- إلا سليمان بن مسلم، وهو بصري مشهور" (1).

1501 - (14) [ضعيف] ورُوِيَ عن عائشةَ رضي الله عنها عنْ رسولِ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -؛ أنَّه قال: "أتاني جبريلُ عليه السلامُ فقال: هذه ليلةُ النصْفِ مِنْ شعبانَ، ولله فيها عُتَقاءُ مِنَ النَّارِ بعَدَدِ شُعور غَنَم بني كَلْبٍ، لا ينظُر الله فيها إلى مُشْرِكٍ، ولا إلى مشاحِنٍ، ولا إلى قاطعِ رَحِمٍ، ولا إلى مُسْبِلٍ، ولا إلى عاقٍّ لوالديه، ولا إلى مدمن خمرٍ". رواه البيهقي في حديث يأتي بتمامه في "التهاجر" [23 - الأدب /11] إن شاء الله. [ضعيف] وتقدم فيه [يعني في "شرب الخمر" 21 - الحدود /6] حديث أبي أمامة: "يَبيتُ قَوْمٌ مِنْ هذه الأُمَّةِ على طُعْمٍ وشُرْبٍ، ولَهْوٍ ولَعِبٍ، فيُصبِحوا قد مُسِخوا قِردةً وخنازيرَ، بِشُربهمُ الخمرَ، ولُبسِهمُ الحريرَ، واتِّخاذِهُمُ القَيْنَاتِ، وقَطيعَتِهِمُ الرحِمَ". [ضعيف جداً] وتقدم في "اللباس" [18/ 2] حديث جابر: خَرَجَ علينا رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - ونحن مجتمعون، فقال: "يا معشرَ المسلمين! اتَّقوا الله، وصِلُوا أرْحامَكُم؛ فإنَّه ليسَ مِنْ ثوابٍ أسرعُ مِنْ صِلَةِ الرحِمِ، وإيَّاكمْ والبَغْيَ؛ فإَنَّه ليسَ مِنْ عقوبَةٍ أسرْعُ مِنْ عقوبةِ بَغْي، وإيَّاكم وعقوقَ الوالديْنِ؛ فإنَّ ريحَ الجنَّةِ يوجَدُ مِنْ مَسيرَةِ ألفِ عامٍ، والله لا يَجِدُها عاقٌّ، ولا قاطعُ رَحِمٍ، ولا جارٌّ إزارَه خُيَلاءَ. إنما الكِبْرِياءُ لله ربِّ العالَمينَ".

1502 - (15) [ضعيف موقوف] وعن الأعْمَشِ قال: كان ابنُ مسعودٍ جالِساً بعدَ الصُّبح في حَلَقَةٍ، فقال: أَنْشُدُ اللهَ قاطعَ رَحِمٍ لَمَا قام عنَّا، فإنَّا نريدُ أَنْ نَدْعُوَ ربَّنا، وإنَّ أبوابَ السماءِ مُرْتَجَةٌ دونَ قاطعِ رَحِمٍ. رواه الطبراني، ورواته محتج بهم في "الصحيح"؛ إلا أن الأعمش لم يدرك ابن مسعود. (مرتجة) بضم الميم وفتح التاء المثناة فوق وتخفيف الجيم؛ أي: مغلقة.

1503 - (16) [ضعيف] ورُوي عن عبد الله بن أبي أوفى رضي الله عنهما قال: كنَّا جُلوساً عندَ النبيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - فقال: "لا يُجالِسُنا اليومَ قاطعُ رَحِمٍ". فقامَ فتىّ مِنَ الحَلَقَةِ فأتى خالةً له قَدْ كان بينَهُما بعضُ الشيْءِ، فاسْتَغْفَر لها، واسْتَغْفَرَتْ له، ثمَّ عادَ إلى المْجلِسِ، فقال النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "إنَّ الرحمةَ لا تنزِلُ على قومٍ فيهمْ قاطعُ رَحِمٍ". رواه الأصبهاني (1). ورواه الطبراني مختصراً؛ أن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال: [موضوع] "إنَّ الملائكةَ لا تنزلُ على قومٍ فيهم قاطعُ رَحِمٍ".

1504 - (1) [ضعيف] ورواه [يعني حديث أبي هريرة في "الصحيح"] البزار متصلاً [وأرسله مالك]، ولفظه: قال: "مَنْ كَفَلَ يتيماً له ذا قرابَةٍ أو لا قَرابَة له؛ فأنا وهو في الجنَّةِ كهاتينِ -وضَمَّ أصبَعَيه-، وَمَنْ سَعى على ثلاثِ بناتٍ فهو في الجنَّةِ، وكانَ له كأجْرِ المجاهِدِ في سبيلِ الله صائماً قائماً". [مضى 17 - النكاح /5].

ورواه البزار متصلاً ولفظه:

1505 - (2) [ضعيف] ورُوي عن ابن عباسٍ رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "مَنْ عال ثلاثةً مِنَ الأَيْتامِ؛ كان كَمَنْ قامَ ليلَه، وصامَ نهارَهُ، وغدا وراحَ شاهِراً سيفَهُ في سبيلِ الله، وكنتُ أنا وهو في الجنَّةِ أخوين (1)؛ كما أنَّ هاتين أخْتانِ. وألصَقَ أُصْبَعَيْه السبَّابَةَ والوُسْطَى". رواه ابن ماجه.

1506 - (3) [ضعيف جداً] وعنه أيضاً؛ أن نبي الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال: "مَنْ قَبضَ يتيماً مِنْ بينِ مسْلِمين إلى طعامِه وشرابِه؛ أدْخَلَهُ الله الجنَّةَ البتةَ، إلا أَنْ يَعْمَلَ ذنباً لا يُغْفَرُ". رواه الترمذي وقال: "حديث حسن صحيح" (2).

1507 - (4) [ضعيف] وعن عمرو بن مالك القشيري رضي الله عنه قال: سمعتُ رسولَ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقول: ". . . ومَنْ ضَمَّ يتيماً مِنْ بينِ أبَوَيْنِ مسلمَيْن إلى طعامِه وشرابِه [حتى يُغنِيَهُ الله]؛ وجبَتْ لهُ الجنَّةُ". رواه أحمد والطبراني، ورواة أحمد محتج بهم؛ إلا علي بن زيد.

1508 - (5) [موضوع] وعن أبي موسى رضي الله عنه عن النبيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال: "ما قعدَ يتيمٌ مَعَ قومٍ على قَصْعَتِهم، فَيَقْرَبُ قَصْعَتَهُمْ شيطانٌ". حديث غريب، رواه الطبراني في "الأوسط"، والأصبهاني؛ كلاهما من رواية الحسن ابن واصل. وكان شيخنا الحافظ أبو الحسن رحمه الله يقول: "هو حديث حسن". ورواه الأصبهاني أيضاً من حديث أبي موسى (1).
