1790 - (3) [ضعيف] وعن ابِنْ عبَّاسٍ رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "ثلاثٌ مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ فيه واحدةٌ منهُنَّ؛ فإنَّ الله يغفِرُ ما سِوى ذلك لِمَنْ يَشاءُ: مَنْ ماتَ لا يشركُ باللهِ شيئاً، ولمْ يكنْ ساحِراً يتَّبِعُ السحرةَ، ولمْ يحْقِدْ على أخيهِ". رواه الطبراني في "الكبير" و"الأوسط". وفيه ليث بن أبي سُليم. [مضى 23 - الأدب /11].

1791 - (4) [ضعيف] وعن عبيد بن عمير الليثي عن أبيه: أن رجُلاً قال: يا رسولَ الله! وكمِ الكبائرُ؟ قال: "تِسْعٌ، أعظَمُهُنَّ الإشراكُ بالله، وقتْلُ المؤمنِ بغير حقٍّ، والفرارُ مِنَ الزحْفِ، وقَذفُ المُحصَنَةِ، والسحرُ، وأكلُ مالِ اليتيمِ، وأكلُ الرِبا" الحديث. رواه الطبراني في حديث تقدم في "الفرار من الزحف" [12 - الجهاد /11].

1792 - (5) [منكر] وعن أنسِ بْنِ مالكٍ رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "مَنْ أتى كاهِناً فصدَّقه بما يقول؛ فقد بَرِىءَ ممّا أُنْزِلَ على محمَّد - صلى الله عليه وسلم -، ومَنْ أتاه غيرَ مُصدِّقٍ له؛ لَمْ تُقْبَل له صلاةٌ أربعينَ ليلةً". رواه الطبراني من رواية رشدين بن سعد (1). (الكاهن): هو الذي يخبر عن بعض المضمرات فيصيب بعضها، ويخطىء أكثرها، ويزعم أن الجنَّ تخبره بذلك.

1793 - (6) [ضعيف جداً] ورُوي عن واثلةَ بنِ الأسْقَعِ رضي الله عنه قال: سمعتُ رسولَ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقول: "مَن أتى كاهِناً فسأَلهُ عن شَيْءٍ؛ حُجِبَتْ عنه التوبَةُ أربعينَ لَيْلَةً، فإنْ صدَّقهُ بما قال، كَفَر". رواه الطبراني.

1794 - (7) [ضعيف] وعن قطن بن قَبيصَة عن أبيه رضي الله عنه قال: سمعتُ رسولَ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقول: "العيافَةُ والطِّيَرَةُ والطَّرْقُ؛ مِنَ الجِبْتِ". رواه أبو داود والنسائي، وابن حبان في "صحيحه" (1). قال أبو داود: " (الطَّرق): الزجر، و (العيافة): الخط" انتهى. وقال ابن فارس: " (الطَّرق): الضرب بالحصى، وهو جنس من التكهن". (الطَّرْق) بفتح الطاء وسكون الراء. و (الجِبت) بكسر الجيم: كل ما عبد من دون الله تعالى. __________ (1) قلت: وهو ضعيف كما تقدم مراراً، وقول المعلقين الثلاثة: "حسن بشواهده" من جهلهم وغفلتهم عن أنه ليس في الشواهد التفريق بين المصدق وغير المصدق!

1795 - (1) [منكر] وروى أحمد عن عليٍّ قال: كان رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - في جَنازَةٍ فقال: "أيُّكم ينطلِقُ إلى المدينة فلا يَدعُ بها وثَناً إلا كَسَرُه، ولا قَبْراً إلا سوَّاهُ، ولا صورَةً إلا لَطَخها؟ ". فقال رجلٌ: أنا يا رسولَ الله! فانْطَلَق، فهابَ أهلَ المدينَةِ [فرجع، فقال عليٌّ: أنا أنْطلِقُ يا رسولَ الله!]، قال: "فانْطلِقْ". [فانَطَلَقَ]، ثم رجَعَ فقال: يا رسولَ الله! لمْ أَدَعْ بها وثَناً إلا كَسَرتُه، ولا قَبراً إلا سوَّيْتُه، ولا صورةً إلا لَطخْتُها. ثم قال رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "مَنْ عادَ إلى صَنْعَةِ شيْءٍ مِنْ هذا؛ فقد كَفَر بما أُنْزِلَ على محمَّد - صلى الله عليه وسلم -". وإسناده جيد إن شاء الله (2). __________ (1) قلت: سواء كانت مجسمة أو غير مجسمة، وسواء صوِّرت بالقلم والريشة، أو بالآلة، كل ذلك حرام إلا ما لا بد منه كلعب البنات ونحوها، كما كنت بينته في "أداب الزفاف"، ثم في "غاية المرام في تخريج أحاديث الحلال والحرام". (2) قلت: فيه (أبو محمد الهذلي)، ويقال: (أبو مورع)، قال الذهبي: "لا يعرف". ولم يوثقه أحد ولا ابن حبان! وفي متنه نكارة لم ترد في رواية مسلم التي في "الصحيح" هنا، ومع هذا كله تهافت الثلاثة فقالوا: "حسن"!!

رَجُلٌ: ← إلا كَسَرُه، ولا قَبْراً إلا سوَّاهُ، ولا صورَةً إلا لَطَخها؟ ← "أيُّكم ينطلِقُ إلى المدينة فلا يَدعُ بها ← كان رسولُ الله في جَنازَةٍ ← عَلِيٍّ، ← [منكر] وروى أحمد

1796 - (2) [منكر] وعن عليٍّ رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّ رسولَ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال: "لا تدخلُ الملائكةُ بيْتًا فيه صورةٌ، ولا جُنُبٌ، ولا كلْبٌ". رواه أبو داود والنسائي، وابن حبان في "صحيحه"؛ كلهم من رواية عبد الله بن نُجَيٌ؛ قال البخاري: "فيه نظر" (1). 34 - (الترهيب من اللعب بالنَّرْد (2)).

1797 - (1) [ضعيف] وقال البيهقي: وروينا من وجه آخر (3) عن محمد بن كعب عن أبي موسى عن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال: "لا يقلِّب كِعابَها أحدٌ ينتظر ما تأتي به؛ إلا عصى الله ورسولَه". __________ (1) قلت: هو منكر بذكر (الجنب)، فقد جاء الحديث عن جمع من الصحابة في "الصحيحين" وغيرهما دونه، وهو في "الصحيح" في هذا الباب. وفي إسناد الحديث اضطراب وجهالة لم ينتبه لها من حسنه، أو جوده، أو صححه! كما هو مبين في "ضعيف أبي داود"، (رقم 30)، وأما الجهلة الثلاثة، فخالفوا الجميع فقالوا: "حسن بشواهده"! ولا شاهد لـ (الجنب). نعم قد جاء ذكره في حديث آخر مخرج في "الصحيحة" (1804). (2) (النرد) بفتح النون وسكون الراء: لعِبٌ معروف، ويُسمى: الكعاب، و (النردشير). قال النووي: " (النردشير) هو النرد، فـ (النرد) عجمي معرب و (شير) معناه: حلو". (3) الأصل: (أوجه أخر)، وهو خطأ، والتصحيح من "الشعب" (5/ 237/ 6499)، ولا يعرف إلا من طريق حميد بن بشير بن المحرر عن محمد بن كعب، وقد وصله جمع منهم البيهقي في "السنن" عنه، وهو مجهول. وهو مخرج في "الإرواء" (8/ 286).

1799 - (2) [ضعيف] وعن أبي مِجْلَزٍ؛ أنَّ رجلًا قَعدَ وسْط حلْقَةٍ؛ قال حذيفةُ: "ملعونٌ على لِسانِ محمَّد - صلى الله عليه وسلم -، -أوْ لَعَن الله على لِسانِ محمَّد - صلى الله عليه وسلم -- مَنْ جلَسَ وسْطَ الحلْقَةِ". رواه الترمذي وقال: "حديث حسن صحيح". والحاكم بنحوه وقال: "صحيح على شرطهما" (3). __________ (1) انظر أحاديث هذا الشطر من الباب في "الصحيح". (2) قلت: فيه شريك القاضي، وانقطاع بين حذيفة والراوي عنه كما يأتي بعده. (3) غفلوا جميعاً عن قول شعبة -وعليه دار الإسناد-: لم يدرك أبو مجلز حذيفة. رواه أحمد (5/ 398). ولذلك قال ابن معين: "لم يسمع أبو مجلز من حذيفة". وهو مخرج في "الضعيفة" (638). وتجاهل هذه العلة المعلقون الثلاثة، فقالوا في هذا والذي قبله: "حسن"!! فخالفوا الجميع من مصححين ومعللين!!

1800 - (1) [ضعيف جداً] وعن عبد الله بن جَعْفَرٍ رضي الله عنهما؛ أن النبيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال: "مَنْ رمانا بالليل (2)؛ فليسَ منَّا، ومَنْ رَقَد على سطْحٍ لا جِدارَ له فماتَ؛ فَدَمُه هَدْرٌ". رواه الطبراني. __________ (1) انظر حديثي هذا الشطر من الباب في "الصحيح". (2) الأصل: (بالنبل)، والتصحيح من "المعجم الكبير" (13/ 87/ 217)، وهو مخرج في "الضعيفة" (6685)، والجملة الأولى صحت من حديث ابن عباس وغيره، فانظره في "الصحيحة" (2339).

1801 - (1) [ضعيف] وعن يعيش بن طخفة بن قيس الغفاري قال: كان أبي من أصحاب الصفة، فقال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "انطلقوا بنا إلى بيت عائشة". فانطلقنا، فقال: "يا عائشة! أطعمينا". فجاءت بجَشِيشَةٍ (1)، فأكلنا. ثم قال: "يا عائشة! أطعمينا". فجاءت بحيسةٍ مثل القطاة (2)، فأكلنا. ثم قال: "يا عائشة! اسقينا". فجاءت بعُسٍّ من لبن فشربنا. ثم قال: "يا عائشة! اسقينا". فجاءت بقدح صغير فشربنا. ثم قال: "إن شئتم بِتُّم، وإن شئتم انطلقتُم إلى السجدِ". . . . . . . . . . (3) رواه أبو داود، واللفظ له. ورواه النسائي عن قيس بن طغفة (بالغين المعجمة) قال: حدثني أبي، فذكره. وابن ماجه عن قيس بن طهفة (بالهاء) عن أبيه مختصراً. ورواه ابن حبان في "صحيحه" عن قيس بن طغفة (بالغين المعجمة) عن أبيه كالنسائي. __________ (1) (الجشيشة): ما يجش من الحب فيطبخ، و (الجَشّ): طحن خفيف، وهو ما كان فوق الدقيق. وقد يقال لها: (دشيشة) بالدال. (2) هي واحدة (القطا)، وهو شبه الحمام. (3) هنا في الأصل جملة النهي عن الاضطجاع على البطن، نقلتها إلى "الصحيح" لشواهدها.
