التذكرة في الأحاديث المشتهرة ج:1 ص:70 هو غير ثابت بهذا اللفظ ولعله مروي بالمعنى من أحاديث صحيحة ذكرتها في الاقضية من الذهب الابريز الحديث الحادي والثلاثون نهى عن تخليل الخمر قال الشيخ ابو حامد في باب الرهن من تعليقه اصحابنا يروونه حديثا ولا اعرفه بهذا اللفظ الا من حديث ابي طلحة اخللها قال لا اقوى من هذا واوكد لانه لفظ النبي والاول حكاية لفظ وحديث ابي طلحة رواه مسلم --- التذكرة في الأحاديث المشتهرة ج:1 ص:71
