[ 11272 ] أخبرناه أبو سعد الماليني أنبأ أبو أحمد بن عدي ثنا ميمون بن مسلم ثنا كثير بن أبي صابر ثنا عطاء بن مسلم الخفاف عن عمر بن قيس عن الزهري عن عروة عن عائشة رضى الله تعالى عنها قالت قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من بنى في رباع قوم بإذنهم فله القيمة ومن بنى بغير اذنهم فله النقض عمر بن قيس المكي ضعيف لا يحتج به ومن دونه أيضا ضعيف
