[ 21215 ] أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ أنبأ أبو أحمد بكر بن محمد الصيرفي بمرو ثنا أحمد بن محمد بن عيسى ثنا أبو معمر ثنا عبد الوارث بن سعيد ثنا سعيد بن جمهان حدثني سفيانة قال قالت لي أم سلمة أعتقك وأشترط عليك أن تخدم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ما عشت قال قلت لو إنك لم تشترطي علي ما فارقت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ما عشت قال فأعتقتني واشترطت عليك أن أخدم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ما عشت رواه أبو داود في كتاب السنن عن مسدد عن عبد الوارث

[ 21216 ] ورواه حماد بن سلمة عن سعيد كما أخبرنا أبو منصور الظفر بن محمد بن أحمد العلوي رحمه الله أنبأ أبو جعفر محمد بن علي بن دحيم أحمد بن حازم ثنا عبيد الله بن موسى أنبأ حماد بن سلمة ح وأخبرنا أبو بكر بن فورك أنبأ عبد الله بن جعفر ثنا يونس بن حبيب ثنا أبو داود ثنا حماد بن سلمة عن سعيد بن جمهان أخبرني سفيانة مولى أم سلمة قال أعتقتني أم سلمة رضى الله تعالى عنها واشترطت علي أن أخدم النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ما عاش لفظ حديث أبي داود

[ 21217 ] أخبرنا أبو زكريا بن أبي إسحاق المزكي وأبو بكر أحمد بن الحسن القاضي قالا ثنا أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب أنبأ محمد بن عبد الله بن عبد الحكم أنبأ بن وهب أخبرني يعقوب بن عبد الرحمن وحفص بن ميسرة عن موسى بن عقبة عن نافع أن عبد الله بن عمر أعتق غلاما له ثم اشترط عليه أن له عمله سنين فرعى له بعض سنيه وفي رواية القاضي بعض سنة ثم قدم عليه إما في حج وإما في عمرة فقال له عبد الله قد تركت الذي اشترطت عليك وأنت حر وليس عليك عمل كذا وجدته ثم اشترط عليه وإنما هو واشترط عليه
