[ 20297 ] أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ أنبأ أبو عبد الله محمد بن عبد الله الصفار ثنا أحمد بن مهران ثنا علي بن الجعد أنبأ شعبة عن سيار قال سمعت الشعبي قال كان بين عمر وأبي رضى الله تعالى عنهما خصومة فقال عمر اجعل بيني وبينك رجلا قال فجعلا بينهما زيد بن ثابت قال فأتوه قال فقال عمر رضى الله تعالى عنه آتيناك لتحكم بيننا وفي بيته يؤتى الحكم قال فلما دخلوا عليه أجلسه معه على صدر فراشه قال فقال هذا أول جور جرت في حكمك أجلسني وخصمي مجلسا قال فقصا عليه القصة قال فقال زيد لأبي اليمين على أمير المؤمنين فإن شئت أعفيته قال فأقسم عمر رضى الله تعالى عنه على ذلك ثم أقسم له لا تدرك باب القضاء حتى لا يكون لي عندك على أحد فضيلة

[ 20298 ] أخبرنا أبو علي الروذباري أنبأ محمد بن بكر ثنا أبو داود قال ثنا الربيع بن نافع عن يزيد بن مقدام بن شريح عن أبيه عن جده شريح عن أبيه هانئ أنه لما وفد إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أتى المدينة فسمعهم يكنونه بأبي الحكم فدعاه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال إن الله هو الحكم وإليه الحكم فلم تكنى أبا الحكم قال إن قومي إذا اختلفوا في شيء أتوني فحكمت بينهم فرضي كلا الفريقين فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ما أحسن هذا فما لك من الولد قال لي شريح ومسلم وعبد الله قال فمن أكبرهم قال قلت شريح قال فأنت أبو شريح

[ 20299 ] أخبرنا أبو الحسن علي بن أحمد بن محمد بن داود الرزاز ببغداد أنبأ أبو بكر محمد بن عبد الله الشافعي ثنا محمد بن الجهم السمري ثنا يعلى بن عبيد عن إسماعيل عن عامر قال كان بين عمر وأبي رضى الله تعالى عنهما خصومة في حائط فقال عمر رضى الله تعالى عنه بيني وبينك زيد بن ثابت فانطلقا فطرق عمر الباب فعرف زيد صوته ففتح الباب فقال يا أمير المؤمنين ألا بعثت إلي حتى آتيك فقال في بيته يؤتى الحكم. وذکر الحدیث
