1587 - أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ حدثني علي بن عيسى الحيري قال : ثنا مسدد بن قطن ثنا عثمان بن أبي شيبة ثنا جرير بن منصور عن مجاهد عن سعيد بن المسيب عن عمر قال : نعم العدلان و نعم العلاوة ( الذين إذا أصابتهم مصيبة قالوا إنا لله و إنا إليه راجعون أولئك عليهم صلوات من ربهم و رحمة ) نعم العدلان و أولئك هم المهتدون نعم العلاوة قال الحليمي رحمه الله : قيل في تفسير قوله عز و جل : { أولئك عليهم صلوات من ربهم } أنه الثناء من الله تعالى عليهم و المدح و التزكية لهم و قوله : { و رحمة } أنها كشف الكربة و قضاء الحاجة و قوله : { أولئك هم المهتدون } يحتمل و ألئك المصيبون طريق الحق دون من خالفهم فجزع على المفقود و بالسخط المعهود و أشار الحليمي إلى الحديث الذي :

1588 - أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ : و عدهن في يدي قال : عدهن في يدي أبي بكر بن أبي درام الحافظ بالكوفة و قال : عدهن في يدي علي بن أحمد العجلي قال : لي عدهن في يدي حرب بن الحسن الطحان و قال لي : عدهن في يدي يحيى بن المساور الحناط و قال لي : عدهن في يدي عمرو بن خالد و عد الإمام أحمد في أيدي من سمع منه ح قال : و ثنا أبو عبد الرحمن السلمي و عدهن في يدي أنا أبو الفضل محمد بن عبد الله الشيباني بالكوفة و عدهن في يدي أنا أبو القاسم علي بن محمد بن الحسن بن لاس بالرملة و عدهن في يدي ثنا جدي لأبي سليمان بن إبراهيم بن عبد الله المحاربي و عدهن في يدي ثنا نصر بن مزاحم المنقري و عدهن في يدي ثنا إبراهيم بن الزبرقان و عدهن في يدي ثنا أبو خالد عمرو بن خالد و عدهن في يدي قال لي : عدهن في يدي زيد بن علي و قال لي : عدهن في يدي أبي الحسين بن علي و قال لي عدن في يدي علي بن أبي طالب و قال لي : عدهن في يدي رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم و قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم : عدهن في يدي جبريل عليه السلام و قال جبريل هكذا انزلت من عند رب العزة : اللهم صل على محمد و آل محمد كما صليت على إبراهيم و على آل إبراهيم إنك حميد مجيد اللهم بارك على محمد و على آل محمد كما باركت على إبراهيم و على آل إبراهيم إنك حميد مجيد اللهم و ترحم على محمد و على آل محمد كما ترحمت على إبراهيم و على آل إبراهيم إنك حميد مجيد اللهم و تحنن على محمد و على آل محمد كما تحننت على إبراهيم و على آل إبراهيم إنك حميد مجيد اللهم و سلم على محمد و على آل محمد كما سلمت على إبراهيم و على آل إبراهيم إنك حميد مجيد زاد أبو عبد الله في روايته و قبض حرب خمس أصابعه و قبص أحمد بن علي العجلي خمس أصابعه و قبض شيخنا أبو بكر خمس أصابعه قال البيهقي : و قبض شيخنا أبو عبد الرحمن خمس أصابعه و هكذا أبلغنا هذا الحديث و هو إسناد ضعيف و أما المباركة فإنها فضل الله تعالى جده و إنما يكون هذا التبريك و هو أن يقول اللهم بارك على محمد و أصل البركة الدوام و هو من برك البعير إذا ناخ في موضع يلزمه و قد يوضع موضع النماء و الزيادة و أصلها ما ذكرنا لأن تزايد الشيء موجب دوامه و قد يوضع أيضا موضع التيمن فيقال للميمون مبارك الشيء موجبة دوامه و قد يوضع أيضا موضوع اليمن بمعنى أنه محبوب و مرغوب فيه و ذلك لا يخالف ما قلنا لأن البركة إذا أريد بها الدوام فإنما يستعمل ذلك فيما يراد و يرغب في بقائه فإذا قلنا : اللهم بارك على محمد فالمعنى اللهم أدم ذكر محمد و دعوته و شريعته و كثر أتباعه و أشاعيه و عرف أمته من يمنه و سعادته أن تشفعه فيهم و تدخلهم جناتك و تحلهم دار رضونك فيجمع التبريك عليه الدوام و الزيادة و السعادة و الله أعلم

1589 - و قد سمعت أبا بكر محمد بن بكر الطوسي الفقيه يقول : سمعت أبا الحسن الماسرجسي يقول سمعت أبا إسحاق المروزي : أنا أعتقد أن الصلاة على آل النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم واجبة في التشهد الآخير من الصلاة قال البيهقي رحمه الله : و في الأحاديث التي رويت في كيفية الصلاة على النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم الدلالة على صحة ما قال و الله أعلم و اختلفوا في آل النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم

1590 - ـ : فذهب الشافعي رحمه في رواية حرملة إلى أنهم بنو هاشم و بنو عبد المطلب الذين حرمت عليهم الصدقة و جعل لهم سهم ذي القربى من خمس الفيء و الغنيمة استدلالا بما روينا في الحديث الثابت عن النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم أنه قال : إن هذه الصدقة لا تحل لمحمد و لا لآل محمد

1591 - أخبرنا علي بن أحمد بن عبدان ثنا هشام بن علي ثنا أبو حذيفة ثنا سفيان عن عبد الله بن محمد عن أبي سلمة عن عائشة رضي الله عنها أو عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال : كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم إذا ضحى آتي بكبشين أقرنين أملحين موجوأين فذبح أحدهما عن أمته من شهد له بالتوحيد و شهد بالبلاغ و يذبح الآخر عن محمد و عن آل محمد و في هذا دلالة على أن اسم الآل للقرابة الخاصة لا لعامة المؤمنين

1592 - و الحديث الذي روي في الأول أنه كل تقي فإنه إنما رواه نافع أبو هرمز عن أنس بن مالك مرفوعا و أبو هرمز ضعفه أهل العلم بالحديث و تركوه و قد حمله الحليمي رحمه الله : على كل تقي من القرابة و أما أزواج النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم فإن اسم أهل البيت لهن تحقيق و قد سمين آل النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم تشبيها بالنسب

1597 - و روينا في حديث أبي حميد الساعدي : في كيفية الصلاة على النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم تعليم النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم أمته بتسمية أزواجه عند الصلاة عليه فدل ذلك على دخولهن في الصلاة عند الصلاة على الآل و الله أعلم و مما يدخل في تعظيم النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم أن لا يقابل قول يحكى عنه أو فعل له بوصف أو حال له تذكر بما يكون أزراء به و لا يسمى بشيء من الأسماء التي هي في متعارف الناس من أسماء الصنعة فلا يقال كان النبي فقيرا أو يقال إذا ذكرت مجاعته أو شدة لقيها مسكين كما يقال ذلك في مثل هذه الحال لغير ترحما و تعطفا عليه و إن قيل كان النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم محب لذلك فقابله أحد بأن يقول أما أنا فلا أحبه

فلا أحبه ← إِمَّا
