1708 - أخبرنا أبو عبد الله محمد بن أحمد بن أبي طاهر الدقاق ببغداد أنا أحمد بن سلمان الفقيه ثنا هلال بن العلاء الرقي ثنا علي بن ميمون الرقي العطار ثنا أبو خليد الدمشقي عن ابن ثوبان عن أبيه عن عطاء بن قرة عن عبد الله بن ضمرة السلولي ثنا أبو هريرة قال : سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم : يقول : الدنيا ملعونة ملعون ما فيها إلا ذكر الله و عالم أو متعلم

1709 - أخبرنا أبو الحسن بن أبي علي السقا أنا أبو سهل بن زياد القطان عن أحمد بن يحيى الحلواني ثنا عبيد بن جناد ثنا عطاء بن مسلم الخفاف عن خالد الحذاء عن عبد الرحمن بن أبي بكرة عن أبيه : عن النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم قال : اغد عالما أو متعلما أو مستمعا أو محبا و لا تكن الخامس فتهلك قال عبيد بن جناد قال عطاء قال مسعر بن كدام يا عطاء هذه خامسة زادنا الله في هذا الحديث لم يكن في أيدينا إنما كان في أيدينا اغد عالما أو متعلما أو مستمعا و لا تكن الرابعة فتهلك يا عطاء ويل لمن ليس فيه واحدة من هذه

1710 - أخبرنا أبو الحسن علي بن عبد الله الخسروجردي ثنا أبو بكر الإسماعيلي ثنا الحسن بن علي بن سليمان القطان ثنا عبيد بن حماد الحلبي : فذكره بإسناده غير أنه قال في آخر يا عطاء ويل لمن لم يكن فيه واحدة منهن تفرد بهذا عطاء الخفاف و إنما يروى هذا عن عبد الله بن مسعود و أبي الدرداء من قولهما و في حديث أبي الدرداء متبعا بدل مستمعا

1711 - أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ ثنا أبو علي حامد بن محمد الرفا ثنا محمد بن صالح الأشج ثنا عيسى بن زياد الدورقي ثنا مسلمة بن قعنب عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم : ما عبد الله بشيء أفضل من فقه في دين تفرد به عيسى بن زياد بهذا الإسناد و روي من وجه آخر ضعيف و المحفوظ في هذا اللفظ من قول الزهري

1712 - أخبرنا أبو منصور عبد القاهر بن طاهر الإمام الفقيه ثنا أبو العباس أحمد بن محمد بن محمد العمروي املاء ثنا محمد بن المسيب الارغياني ثنا محمد بن يزيد بن حكيم ثنا يزيد بن هارون عن يزيد عياض عن صفوان بن سليم عن سليمان بن يسار عن أبي هريرة : عن النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم قال : ما عبد الله بشيء أفضل من فقه في دين و لفقيه واحد أشد على الشيطان من ألف عابد و لكل دين عماد الدين الفقه و قال أبو هريرة : لأن أجلس ساعة فأفقه أحب إلي من أن أحيي ليلة إلى الصباح

1717 - و أخبرنا أبو سعد أنا أبو أحمد بن عدي ثنا أحمد بن محمد بن عنبسة ثنا كثير بن عبيد الجمي ثنا بقية عن مقاتل بن سليمان قال : حدثني أبو الزبير و شرحبيل بن سعد عن جابر بن عبد الله قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم : يبعث العالم و العابد فيقال للعابد أدخل الجنة و يقال للعالم أثبت حتى تشفع للناس بما أحسنت أدبهم تفرد به مقاتل بن سليمان
