1735 - أخبرنا أبو بكر محمد بن عبد الله الفارسي ثنا أبو الحسن محمد بن الحسن بن إبراهيم بن قدامة الجند قزجي قال : سمعت أبا بكر محمد بن إسحاق بن خزيمة يقول سمعت محمد بن رافع يقول : قيل لسفيان بن عيينة لم جدت الحفظ قال : بترك المعاصي الثامن عشر من شعب الإيمان و هو باب في نشر العلم و ألا يمنعه أهله و إذا حضر العالم ـ من يسأل عن علم عنده سؤال المسترشد المستفيد وجب عليه أن يخسره و لم يسعه كتمانه و الحرج في كتمان النصوص أشد منه في كتمان الاستنباط قال الله عز و جل : { ما كان المؤمنون لينفروا كافة فلولا نفر من كل فرقة منهم طائفة ليتفقهوا في الدين و لينذروا قومهم إذا رجعوا إليهم } فأبان أن المقيمين أخبار المتأخرين إذا رجعوا بما جلبوه في حال غيبتهم من علوم الدين ليشارك الفريقان في العلم و قال الله عز و جل : { وإذ أخذ الله ميثاق الذين أوتوا الكتاب لتبيننه للناس ولا تكتمونه فنبذوه وراء ظهورهم } فأخبرنا أن شرطه عز و جل على أن من أتاه الكتاب أن يبينه للناس و لا يكتمه فتبين أن علم الدين محمول على أهله على شريطة الأداء إلى من تعرض له على أن ينفرد به حامله و يزد به عن غيره و قال : { فاسألوا أهل الذكر إن كنتم لا تعلمون } فلما أمر من لا يعلم أن يسأل العالم دل على أن العالم إذا سئل أجاب
