6416 - روينا عن عبد العزيز بن صهيب عن أنس قال : نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم أن يتزعفر الرجل فروينا عن ابن عمر مرفوعا وموقوفا في تصفير اللحية بالورس والزعفران وروينا عن غيره في تصفيرها مطلقا فإن صح التصفير بالزعفران فيحتمل أن يكون تصفير اللحية به مستثنى عن النهي غير أن في حديث أنس في نهي الرجل عن التزعفر مطلقا أصح من حديث تصفير اللحية بالزعفران والله أعلم

6418 - أخبرنا علي أنا أحمد ثنا معاذ بن المثنى العنبري ثنا محمد بن المنهال ثنا عبد الواحد ثنا عبد الرحمن بن إسحاق ثنا عبد الله بن يعلى بن مرة الثقفي عن أبيه قال : اطليت ثم تخلفت ثم أتيت النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم فقلت : يا رسول الله صل علي قال : ما هذا الذي على يدك قال : قلت : إني اطليت ثم تخلقت قال : هل لك امرأة قلت : لا قال : فهل لك شيء قلت : لا قال : اذهب فاغسله ثم اغسله ثم لا تعد قال : فذهبت فغسلته ثلاث مرات ثم أتيت النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم فصلى علي قال الشيخ : حديث أنس في نهي الرجل عن التزعفر مطلقا أصح من حديث يعلى
