8588 - أخبرنا أبو زكريا بن أبي إسحاق أنا أبو الحسن الطرائفي نا عثمان بن سعيد نا القعنبي فيما قرأ على مالك عن ابن شهاب عن عبيد الله بن عبيد الله بن عتبة بن مسعود عن أبي هريرة و زيد بن خالد الجهني : أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم سئل عن الأمة إذا زنت و لم تحصن ؟ فقال إن زنت فاجلدوها ثم إن زنت فاجلدوها ثم إن زنت فاجلدوها ثم إن زنت فبيعوها و لو بطفير قال ابن شهاب لا أدري أبعد الثالثة أو الرابعة والطفير الخيل أخرجاه في الصحيح من حديث مالك و الكلام في حد المماليك قد مضى في كتاب السنن وفي كتاب المعرفة بالتمام

8589 - أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ و محمد بن موسى قالا نا أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب نا إبراهيم بن منقذ المصري نا المقري عن سعيد بن أبي أيوب حدثني حميد بن هانئ حدثني عمرو بن حريث : أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم قال : ما خففت عن خادمك من عمله كان لك أجرا في موازينك

8591 - و أخبرنا أبو زكريا أنا أبو الحسن نا عثمان نا القعنبي فيما قرأ على مالك عن عمه أبي سهيل بن مالك عن أبيه : أنه سمع عثمان بن عفان رحمة الله عليه و هو يخطب و هو يقول لا تكلفوا الأمة غير ذات الصنعة الكسب فإنكم متى ما كلفتموها الكسب كسبت بفرجها و لا تكلفوا الصغير فإنه إن لم يجد سرق وعفو إذا أعفكم الله و عليكم من المطاعم ما طاب منها

8592 - أخبرنا زيد بن جعفر بن محمد بن علي العلومي بالكوفة أنا أبو جعفر بن دحيم نا إبراهيم بن عبد الله نا وكيع عن الأعمش عن منذر الثوري عن الربيع بن خيثم : أنه كان يكنس الحش بيده قال فقيل له إنك تكفي هذا فقال : إني أحب أن آخذ بنصيبي من المهنة قال وكيع يعني الخدمة

8593 - أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ أنا أبو أحمد الحبيبي أخبرني شهاب بن الحسين أخبرني الأصمعي قال : سمعت أبا عمرو بن العلاء يقول : زرت يوما العلاء بن زيد فأقمت يومي عنده إلى المساء فرأيت له غلاما يخدمه ما رأيت غلاما أقل طاعة وأكثر خلافا لمولاه منه فقلت له أبا سالم تصنع بهذه أبعده أو بعه و استبدل به فقال لي : و الله ما أمسكه إلا لخلة قلت له وما هي ؟ قال : أتعلم عليه الحلم
