8809 - أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ و محمد بن موسى قالا : نا أبو العباس هو الأصم قال : نا عبد الملك بن عبد الحميد قال : نا روح قال : نا ابن جريج قال : أنا عمرو بن أبي سفيان أن عمرو بن عبد الله بن صفوان أخبره أن كلدة بن الحنبل أخبره : أن صفوان بن أمية بعثه في الفتح بلبن وجداية و ضغابيس و النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم على الوادي قال : فدخلت عليه و لم أسلم و لم أستأذن فقال النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم : إرجع فقل السلام عليكم أأدخل بعدما أسلم صفوان قال عمرو : و أخبرني هذا أمية بن صفوان و لم يقل سمعته من كلدة

8810 - أخبرنا أبو الحسين بن بشران قال : نا إسماعيل بن محمد الصفار قال : نا أحمد بن منصور قال : نا عبد الرزاق قال : أنا معمر عن أيوب عن ابن سيرين قال : استأذن أعرابي على النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم فقال : أأدخل و لم يسلم فقال النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم لبعض أهل البيت مره فليسلم قال : فسمعه الأعرابي فسلم فأذن له هكذا جاء بهذا الإسناد الصحيح مرسلا

8817 - أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ قال : نا أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب قال : نا بحر بن نصر قال : نا عبد الله بن وهب قال : أخبرني عمرو بن الحارث و أخبرنا أبو الحسن علي بن محمد المقريء قال : أنا الحسن بن محمد بن إسحاق قال نا يوسف بن يعقوب القاضي قال : نا أحمد بن عيسى قال : نا ابن وهب قال : نا عمرو بن الحارث أن بكير بن عبد الله بن الأشج حدثه أن بسر بن سعيد حدثه أنه سمع أبا سعيد الخدري يقول : كنا في مجلس عند أبي بن كعب فأتى أبو موسى الأشعري مغضبا حتى وقف فقال : أنشدكم الله هل سمع أحد منكم رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم يقول : الإستيذان ثلاث فإن أذن لك و إلا فارجع قال أبي : و ما ذاك قال : استأذنت على عمر أمس ثلاث مرات فلم يؤذن لي فرجعت ثم جئته اليوم فدخلت عليه فأخبرته إني جئته أمس فسلمت ثلاث مرات ثم انصرفت فقال : قد سمعناك و نحن حينئذ على شغل فلو ما استأذنت حتى يؤذن لك فقال : استأذنت كما سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم فقال : لتأتين بمن يشهد لك على هذا قال أبي : فو الله لا يقوم معك ألا أحدثنا سنا الذي بجنبك قم يا أبا سعيد فقمت حتى أتيت عمر فقلت : قد سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم يقول هذا لفظ حديث ابن المقري و رواه مسلم في الصحيح عن أبي الطاهر عن ابن وهب و أخرجاه من حديث يزيد بن خصيفة عن بسر بن سعيد

8820 - قال قتادة : كان يقال الإستئذان ثلاث فمن لم يؤذن له فليرجع أما الأولى فيسمع و أما الثانية فيأخذوا حذرهم و أما الثالثة فإن شاءوا أذنوا و إن شاءوا ردوا
