11071 - حدثنا أبو الحسين بن بشران إملاءا في مسجد الرصافة أنا أبو سهل أحمد بن عبد الله بن زياد القطان ثنا الحسن بن مكرم ثنا يزيد بن هارون أنا سفيان الثوري عن خالد الحذاء عن أبي قلابة عن أبي الأشعث عن شداد بن أوس : عن النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم قال : إن الله عز و جل كتب الإحسان على كل شيء فإذا قتلتم فأحسنوا القتلة و إذا ذبحتم فأحسنوا الذبحة و ليحد أحدكم شفرته و ليرح ذبيحته فقال رجل في المجلس ثنا علي بن عاصم عن خالد فسمعها يزيد فقال حدثناه سفيان عن خالد و إن خالدا لحي أخرجه مسلم من وجه آخر عن سفيان الثوري

11075 - أخبرنا أبو بكر بن فورك أنا عبد الله بن جعفر ثنا يونس بن حبيب ثنا أبو داود ثنا شعبة و ابن عيينة و حديث ابن عيينة أتم عن عمرو بن دينار عن صهيب مولى ابن عامر عن عبد الله بن عمرو : عن النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم قال : من قتل عصفورا بغير حقه سأله الله يوم القيامة عنه قيل : و ما حقه قال : يذبحه فيأكله و لا يقطع رأسه فيرمي به

11076 - أخبرنا أبو سعد الماليني أنا أبو أحمد بن عدي الحافظ ثنا أبو يعلى ثنا عبد الله بن عون الحراز ثنا أبو عبيدة يعني الحداد ثنا خلف بن مهران أبو الربيع العدوي و كان ثقة مرضيا ثنا عامر الأحول عن صالح بن دينار عن عمرو بن الشريد قال : سمعت الشريد يقول : سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم يقول : من قتل عصفورا عبثا عج إلى الله عز و جل يوم القيامة منه قال : يا رب إن هذا قتلني عبثا لم يقتلني لمنفعة تابعه أحمد بن حنبل عن أبي عبيدة و هو عبد الواحد بن واصل

11082 - أخبرنا الحاكم أبو عبد الله أنا أبو محمد جعفر بن محمد بن نصير الخلدي أنا إبراهيم بن نصر المنصوري حدثني إبراهيم بن بشار الصوفي الخراساني قال : سمعت إبراهيم بن أدهم يقول : بلغه أنه كان في بني إسرائيل رجل ذبح عجلا بين يدي أمه فأيبس الله يده فبينا هو ذات يوم جالس إذا بفرخ قد سقط من وكره و هو يتبصبص إلى أبويه و أبواه يتبصبصان إليه فأخذه ورده إلى وكره رحمة له فC برحمته لهما و رد عليه يده بما صنع
