4360 - أخبرنا أبو القاسم عبد الرحمن بن عبيد الله الخرقي نا أحمد بن سلمان الفقيه نا إسماعيل بن إسحاق نا يحيى بن عبد الحميد نا إسحاق بن سعيد القرشي حدثني أبي عن أبي هريرة قال : كيف أنتم إذا لم تجدوا مالا أو لم تجدوا دينارا و لا درهما قالوا : أو نرى ذلك يا أبا هريرة كائنا ؟ قال : نعم و الذي نفسي بيده عن الصادق المصدوق رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم قالوا : متى ذلك يا أبا هريرة ؟ قال : تنتهك ذمة الله و ذمة رسوله صلى الله عليه و سلم فيمسك القطر عن أهل الأرض فيمسك الأسخياء بجدبهم

4361 - أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ قال : سمعت علي بن حمشاذ يقول : نا محمد بن يونس نا السميدع بن واهب نا شعبة حدثني جرير بن حازم عن عمه قال : سمعت المهلب بن أبي صفرة يقول لابنه عبد الملك : يا بني إنما كانت وصية رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم غدات أنفذها أبو بكر الصديق فلا تبدأ بالعدة فإن مخرجها سهل و مصدرها وعر و اعلم أن لا و إن قبحت فربما زوجت و لم توجب الطمع

4362 - حدثنا أبو محمد بن يوسف نا أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب نا الحسن بن علي بن عفان نا أسباط بن محمد نا محمد بن سوقه عن جامع عن ميمون بن مهران قال : ثلاثة المسلم و الكافر فيهن سواء من عاهدته وفى بعهده مسلما كان أو كافرا فإنما العهد لله عز و جل و من كانت بينك و بينه رحم فصلها مسلما كان أو كافرا و من ائتمنك على أمانة فأدها إليه مسلما كان أو كافرا و قد روي هذا مرفوعا بإسناد ضعيف

4363 - حدثنا أبو محمد بن يوسف أنا أبو الحسن علي بن عبد الرحمن السبيعي بالكوفة نا علي بن العباس بن الوليد البجلي نا محمد بن عمارة بن صبيح نا إسماعيل بن أبان نا عمرو بن ثابت عن جابر عن غياث بن عبد الرحمن عن علي بن أبي طالب قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم : ثلاث ليس لأحد من الناس فيهن رخصة بر الوالدين مسلما كان أو كافرا و الوفاء بالعهد لمسلم كان أو كافرا و أداء الأمانة إلى مسلم كان أو كافرا

4364 - أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ أنا أبو الطيب محمد بن عبد الله الشعيري نا إبراهيم بن مخلد البلخي نا حاتم بن بكر بن غيلان نا أبو عامر العقدي نا إبراهيم بن طهمان عن علي بن عبد الأعلى عن أبي النعمان عن أبي الوقاص عن زيد بن أرقم قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم : من وعد منكم رجلا عدة و من نيته أن يفي بذلك فلم يف لموعده فلا إثم عليه رواه أبو داود عن محمد بن المثنى عن أبي عامر
