حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ الصَّعْبِ بْنِ جَثَّامَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَمَی النَّقِيعَ وَقَالَ لَا حِمَی إِلَّا لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ

Narrated As-Sab ibn Jaththamah: The Prophet ﷺ protected Naqi and said: There is no (permission for) protected land except for Allah Most High.

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ سَمِعَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِي الرِّکَازِ الْخُمُسُ

Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Prophet ﷺ said: A fifth is payable on buried treasure.

سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ سَمِعَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ← الزُّهْرِيِّ، ← سُفْيَانَ، ← مُسَدَّدٌ

Al hasan said “Rikaz means treasure buried in pre Islamic times. ”

حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُسَافِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْکٍ حَدَّثَنَا الزَّمْعِيُّ عَنْ عَمَّتِهِ قُرَيْبَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ عَنْ أُمِّهَا کَرِيمَةَ بِنْتِ الْمِقْدَادِ عَنْ ضُبَاعَةَ بِنْتِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ بْنِ هَاشِمٍ أَنَّهَا أَخْبَرَتْهَا قَالَتْ ذَهَبَ الْمِقْدَادُ لِحَاجَتِهِ بِبَقِيعِ الْخَبْخَبَةِ فَإِذَا جُرَذٌ يُخْرِجُ مِنْ جُحْرٍ دِينَارًا ثُمَّ لَمْ يَزَلْ يُخْرِجُ دِينَارًا دِينَارًا حَتَّی أَخْرَجَ سَبْعَةَ عَشَرَ دِينَارًا ثُمَّ أَخْرَجَ خِرْقَةً حَمْرَائَ يَعْنِي فِيهَا دِينَارٌ فَکَانَتْ ثَمَانِيَةَ عَشَرَ دِينَارًا فَذَهَبَ بِهَا إِلَی النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخْبَرَهُ وَقَالَ لَهُ خُذْ صَدَقَتَهَا فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هَلْ هَوَيْتَ إِلَی الْجُحْرِ قَالَ لَا فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَارَکَ اللَّهُ لَکَ فِيهَا

Narrated Dubaah daughter of az-Zubayr ibn Abdul Muttalib: Al-Miqdad went to Baqi' al-Khabkhabah for a certain need. He found a mouse taking out a dinar from a hole. It then continued to take out dinars one by one until it took out seventeen dinars. It then took out a red purse containing a dinar. There were thus eighteen dinars. He took them to the Prophet ﷺ, informed him and said to him: Take its sadaqah. The Prophet ﷺ asked him: Did you extend your hand toward the hole? He replied: No. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then said: May Allah bless you in it.

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ مَعِينٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ إِسْحَقَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ إِسْمَعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ بُجَيْرِ بْنِ أَبِي بُجَيْرٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ حِينَ خَرَجْنَا مَعَهُ إِلَی الطَّائِفِ فَمَرَرْنَا بِقَبْرٍ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هَذَا قَبْرُ أَبِي رِغَالٍ وَکَانَ بِهَذَا الْحَرَمِ يَدْفَعُ عَنْهُ فَلَمَّا خَرَجَ أَصَابَتْهُ النِّقْمَةُ الَّتِي أَصَابَتْ قَوْمَهُ بِهَذَا الْمَکَانِ فَدُفِنَ فِيهِ وَآيَةُ ذَلِکَ أَنَّهُ دُفِنَ مَعَهُ غُصْنٌ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ إِنْ أَنْتُمْ نَبَشْتُمْ عَنْهُ أَصَبْتُمُوهُ مَعَهُ فَابْتَدَرَهُ النَّاسُ فَاسْتَخْرَجُوا الْغُصْنَ

Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As: When we went out along with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to at-Taif we passed a grave. I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: This is the grave of Abu Righal. He was in this sacred mosque (sanctuary) protecting himself (from punishment). When he came out, he suffered the same punishment which his people suffered at this place, and he was buried in it. The sign of it is that a golden bough was buried with him. If you dig it out, you will find it with him. The people hastened to it and took out the bough.
