2481 - أخبرنا عبد الله قال ثنا علي قال أنا هشيم وأبو معاوية عن الشيباني عن محمد بن عبيد الله الثقفي Y أن رجلا اشترى من رجل سلعة فنقده بعض الثمن وبقي البعض قال ادفعها إلي وأبى البائع فانطلق المشتري فتعجل له بقية الثمن ثم أتى به فدفعه إليه فقال ادخل فاقبض سلعتك فوجدها ميتة فقال رد علي مالي فأبى واختصما إلى شريح فقال شريح رد على الرجل ماله وارجع إلى جيفتك فادفنها
