2626 - وبه عن أبي الزبير عن جابر قال أعتق رجل من الأنصار غلاما عن دبر منه ولم يكن له مال غيره قال فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم Y أعتقت غلامك عن دبر منك قال نعم قال من يشتريه أو من يبتاعه مني فابتاعه النحام بثمان مائة درهم وقال أنفق على نفسك فإن فضل عنك شيء فعلى أهلك فإن فضل عن أهلك شيء فعلى ذي قرابتك فإن فضل شيء فهكذا وهكذا ولم يحفظ زهير كيف صنع

2627 - حدثنا علي أنا زهير عن أبي الزبير عن جابر قال Y خرجنا مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم مهلين بالحج مع النساء والولدان فلما قدمنا مكة طفنا بالبيت وبالصفا والمروة وقال لنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم من لم يكن معه هدي فليحل قلنا أي الحل قال الحل كله فأتينا النساء ولبسنا ومسسنا الطيب فلما كان يوم التروية أهللنا بالحج وكفانا الطواف الأول بين الصفا والمروة
