2871 - حدثنا علي أنا عبد العزيز عن بن شهاب عن سهل بن سعد الساعدي عن عاصم بن عدي قال Y جاء عويمر رجل من بني العجلان فقال يا عاصم أرأيت رجلا وجد مع امرأته رجلا أيقتله فتقتلونه أم كيف يفعل سل لي يا عاصم عن ذلك رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم قال فسأل عاصم عن ذلك رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم فكره رسول الله المسائل وعابها حتى كبر على عاصم ما سمع من رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم فلما رجع عاصم إلى أهله جاءه عويمر فقال يا عاصم ماذا قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم قال قد كره رسول الله المسألة التي سئل عنها فأقبل عويمر حتى سأل رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم في وسط الناس فقال يا رسول الله أرأيت رجلا وجد مع امرأته رجلا أيقتله أم كيف يفعل قال فقال قد نزل فيك وفي صاحبتك فاذهب فائت بها قال سهل فتلاعنا وأنا مع الناس عند رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم فلما فرغا من تلاعنهما قال يا رسول الله كذبت عليها إن أمسكتها قال فطلقها قبل أن يأمره رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم وكان فراقه إياها بعد سنة بين المتلاعنين
