[2246] أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ، ثنا علي بن الحسن والسري بن خزيمة (ح).وأخبرنا أبو عبد الله، قال: وحدثنا أبو بكر بن إسحاق إملاء واللفظ له، ثنا موسى بن الحسن بن عباد، ثنا معلى بن أسد، ثنا وهيب، عن عبد الله بن طاوس، عن أبيه، عن ابن عباس، عن رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال: "أمرت أن أسجد على سبعة أعظم: على الجبهة - وأشار بيده إليه (3) - واليدين، والركبتين، وأطراف القدمين، ولا أكف الثوب ولا الشعر". أخرجه البخاري في الصحيح عن معلى بن أسد (4)، وعن محمد بن حاتم، عن بهز، عن وهب.

[2247] أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ، ثنا أبو بكر بن إسحاق، أنا العباس بن الفضل الأسفاطي، ثنا أحمد بن يونس، ثنا زهير، عن أبي إسحاق، عن سعيد بن وهب، عن خباب قال: شكونا إلى رسول الله حر الرمضاء (1) فلم يشكنا (2). أخرجه مسلم في الصحيح عن أحمد بن يونس (3).

[2248] أخبرناه أبو عبد الله الحافظ، قال: فحدثنا الإمام أبو بكر، أنا الحسن بن علي بن زياد، ثنا إبراهيم بن موسى، ثنا عيسى بن يونس، عن زكريا بن أبي زائدة، عن أبي إسحاق، عن سعيد بن وهب، عن خباب بن الأرت قال (4): شكونا إلى رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - شدة الرمضاء (5) في جباهنا وأكفنا فلم يشكنا. زكريا بن أبي زائد مجمع على عدالته، وكذلك الطريق إليه سديد، والزيادة من الثقة مقبولة.وحديث رفاعة: "مكن جبهتك من الأرض" قد سبق ذكره في مسألة التكبير (6).

[2249] أخبرنا أبو زكريا، ثنا أبو العباس الأصم، ثنا بحر بن نصر، قال: قرئ على ابن وهب: أخبرك ابن لهيعة وعمرو بن الحارث، عن بكر بن سوادة الجذامي، عن صالح بن حيوان (1)، حدثه أن رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - رأى رجلا سجد (2) بجنبه وقد اعتم على جبهته، فحسر رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - عن جبهته (3). قال أبو حامد الشاركي: أنا الحسن بن سفيان، ثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة، ثنا حماد بن خالد، عن معاوية بن صالح، عن عياض بن عبد الله القرشي قال: رأى رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - رجلا يسجد على كور العمامة فأومأ بيده: "ارفع عمامتك". وأومأ إلى جبهته (4). وهذا يؤكد رواية صالح بن حيوان. وروينا (5) عن علي بن أبي طالب قولا، وعن عبادة بن الصامت وابن عمر - رضي الله عنهما - فعلا. أما حديث ابن عمر:

[2250] فأخبرنا أبو نصر بن قتادة، أنا أبو الفضل بن خميرويه (6)، ثنا أحمد بن نجدة، ثنا محمد بن عبد الله بن نمير، ثنا محمد بن بشر، ثنا عبيد الله، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر أنه كان ينزع العمامة عن جبهته حتى يسجد على الأرض (7). وأما حديث عبادة:

[2251] فأخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ، أنا أبو بكر بن إسحاق، أنا عبد الله بن محمد، ثنا هناد، ثنا وكيع، عن سكن بن أبي كريمة، عن محمد بن عبادة، عن محمود بن الربيع، عن عبادة بن الصامت أنه كان إذا قام [إلى] (1) الصلاة حسر العمامة عن جبهته (2). وأما علي بن أبي طالب - رضي الله عنه - فقال: إذا كان أحدكم يصلي فليحسر العمامة عن جبهته (3). إن صح إسناده. واستدلوا بما:

[2252] أخبرنا زيد بن جعفر بن محمد بن علي العلوي بالكوفة، ثنا أبو جعفر بن دحيم الشيباني، ثنا محمد بن الحسين بن أبي الحنين (4)، ثنا أبو الوليد الطيالسي ومسدد، قالا: ثنا بشر بن المفضل (ح). وأخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ، أخبرني أبو النضر، أنا محمد بن نصر الإمام، ثنا يحيى بن يحيى، أنا بشر بن المفضل (ح). وأخبرنا أبو علي الروذباري واللفظ له، أنا أبو بكر بن داسة، ثنا أبو داود، ثنا أحمد بن حنبل، ثنا بشر، ثنا غالب القطان، عن بكر بن عبد الله، عن أنس بن مالك قال: كنا نصلي مع رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - في شدة الحر، فإذا لم يستطع أحدنا أن يمكن وجهه - وقال يحيى: جبهته - من الأرض بسط ثوبه فسجد عليه (1). أخرجه البخاري في الصحيح عن أبي الوليد ومسدد، عن بشر (2)، وأخرجه مسلم عن يحيى بن يحيى (3). وهذا لا حجة لهم فيه؛ لأنه يريد به ثوبا منفصلا عنه، وبيانه فيما روينا:

[2253] أخبرنا أبو عمرو الأديب، أنا أبو بكر الإسماعيلي، أخبرني أبو يعلى، ثنا سريج بن يونس، ثنا بشر بن المفضل، فذكره بإسناده هذا، إلا أنه قال في متنه: كنا نصلي مع رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - في شدة الحر، فيأخذ أحدنا الحصى في يده، فإذا برد وضعه وسجد عليه (4). قال الشيخ أبو بكر - رحمه الله -: هذان حديثان رواهما بشر بن المفضل، أحدهما في الثوب والآخر في الحصى، فدل أن بسط الثوب وسجودهم عليه كان ذلك (5) في ثوب منفصل عن المصلي، ولو جاز السجود على ثوب متصل به، لكان ذلك أسهل من تبريد الحصى في الكف ووضعها للسجود عليها. وروي نحو هذا المتن الثاني في حديث سعيد بن الحارث الأنصاري عن جابر بن عبد الله: كنت أصلي مع النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - صلاة الظهر، فآخذ قبضة من الحصى في كفي حتى تبرد وأضعها لجبهتي إذا سجدت؛ من شدة الحر (1).

[2255] أخبرنا علي بن بشران ببغداد، أنا علي بن محمد المصري، ثنا محمد بن إسماعيل السلمي، ثنا أبو صالح، ثنا الليث بن سعد، عن شريك بن عبد الله، عن حسين بن عبد الله، عن عكرمة، عن ابن عباس قال: كان رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يصلي في الثوب الواحد يتقي حر الأرض وبردها بفضوله (4). حسين بن عبد الله ضعيف لا يحتج به.

[2257] أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ في التاريخ، قال: سمعت أبا زكريا يحيى بن محمد العنبري يقول: سمعت أحمد بن سلمة يقول: سمعت محمد بن أسلم يقول: لما أدخلت على عبد الله بن طاهر، وفي رأسي عمامة كبيرة طويلة، فقال لي: ما تقول في السجود على كور العمامة؟ فقلت: ثنا خلاد بن يحيى، عن عبد الله (2) بن المحرر، عن يزيد بن الأصم، عن أبي هريرة أن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - سجد على كور العمامة. فقال عبد الله بن طاهر: هذا إسناد ضعيف. فقلت: نستعمل هذا حتى يجيء أقوى منه. ثم قلت: وعندي أقوى منه: ثنا يزيد بن هارون، ثنا شريك، عن حسين بن عبد الله، عن عكرمة، عن ابن عباس قال: كان رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يصلي في ثوب واحد يتقي بفضوله حر الأرض وبردها. هذا الدليل على السجود على كور العمامة. قال الإمام أحمد - رحمه الله -: عذره بأنه يستعمل حتى يجيء أقوى منه ليس بعذر، والحديث الذي لم يثبت إسناده كالذي لم يرد. والإسناد الآخر أيضا (3) ضعيف؛ حسين بن عبد الله غير محتج به عند أهل العلم بالحديث، والله أعلم.

21. Issue (21): vomiting, bleeding, and blood that comes out other than the outcome of the event does not invalidate the ablution (1).
22. Question (22): Laughing does not erode the ablution, whether it is during prayer or outside of prayer (1).
23. Question (23): The emission of the semen necessitates washing, whether it came out in a stream (1) or came out of a stream (2) due to weakness in the body (3).
24. Issue (24): If a person performs ablution before washing it, then it is Sunnah to complete his ablution before doing his ablution. (1)
25. Question (25): rinsing and inhaling two years during bathing (1).
26. Question (26): Seeing water in prayer does not invalidate tayammum, nor does it prevent (1) from completing the prayer with it (2).
27. Question (27): It is not permissible to offer obligatory prayers with one tayammum (1).

29. Issue (29): It is not permissible to do tayammum using arsenic and norah (1) (2).
30. Rule (30): It is not permissible to do tayammum except after the time for prayer begins (1).
31. Rule (31): He should not do tayammum due to severe cold and fear of sickness from using water in Egypt (1).
32. Problem (32): A patient who is not afraid of damage by using water does not do tayammum (1).
33. Rule (33): If some of its members were injured, it should be washed as much as it was able to and performed for the rest (1).
34. Problem (34): There are two sayings regarding wiping over casts (1):
35. Rule (35): There is no valid tayammum in Egypt when there is water for a funeral prayer or for any other purpose, even if one fears missing it (1).
36. Rule (36): To hasten prayer at the beginning of the time with tayammum is better - according to one of the two sayings - than delaying it until the end of the time in the hope of having water (1).

Question (396): The kinship on the part of the mother conceals the second from the father, and the kinship from the father does not conceal the second from the mother in the Sahih of the school of thought, and it is the most correct of the two narrations397. Issue (397): The brothers and sisters of the father, the mother, and the father share the grandfather as long as (1) sharing is better for him than the third (2).
