285 - حدثنا عبد العزيز بن أبان ثنا إسرائيل عن إبراهيم بن عبد الأعلى عن إسحاق بن الحكم عن محمد بن رافع بن خديج عن رافع بن خديج Y أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم بعث رجلا الى قوم يطمس عليهم نخلهم فأتوا رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم فقالوا أتانا فلان يطمس علينا نخلنا فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم لقد بعثته وانه في نفسي لأمين فان شئتم أخذتم ما طمس عليكم وان شئتم أخذناه ورددناه عليكم فقالوا هذا الحق وبالحق قامت السماوات والأرض

288 - حدثنا أبو النضر ثنا الليث عن خالد بن يزيد عن سعيد بن أبي هلال عن أنس بن مالك أنه قال أتى رجل من بني تميم رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم فقال Y يا رسول الله اني ذو مال كثير وذو أهل وحاضرة فأخبرني كيف انفق وكيف اصنع فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم تخرج الزكاة من مالك فإنها طهرة تطهرك وتصل أقربائك وتعرف حق السائل والجار والمسكين وءات ذا القربى حقه والمسكين وابن السبيل ولا تبذر تبذيرا قال حسبي يا رسول الله إذا اديت الزكاة الى رسولك فقد برئت منها الى الله ورسوله فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم إذا أديتها الى رسولي فقد برئت منها فلك اجرها واثمها على من بدلها

290 - حدثنا سليمان بن حرب ثنا جرير بن حازم قال رأيت في مجلس أيوب أعرابيا عليه جبة من صوف فلما رأى القوم يتحدثون قال حدثني مولاي قرة بن دعموص قال Y أتيت المدينة فإذا النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم قاعد وأصحابه حوله فأردت أن ادنو منه فلم استطع أن ادنو فقلت يا رسول الله استغفر للغلام النميري فقال غفر الله لك قال وبعث رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم الضحاك ساعيا فجاء بابل جلة فقال النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم أتيت هلال بن عامر ونمير بن عامر وعامر بن ربيعة فأخذت جلة أموالهم فقال يا رسول الله اني سمعتك تذكر الغزو فأردت أن آتيك بابل تركبها وتحمل عليها أصحابك فقال والله للذي تركت أحب الي من الذي جئت به اذهب فارددها عليهم وخذ من حواشي أموالهم

291 - حدثنا روح بن عبادة ثنا زكريا بن إسحاق حدثني عمرو بن أبي سفيان قال حدثني مسلم بن شعبة أن علقمة استعمل أباه على عرافة قال مسلم فبعثني أبي اليه بصدقة طائفة من قومي قال فخرجت حتى آتي شيخا يقال له أبو شعر في شعب من الشعاب فقلت Y ان أبي بعثني إليك لتعطيني صدقة غنمك فقال أي بن أخي فاي نحو تأخذون فقلت نأخذ أفضل ما نجد فقال الشيخ فوالله اني لفي شعب من هذه الشعاب في غنم لي إذ جاءني رجلان مرتدفان بعيرا فقال انا رسولا رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم إليك لتوفينا صدقة غنمك قلت وما هي قالا شاة فعمدت الى شاة قد علمت مكانها ممتلئة مخاضا وشحما فأخرجتها فقالا هذه شافعا وقد نهانا رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم أن نأخذ شافعا والشافع التي في بطنها ولدها قلت أي شيء تأخذان قالا عناقا جذعة أو ثنية قال فأخرج عليهما عناقا قالا ارفعها إلينا فتناولاها فجعلها معهما على بعيرهما
