1845 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بِشْرٍ بَكْرُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ قَالَ: ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي وَهْبُ بْنُ كَيْسَانَ، قَالَ: اجْتَمَعَ عِيدَانِ عَلَى عَهْدِ ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، فَأَخَّرَ الْخُرُوجَ حَتَّى تَعَالَى النَّهَارُ، ثُمَّ خَرَجَ، فَخَطَبَ، فَأَطَالَ الْخُطْبَةَ، ثُمَّ نَزَلَ، فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ بِالنَّاسِ يَوْمَئِذٍ الْجُمُعَةَ، فَعَابَ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِ نَاسٌ مِنْ بَنِي أُمَيَّةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ شَمْسٍ، فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، فَقَالَ: أَصَابَ السُّنَّةَ، فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، فَقَالَ: " رَأَيْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ وَاجْتَمَعَ عَلَى عَهْدِهِ عِيدَانِ، فَصَنَعَ هَكَذَا "

1846 - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، قَالَ: تَكَلَّمَ طَاوُسٌ، فَقَالَ: " الْخُلْعُ لَيْسَ بِطَلَاقٍ، إِنَّمَا هُوَ فِرَاقٌ "، فَأَنْكَرَ [ص:93] ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِ أَهْلُ مَكَّةَ، فَقَالُوا: إِنَّمَا هُوَ طَلَاقٌ، فَاعْتَذَرَ إِلَيْهِمْ، وَقَالَ: " لَمْ أَقَلْ هَذَا، إِنَّمَا قَالَهُ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا "

1850 - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، قَالَ: ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حَرْبِ بْنِ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، مِنْ قَوْمِهِ قَالَ: كَانَ الرَّجُلُ إِذَا قَدِمَ الْمَدِينَةَ مُهَاجِرًا، نَزَلَ عَلَى قَرَابَةٍ إِنْ كَانَ لَهُ بِهَا، وَإِلَّا نَزَلَ الصُّفَّةَ، فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّهُ قَدْ تَخَرَّقَتْ عَنَّا هَذِهِ الْخُنُفُ، وَمَرَجَ بُطُونَنَا هَذَا التَّمْرُ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِنَّا كُنَّا بِمَكَّةَ إِنَّمَا جُلُّ طَعَامِنَا الْبَرِيرُ، ثُمَّ إِنَّا قَدِمْنَا عَلَى إِخْوَانِنَا الْمَدِينَةَ، وَإِنَّمَا جُلُّ طَعَامِهِمُ التَّمْرُ، فَآسَوْنَا فِيهِ، وَإِنِّي لَوْ قَدِرْتُ لَكُمْ عَلَى الْخُبْزِ وَاللَّحْمِ لَأَطْعَمْتُكُمْ " [ص:95] قَالَ ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ: الْبَرِيرُ: ثَمَرُ الْأَرَاكِ وَكَانَ مِنْ قَوْلِ أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ فِي قَدِيمِ الدَّهْرِ فِي الصَّرْفِ أَنْ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ يَدًا بِيَدٍ أَقَلَّ أَوْ كَثُرَ

1851 - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ: ثنا أَبُو صَالِحٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ، رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ يَقُولُ: الدِّينَارُ بِالدِّينَارِ وَالدِّرْهَمُ بِالدِّرْهَمِ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا فَضْلٌ، فَقُلْتُ: فَإِنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا يَقُولُ غَيْرَ ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ: إِنِّي لَقِيتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، فَقُلْتُ لَهُ: أَرَأَيْتَ الَّذِيَ تَقُولُهُ، شَيْئًا سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَوْ وَجَدْتَهُ فِي كِتَابِ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ؟ قَالَ: لَمْ أَسْمَعْهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَلَمْ أَجِدْهُ فِي كِتَابِ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، وَأَنْتُمْ أَعْلَمُ بِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنِّي، وَلَكِنْ أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الرِّبَا فِي الدَّيْنِ " وَقَالَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى " فِي النَّسِيئَةِ "

1852 - حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ فُرَاتٍ الْقَزَّازِ، قَالَ: عُدْنَا سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ، فَلَمَّا أَرَدْنَا أَنْ نَخْرُجَ [ص:96] مِنْ عِنْدِهِ، قَالَ لَهُ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ: أَرَجَعَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا عَنِ الصَّرْفِ؟ فَقَالَ سَعِيدٌ: " عَهْدِي بِهِ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ بِسِتٍّ وَثَلَاثِينَ لَيْلَةً وَمَا رَجَعَ عَنْهُ "

1854 - فَحَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ حَسَنٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، قَالَ: أَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، قَالَ: أَنَا النَّهَّاسُ بْنُ قَهْمٍ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ عَطَاءً، أَوْ سُئِلَ عَمَّا يَصْنَعُ أَهْلُ مَكَّةَ، يَشْتَرُونَ اللَّبَنَ فِي الضُّرُوعِ الشَّهْرَ وَالشَّهْرَيْنِ، فَكَرِهَهُ، وَقَالَ: " لَا يَصْلُحُ "
