Musnad Imam Shafi

سَمِعْتُ عُبَیْدُ بْنُ عُمَیْرٍ ، یَقُولُ : اجْتَمَعَتْ جَمَاعَۃٌ فِیمَا حَوْلَ مَکَّۃَ قَالَ : حَسِبْتُ أَنَّہُ قَالَ : فِی أَعْلَی الْوَادِی ھَھُنَا وَفِی الْحَجِّ قَالَ : فَحَانَتِ الصَّلاۃُ ، فَتَقَدَّمَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ آلِ أَبِی السَّائِبِ أَعْجَمِیُّ اللِّسَانِ قَالَ : فَأَخَّرَہُ الْمِسْوَرُبْنُ مَخْرَمَۃَ وَقَدَّمَ غَیْرَہُ فَبَلَغَ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، فَلَمْ یَعْرِفْہُ ب،شَیْ ءٍ حَتَّی جَاءَ الْمَدِینَۃَ ،فَلَمَّا جَاءَ الْمَدِینَۃَ عَرَفَہُ بِذَلِکَ ۔ فَقَالَ الْمِسْوَرُ: أَنْظِرْنِی یَا أَمِیرَ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ ، إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ کَانَ أَعْجَمِیَّ اللِّسَانِ وَکَانَ فِی الْحَجِّ فَخَشِیتُ أَنْ یَسْمَعَ بَعْضُ الْحَاجِّ قِرَاءَ تَہُ فَیَأَخُذَ بِعُجْمَتَہِ۔ فَقَالَ: ھُنَالِکَ ذَھَبْتَ بِھَا ۔ فَقُلْتُ : نَعَمْ ، فَقَالَ: قَدْ

حَسِبْتُ ← اجتمعتْ جماعة فيما حول مكة ← عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ،

عَنْ نافِعٍ : أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ اعْتَزَلَ بِمِنًی فِی قِتَالِ ابْنِ الزُّبَیْرِ ، وَالْحَجَّاجُ بِمِنًی فَصَلَّی مَعَ الْحَجَّاج۔

عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ: أَنَّ الْحَسَنَ وَالْحُسَیْنَ کَانَا یُصَلَّیَان خَلْفَ مَرْوَانَ قَالَ : فَقَالَ أَمَا کَانَ یُصَلِّیَان إِذَا رَجَعَا إِلَی مَنَا زِ لِھِمَا؟ فَقَالَ: لا وَاللہِ مَا کَانَا یَزِیدَانِ عَلَی صَلاۃِ الأَئِمَّۃِ۔ أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ الإِمَامَۃِ۔

أَمَا کَانَ یُصَلِّیَان إِذَا رَجَعَا إِلَی مَنَا زِ لِھِمَا؟ ← جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ: أَنَّ الْحَسَنَ وَالْحُسَیْنَ کَانَا یُصَلَّیَان خَلْفَ مَرْوَانَ

عَنْ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ الرَّبِیعِ : أَنَّ عِبْبَانَ بْنَ مَالِکٍ کَانَ یَؤُمُّ قَوْمَہُ وَہُوَ أَعْمَی ، وَأَنَّہُ قَالَ لِرَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ : إِنَّھَا تَکُونُ الظُّلْمَۃُ وَالْمَطَرُوَالسَّیْلُ، وَأَنَا رَجُلٌ ضَرِیرُ الْبَصَرِ، فَصَلِّ یَارَسُولَ اللہِ ، فِی بَیْتِی مَکَانًا أَتَخِذُہُ مُصَلَّی ۔ فَجَاءَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ:(( أَیْنَ تُحِبُّ أَنْ تَصَلِّیَ؟)) فَأَشَارَ إِلَی مَکَان مِنْ بَیْتٍ، فَصَلَّی فِیہِ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ۔

عَنْ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ الرَّبِیعِ: أَنَّ عِتْبَانَ بْنَ مَالِکٍ کَانَ یُؤُمُّ قَوْمَہُ وَھُوَ أَعْمَی۔ أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ الإِمَامَۃِ۔

أَخْبَرَنِی عَبْدُ اللہِ بْنُ عُبَیْدِ اللہِ بْنِ أَبِٰ مُلَیْکَۃَ: أَنَّھُمْ کَانُوا یَأْتَونَ عَائِشَۃَ أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ بِأَعْلَی الْوَادِی ھُوَ وَعُبَیْدُ بْنُ عُمَیْرٍ وَالْمِسْوَرُ بْنُ مَخْرَمَۃَ ، وَنَا سٌ کَثِیْرٌ ، فَیَؤُمُّھُمْ أَبُو عَمْرٍ و مَوْلَی عَائِشَۃَ ، وَأَبُو عَمْرًو غُلامُھَا حِینَئِذٍ لَمْ یُعْتَقْ ،قَالَ : وَکَانَ إِمَامَ بَنِی مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِی بَکْرٍ وَعْرْوَۃَ

وَكَانَ إِمَامُ بَنِي مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، وَعُرْوَةَ ← أَبُو عَمْرًو غُلامُھَا حِینَئِذٍ لَمْ یُعْتَقْ ← سٌ کَثِیْرٌ فَیَؤُمُّھُمْ أَبُو عَمْرٍ و مَوْلَی عَائِشَۃَ ← الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ ← عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ،

أَخْبَرَنِی نَافِعٌ : أُقِیمَتِ الصَّلاۃُ فِی مَسْجِدٍ بِطَائِفَۃِ الْمَدِینَۃِ ، وَلا بْنِ عُمَرَ قَرِیبًا مِنْ ذَلِکَ الْمَسْجِدِ أَرْضٌ یَعْمَلُھَا ، وَإِمَامُ ذَلِکَ الْمَسْجِدِ مَوْلًی لَہُ ، وَمَسْکَنُ ذَلِکَ الْمَوْلَی وَأَصْحَابِہِ ثَمَّۃَ ، قَالَ : فَلَمَّا سَمِعَھُمْ عَبْدُ اللہِ جَاءَ لِیَشْھَدَ مَعَھُمُ الصَّلاۃَ ، فَقَالَ لَہُ الْمَوْلَی صَاحِبُ الْمَسْجِدِ : تَقَدَّم فَضَلِّ ، فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللہِ : أَنْتَ أَحَقُّ أَنْ تُصَلِّی فِی مَسْجِدِکَ فِنِّی ، فَصَلَّی الْمَوْلَی۔ أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثّیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ الإِمَا مَۃِ۔

لَہُ الْمَوْلَی صَاحِبُ الْمَسْجِدِ تَقَدَّم فَضَلِّ ← فَلَمَّا سَمِعَھُمْ عَبْدُ اللہِ جَاءَ لِیَشْھَدَ مَعَھُمُ الصَّلاۃَ ← إِمَامُ ذَلِکَ الْمَسْجِدِ مَوْلًی لَہُ وَمَسْکَنُ ذَلِکَ الْمَوْلَی وَأَصْحَابِہِ ثَمَّۃَ

یُقَالُ لَھَا : حُجَیْرَۃُ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَۃَ أَنَّھَا أَمَّتْھُنَّ فَقَامَتْ وَسَطًا ۔ أَخْرَجَہُ مِنْ کِتَابِ الإِمَامَۃِ۔

أُمِّ سَلَمَۃَ أَنَّھَا أَمَّتْھُنَّ فَقَامَتْ وَسَطًا أَخْرَجَہُ مِنْ کِتَابِ الإِمَامَۃِ۔ ← یُقَالُ لَھَا حُجَیْرَۃُ،

عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ : کَانَ مُعَاذٌ یُصَلِّی مَعَ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ الْعِشَا ءَ ثُمَّ یَنْطَلِقُ إِلَی قَوْمِہِ فِیُصَلِّیھَا ، ھِیَ لَہُ تَطَوُّعٌ، وَھِیَ لَھُمْ مَکْتُوبَۃٌ الْعِشَاءُ۔

جَابِرٍ

عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ الأَنْصَارِیِّ: أَنَّ مُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلِ کَانَ یُصَلِّی مَعَ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ الْعِشَاءَ ، وَھِیَ لَہُ نَافِلَۃٌ۔ أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ الإِمَامَۃِ۔

عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِکٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ : أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ رَکِبَ فَرَسًا فَصُرعَ عَنْہُ ، فَجُحِشَ شِقُّہُ الأَیْمَنُ ، فَصَلَّی صَلاۃً مِنَ الصَّلَوَاتِ وَھُوَ قَاعِدٌ، فَصَلَّیْنَا مَعَہُ قُعُودًا ، فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفَ قَالَ :" إِنَّمَا جُعِلَ الإِمَامُ لِیُؤْتَمَّ بِہِ، فَإِذَا صَلَّی قَائِمًا فَصَلُّوا قِیَامًا ، وَإِذَا رَکَعَ فَارْکَعُوا ، وَإِذَا رَفَعَ فَارْفَعُوا ، وَإِذَا قَالَ : سَمِعَ اللہُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَہُ فَقُولُوا: رَبَّنَا وَلَکَ الْحَمْدُ ، وَإِذَا صَلَّی جَالِسًا ، فَصَلُّوا جُلُوسًا أَجْمَعِینَ "۔

اَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِکٍ،

أَخْبَرَنَا یَحْیَی بْنُ حَسَّانٍ ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَۃَ ، عَنْ ھِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَۃَ ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا ، یَعْنِی: بِمِثْلِہِ۔

عَائِشَۃَ یَعْنِی: بِمِثْلِہِ۔ ← أَبِيهِ ← هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، ← حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ← يَحْيَی بْنُ حَسَّانَ
