عَنْ أَبِیہِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((إِذَا أْیُتُمُ الْھِلالَ فَصُومُوا، وَإِذَا رَأَیْتُمُوہُ فَأَففْطِرُوا، فَإِنْ غُمَّ عَلَیْلُمْ فَاقْدِرُوا لَہُ))۔وَکَانَ عَبْدُ اللہِ یَصُومُ قَبْلَ الْھِلال بِیَوْمٍ، قَیلَ لإَبْرَاھِیمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ: یَتَقَدَّمُہُ، قَالَ:نَعَمْ أَخْرَجَہُ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِی مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِ

أَبِيهِ

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللہِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((الشَّھْرُتِسْعٌ وَعِشْرُونَ، فَلا تَصُومُوا حَتَّی تَرَوَا الْھِلالَ، وَلا تُفْطِرُوا حَتَّی تَرَوْہُ، فَإِنْ عُمَّ عَلَیْکُمْ فَأَکْمِلُو الْعِدَّۃَ ثَلاثِینَ۔))

عَبْدُ اللَّهِ

عَنْ أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((لا تَقَدَّمُو الشَّھْرَ بِیَوْمٍ وَلا یَوْمَیْنِ إِلا أَنْ یُوَافِقَ ذَلِکَ یَوْمًا کَانَ یَصُومُہُ أَحْدُکُمْ صُوموا الِرُؤْیَتِہِ وَأَفْطِرُوا لِرُ ؤْیَتِہِ ،فَإِنْ عُمَّ عَلَیْکُمْ فَعُدُّواثَلاثِینَ))

أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،

عَنْ أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ، قَالَ:قَالَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ:((لا تَقَدَّ مُوابَیْنَ یَدَیْ رَمَضَانَ بِیَوْمٍ وَلا یَوْمَیْنِ إِلا رَجُلٌ کَانَ یَصُومُ صَوْمًا فَکْیَصُمْہُ))۔

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ قَالَ: عَجِبْتُ مَمَّنْ یَتَقَدَّمُ الشَّھْرَ، وَقَدْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ:((لا تَصُومُوا حَتَّی تَرَوْہُ وَلا تُفْطِرُوا حَتَّی تَرَوْہُ))۔ أَخْرَجَ الأَ وَلَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الصِّیَامِ وَإِلَی آخِرِ الرَّابِعِ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِی مَنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِ

عَجِبْتُ مَمَّنْ یَتَقَدَّمُ الشَّھْرَ، وَقَدْ ← ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ،

عَنْ أُمِّہِ ابْنَۃِ حُسَیْنٍ: أَنَ شَھِدَ عِنْدَ عَلَیَّ عَلَی رُؤْیَۃِ ھِلالِ رَمَضَانَ، فَصَامَ وَأَحْسَبُہُ قَالَ:وَأَمَرَ النَّاسَ أَنْ یَصُومُوا۔ وَقَالَ:أَصُومُ یَومًا مِنْ شَعْبَامَ أَحَبُّ إِلَیَّ مَنْ أَنْ أَفْطِرَ یَوْمًا مِنْ رَمَضَانَ۔ وَقَالَ الشَّافِعِیُّ بَعْدُ:لا یَجُوزُ عَلَی رَمَضَانَ إِلا شَاھِدَانِ۔ أَخْبَرَجَہُ مِنْ کِتَابِ الصِّئَامِ

عَنْ أَبِیہِ:أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَّ قَالَ:((إِنَّ بِلا لا یُؤَذِّنُ بِلَیْلٍ)، فَکُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا حَتَّی یُنَادِیَ ابْنُ أُمِّ مَکْتُومٍ))، وَکَانَ رَجُلا أَعْمَی لا یُنَادِی حَتَّی یُقَالَ لَہُ:أَصْبَحْتَ أَصْبَحْتَ

عَنْ سَالِمٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((إِنَّ بِلا لا یُنَادِی بِلَبْلِ، فَکُلوُا وَاشْرَبُوا حَتَّی یُنَادِیَ ابْنُ أُمِّ مَکْتُومٍ))، وَکَانَ رَجُلا أَعْمَی لا یُنَادِی حَتَّی یُقَالَ لَہُ:أَصْبَعْتَ أَصْبَحْتَ۔أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ السْتِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَۃِ

عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِاللہِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: أَنَّ النِّبِیَّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ صَامَ فِی سَفَرِہِ إِلَی مَکَّۃَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ فِی شَھْرِ رَمَضَانَ، وَأَمَرَ النَّاسَ أَنْ یُفْطِرُوا، فَقِیلَ لَہُ:إِنَّ النَّاسَ قَدْ صَامُوا حِینَ صُمْتَ فَدَعَا بِإِنَاءٍ وَفِیہِ مَاءٌ فَوَضَعَہُ عَلَی یَدِہِ وَأَمَرَ مَنْ بَیْنَ یَدَیْہِ أَنْ یَحْسِبُوا، فَلَمَّا حَبَسُوا وَلَسِحِقَ مَنْ وَرَاءَہُ رَفَعَ الإِنَاءَ إِلَی فِیہِ فَشَرِبِ۔ فِی حَدِیثِھِمَا أَوْ حَدِیثِ غیْرِ ھِمَا وَذَلِکَ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ

عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ، قَالَ:خَرَجَ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنَ الْمَدِینَہِ حَتَّی کَانَ بِکُرَاعِ الْغَمِیمِ وَھُوَ عَلَی الرَّحْلِ، فَحَبَسَ مَنْ بَیْنَ یَدَیْہِ وَأَدْرَکَہُ مَنْ وَرَاءَہُ ثُمَّ شَرِبَ وَالنَّاسُ یَنْظُرُونَ
