Musnad Imam Shafi

عَنْ أَبِی الْحُوَیْرِثِ قَالَ: رَأَیْتُ أَبَا بَکْرِ الصِّدِّیقَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ وَاقِفًا عَلَی قُرَحَ، وَھُوَ یَقُولُ: أَیُّھَا النَّاسُ أَصْبِحُوا، ثُمَّ دَفَعَ فَرَأَیْتُ فَخِذَہُ مِمَّا یَخْرِشُ بَعِیرَہُ بِمِحْجَنِہِ۔

أَیُّھَا النَّاسُ أَصْبِحُوا، ثُمَّ دَفَعَ فَرَأَیْتُ فَخِذَہُ مِمَّا یَخْرِشُ بَعِیرَہُ بِمِحْجَنِہِ۔ ← رَأَیْتُ أَبَا بَکْرِ الصِّدِّیقَ وَاقِفًا عَلَی قُرَحَ، وَھُوَ ← أَبِی الْحُوَیْرِثِ

عَنْ ھِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَۃَ ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ : أَنَّ عُمَرَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ کَانَ یُحَرِّکُ فِی مُحَسِّرٍ وَیَقُولُ : إِلَیْکَ تَغْدُو قَلِقًا وَضِینُھَا۔۔۔۔۔ مُخَلِفًا دِینَ النَّصَارَی دِینُھَا أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْحَجِّ مِنَ الأَمَالِی ، وَإِلَی آخِرِ الْخَامِسِ مِنْ کِتَابِ مُخْتَصَرِ الْحَجِّ الْکَبِیرِ۔

أَبِیہِ أَنَّ عُمَرَ کَانَ یُحَرِّکُ فِی مُحَسِّرٍ ← هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ،

رَجُلِ مِنْ قَوْمِہِ مِنْ بَنِی تَیْمٍ، یُقَالُ لَہُ مُعَاذٌ أَوِ ابْنُ مُعَاذٍ، ← مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَھِیمَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ التَّیْمِیِّ،

عَنْ جَابِرٍ: أَنَّہُ رَأَی النَّبِیَّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ رَمَی الْجِمَارَ مثْلَ حَصَی الْخَذْفِ۔ أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ مُخْتَصَرِ الْحَجِّ الْکَبِیرِ۔

عَنْ عَمْرِوبْنِ دِینَارٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِی حَجَّامٌ أَنَّہُ قَصَّرَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فَقَالَ: ابْدَأْ بَالشِّقِّ الأَیْمَنِ۔

ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فَقَالَ: ابْدَأْ بَالشِّقِّ الأَیْمَنِ۔ ← حَجَّامٌ أَنَّہُ قَصَّرَ ← عَمْرُوبْنُ دِینَارٍ،

عَنْ أَبِی عَلِیَّ الأَزْدِیِّ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ یَقُولُ لِلْحَالِقِ : یَا غُلامُ ، ابْلُغِ الْعَظْمَ ۔ وَإِذَا قَصَّرَ أَخَذَ مِنْ جَانِبِہِ الأَیْمَنِ قَبْلَ جَانِبَہِ الأَیْسَرِ۔

On the authority of Abu Ali Al-Azdi, he said: I heard Ibn Umar say to the hairdresser: O boy, tell the bone۔ And if he falls short, he takes it on the right side before the left side۔

ابْنِ عُمَرَ ← أَبِي عَلِيٍّ الْأَزْدِيِّ

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ کَانَ إِذَا حَلَقَ فِی حَجُ أَوْ عُمْرَۃٍ أَخَذَ مِنْ لِحْیَتِہِ وَشَارِبِہِ۔ أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْحَجِّ مِنَ الأَمَالَی ، وَالثَّالِث فِی کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِکِ وَالشَّافِعِیِّ۔

And on the authority of Ibn Omar, when he flew on a pilgrimage or a lifetime, he took it from his life and mustache۔ Take the two hadiths out of the Hajj from the money, and the third in the book of the difference of Malik and Al-Shafi’i.

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ عَبْرِ وبْنِ الْعَاصِ ، قَالَ : وَقَفَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فِی حَجَّۃِ الْوَدَاعِ بِمِنًی لِلنَّاسِ یَسْأَلُو نَہُ، فَجَاءَ ہُ رَجُلٌ، فَقَالَ: یَارَسُولَ اللہِ ، لِمْ أَشْعُرْ فَحَلَقْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَذْبَحَ قَالَ: (( اذْبَحْ وَلا حَرَجَ))۔ فَجَا ءَ ہُ رَجُلٌ آخَرُ ، فَقَالَ: یَارَسُولَ اللہِ ، لَمْ أَشْعُرضَجِرْتُ فَنَحَرْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِیَ ، قَالَ:(( ارْمِ وَلا حَرَجَ))۔ قَالَ: فَمَا سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ شَیْ ءٍ قُدِّمَ وَلا أُخِّرَ إِلا قَالَ: (( افْعَلْ وَلا حَرَجَ))۔ أَخْرَجَہُ فِی کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِکٍ وَاشَّافِعِیِّ۔

عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ عَبْرِ وبْنِ الْعَاصِ

عَنْ سَالَمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ ، قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: إِذَا رَمَیْتُمُ الْجَمْرَۃَ فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَکُمْ مَا حَرُمَ عَلَیْکُمْ إِلا النِّسَاءَ وَالطِّیبَ۔

On the authority of Salem bin Abd Allah, he said: Umar Ibn Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, said: If you throw the embers, you have no solution for you.

سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ،

عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ قَالَ: قَالَتْ عَائِشَۃُ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا: أَنَا طَیَّبْتُ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ۔ قَالَ فِی کِتَابِ الإِمْلاءِ: لِحِلِّہِ وَلإِ حْرَامِہِ، قَالَ سَالِمٌ: وَسُنُّۃُ رَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ أَحَقُّ تُتَّبَعُ۔

On the authority of Salem Bin Abd Allah, he said: Aisha, may God be pleased with her, said: I have been blessed with the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him. He said in the dictation book: For solution and forbidden, Salem said: The Sunnah of the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, is more deserving.

سَالِمٌ: وَسُنُّۃُ رَسُولِ اللہِ أَحَقُّ تُتَّبَعُ۔ ← فِی کِتَابِ الإِمْلاءِ: لِحِلِّہِ وَلإِ حْرَامِہِ، ← طَیَّبْتُ رَسُولَ اللہِ ← عَائِشَةَ ← سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ،

عَنْ عَائِشَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا أَنَّھَا قَالَتْ : (( طَیَّبْتُ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ بِیَدَیَّ فِی حَجَّۃِ الْوَدَاعِ لِلْحِلّ وَالإِحْرَامِ))۔

On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, she said: ((I have blessed the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon me, with a hand) in Hajj for no time.

طَیَّبْتُ رَسُولَ اللہِ بِیَدَیَّ فِی حَجَّۃِ الْوَدَاعِ لِلْحِلّ وَالإِحْرَامِ))۔ ← عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا

عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: نَھَی عَنِ الطِّیبِ قَبْلَ زِیَارَۃِ الْبَیْتِ وَبَعْدَ الْجَمْرَۃِ ۔ قَالَ سَالِمٌ: فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَۃُ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہَا: طَیَّبْتُ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ بِیَدِی لإِ حْرَامِہِ قَبْلَ أَنْ یَطُوفَ بِالْبَیْتِ ، وَسُنَّۃُ رَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ أَحَقُّ۔

سَالِمٍ ← الطِّیبِ قَبْلَ زِیَارَۃِ الْبَیْتِ وَبَعْدَ الْجَمْرَۃِ ← عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ نَھَی ← سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ،
