Musnad Imam Shafi

عَنْ عَمْرِ بْنِ دِینَارٍ، عَنْ سَالَمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ وَرُیَّمَا قَالَ : عَنْ أَبِیہِ ، وَرُبَّمَا لَمْ یَقُلْہُ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ: إِذَا رَمَیْتُمُ الْجَمْرَۃَ وَذَبَحْتُمْ وَحَلَقْتُمْ فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَکُمْ کُلُّ شّی ءٍ حَرُمَ عَلَیْکُمْ إِلا النِّسَاءَ وَالطِّیبَ، قَالَ سَالِمٌ: وَقَالَتْ عَائِشَۃُ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہَا: أَنَا طَیَّبْتُ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ لإِحْرَمِہِ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَنْہَا : أَنَا طَیَّبْتُ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ لإِحْرَامِہِ قَبْلَ أَنْ یُحْرِمَ وَلِحِلِّہِ بَعْدَ أَنْ رَمَی الْجَمْرَۃَ وَقَبْلَ أَنْ یَزُورَ قَالَ سَالِمٌ: وَسُنَّۃُ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ أَحَقُّ أَنْ تُتَّبَعَ۔ أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَۃَ الأَحَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ ، وَالرَّابِعَ مِنْ کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِ ، وَالْخَامِسَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِی مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِ۔

عَنِ بْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَ النَّبِیَّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ رَخَّصَ لأَھْلِ السِّقَایَۃِ مِنْ أَھْلِ بَیْتِہِ أَنْ یَبِیتُوا بِمَکَّۃَ لَیَالِیَ مِنًی۔

On the authority of Ibn Omar: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, authorized a family of waterers from the people of your house to make a home for them.

بن عُمَرَ

أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَیْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ مِثْلَہُ۔ وَزَادَ عَطَاءٌ: مِنْ أَجْلِ سِقَایَتِھِمْ۔ أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ مُخْتَصَرِ الْحَجِّ الْکَبِیرِ۔

A Muslim, on the authority of Ibn Jarij, told us about a gift such as۔ Increased bid: for their watering۔ Take the two hadiths out of the summary book of the great Hajj.

ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، ← مُّسْلِمٍ

عَنْ عَمْرِ بْنِ سُلَیْمٍ الزُّرَقِیِّ، عَنْ أُمِّہِ ، قَالَتْ : بَیْنَمَا نَحْنُ بِمِنًی إِذَا عَلِیُّ بْنُ أَبِی طَالِبٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ عَلَی جَمَلِ یَقُولُ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: (( إِنَّ ھَذَہِ أَیَّامُ طُعْمٍ وَشَرَابٍ فَلا یَصُو مَنَّ أَحَدٌ))۔ وَاتَّبَعَ النَّاسَ وَہُوَ عَلَی جَمَلِہِ، یَصْرُخُ فِیھِمْ بِذَلِکَ۔ أَخْرَجَہُ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ

بَیْنَمَا نَحْنُ بِمِنًی إِذَا عَلِیُّ بْنُ أَبِی طَالِبٍ عَلَی جَمَلِ ← أُمِّهِ2، ← عَمْرِ بْنِ سُلَیْمٍ الزُّرَقِیِّ،

عَنْ عَائِشَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہَا فِی الْمُتَمَتِّعِ إِذَا لَمْ یَجِدْ ھَدْ یًا ، وَلَمْ یَصُمْ قَبْلَ عَرَفَۃَ فَلْیَصُمْ أَیَّامَ مِنًی۔

From Aisha, may God be pleased with her in the enjoyment, if he did not find a present, and he did not fast before he knew you, so he may fast one day

أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاھِیمُ بْنُ سَعِیدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِھَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ مِثْلَ ذَلِکَ أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ۔

Ibrahim bin Saeed, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, told us about Salem, on the authority of my father like that, the two Hadiths who were exiting from the two Hadiths

أَبِیہِ مِثْلَ ذَلِکَ أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ۔ ← سَالِمٍ ← ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، ← إِبْرَاھِیمُ بْنُ سَعِیدٍ،

عَنِ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ قَالَ: کَانَ النَّاسُ یَنْصَرِ فُونَ مِنْ وَجْہٍ، فَقَالَ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ:(( لا یَنْفِرَنَّ أَحَدٌ مِنَ الْحَاجِّ حَتَّی یکُونَ آخِرُ عَھْدِہِ بِالْبَیْتِ))۔

Ibn Abbas, may Allہ said, was the people from victory to von Ojہ, said the Prophet, peace be upon him Allہ Alیہ: ((not یinvern one of the Haj even be another Aھdہ House)).

کَانَ النَّاسُ یَنْصَرِ فُونَ مِنْ وَجْہٍ، ← ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ قَالَ : لا یَصْدُرَنَّ أَحَدٌ مِنَ الْحَاجِّ حَتَّی یَکُونَ آخِرُ عَھْدِہِ بِالْبَیْتِ ، فَإِنَّ آخِرَ النُّسُکِ الطَّوَافَ بِالْبَیْتِ۔

On the authority of Ibn Omar, on the authority of Omar, may God be pleased with him, who said: No one will issue the Hajj until it is the last of the covenant with the house of God.

عُمَرَ، ← ابْنِ عُمَرَ

عَنَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ : أَنَّ عُمَرَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ قَالَ: لا یَسْدُرَنَّ أَحَدٌ مِنَ الْحَاجِّ حَتَّی یَطُوفَ بِالْبَیْتِ، فَإِنَّ آخِرَ النُّسُکِ الطَّوَافُ بِالْبَیْتِ۔ قَالَ مَالِکٌ:

It was narrated on the authority of Ibn Omar: “Omar, may God be pleased with him, said: No one from Al-Hajj will be pleased until he floats around the house, for the rest of the people Malik said:

ابْنِ عُمَرَ

عَنَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ ، قَالَ: کَانَ النَّاسُ یَنْصَرِفُونَ لِکُلّ وَجْہٍ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ :(( لا یَصْدُرَنَّ أَحَدُکُمْ حَتَّی یَکُونَ آخِرُ عَھْدِہِ بِالْبَتْتِ))۔ أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ، وَالثَّالِثَ فِی کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِکٍ وَالشَّافِعِیِّ ، وَالرَّابعَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْحَجِّ مِنَ الأَمَالِی ۔

Ibn Abbas, may Allہ Anہ, he said, was the people go out for each Ojہ, messenger Allہ upon Allہ Alیہ said him: ((not یsdrn Ohdکm even be another Aھdہ Balbtaat)). He brought the two hadiths out of the book of the rituals, and the third in the different book of Malik and Al-Shafi’i, and the fourth from the Book of Al-Hajjul

کَانَ النَّاسُ یَنْصَرِفُونَ لِکُلّ وَجْہٍ، ← ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ،

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ قَالَ: أُمِرَ النَّاسُ أَنْ یَکُونَ آخِرُ عَھْدِھِمْ بِالْبَیْتِ، إِلا أَنَّہُ رَخَّصَ للْمَرْأَۃِ الْحَائِضِ۔

On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him, who said: The people were commanded to be at the end of their covenant in the house, except that I am licensed to the sick man.

أُمِرَ النَّاسُ أَنْ یَکُونَ آخِرُ عَھْدِھِمْ بِالْبَیْتِ، إِلا أَنَّہُ رَخَّصَ للْمَرْأَۃِ الْحَائِضِ۔ ← ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ

عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، قَالَ: کُنْتُ مَعَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ إِذْ قَالَ لَہُ زَیْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ: أَتُفْتِی أَنْ تَصْدُرَ الْحَائِضُ قَبْلَ أَنْ یَکُونَ آخَرُ عَھْدِھَا بِالْبَیْتِ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ۔ قَالَ: فَلا تُفْتِ بِذَلِکَ۔ ہَلْ أَمَرَھَا بِذَلِکَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ؟ قَالَ: فَرَجَعَ زَیْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ وَھُوَ یَضْحَکُ، وَقَالَ: مَا أَرَاکَ إِلا قَدْ صَدَقْتَ۔

On the authority of Tawoos, he said: I was with Ibn Abbas when he said to Zayd ibn Thabit: Is it permissible for menstruating men to be released before? He said: Yes۔ He said: Do not miss that۔ Did her command that of the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him? He said: Zaid bin Thabit returned when he was laughing. He said: I will not see you unless you give charity.
