Musnad Imam Shafi

عَنْ عَطَاءِ:أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَّتَ الْمَوَاقِیتَ قَالَ:((یَسْتَمْتِعُ الْمَرْءُ بِأَھْلِہِ وَثِیَابِہِ حَتَّی یَأْتِیَ کَذَاوَکَذَا لِلْمُوَاقِیتِ))۔أَخْرَجَہُ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ:قَّامَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَھْلِ الْمَدِینَۃِ بِالْمَدِینَۃِ فِی الْمَسْجِدِ، فَقَالَ:یَا رَسُولَ اللہِ، مِنْ أَیْنَ تَأْمُرُنَا أَنْ نُھ،لَّ؟ قَالَ:((یُھلُّ أَھْلُ الْمَدِینَۃِ مِنْ ذِی الْحُلَیْفَۃِ، وَیُھِلُّ أَھْلُ الشَّامِ مِنَ الْجُحْفَۃِ، وَیُھِلُّ بَجْدٍ مِنْ قَرْن))۔ قَالَ لِی نَافِعٌ:وَیَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((یُھِلُّ أَھْلُ الْیَمَنِ مِنْ یَلَمْلَمَ))۔

On the authority of Ibn Omar, he said: A man from among the people of the cities made cities in the mosque, and he said: O Messenger of God, from where to where? He said: ((The people of the cities owe from the sword, and the people of the Levant marvel from Al-Jahf, and the people of a century are exalted)) Nafi told me: They claim that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: (The people of Yemen will be glad of those who know))۔

لِی نَافِعٌ:وَیَزْعُمُونَ

عَنْ أَبِیہِ:أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((یُھِلُّ أھْلُ الْمَدِینَۃِ مِنْ ذِی الْحُلَیْفَۃِ، وَبُھلُّ أَھْلُ الشَّامِ مِنَ الْجُحْفَۃِ، وَیُھِلُّ أَھْلُ نَجْدٍ مَنْ قَرْن))۔ قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: وَیَذَ عُمُونَ أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((وَیُھِلُّ أَھْلُ الْیَمَنِ مِنْ یَلَمْلَمَ))۔

ابْنُ عُمَرَ: وَیَذَ عُمُونَ

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ،أَنَّہُ قَالَ: أُمِرَ أَھْلُ الْمَدِینَۃِ أَنْ بُھِلُّوامِنْ ذِی الْحُلَیْفَۃِ، وَیُھِلُّ أَھْلُ الشَّامِ مِنَ أَمَّاھَؤُلاءِ الثَّاثُ فَسَمِعْتُھُنَّ مِنْ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ،وَأُخْبِرْتُ أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((وَیُھِلَّ أَھْلُ الْیَمَنِ مِنْ یَلَمْلَمَ))

ابْنِ عُمَرَ:أَنَّہُ

عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أبِیہِ، قَالَ: وَقَّتَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ لأَھْلِ الْمَدِینَۃِ الْجُلَیْفَۃَ، وَلأَھْلِ الشَّامِ الْجُحْفَۃَ، وَلأَھْل نَجْدٍ قَرْنًا، وَلأَھْلِ الْیَمَنِ یَلَمْلَمَ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ :((ھَذِہِ الْمَوَقِیتُ لأَھْلِھَا وَلِکُلِّ آبِّ عَلَیْھَا مِنْ غَیْرِ أَھْلِھَا مِمَّنْ أَرَادَ الْحَجَّ أَوِالْعُمْرَۃَ، وَمَنْ کَانَ أَھْلُہُ مِنْ دُون ذَلِکِ الْمِیقَاتِ فَلْیُھِلَّ مِنْ حَیْثُ یُنْشِءُ حَتَّی أَتَی ذَلِکَ عَلَی أَھْلِ مَکَّۃَ))

عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسِ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ، عَنِ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فِی الْمَوَاقِیتِ مِثْلَ مَعْنَی حَدِیثِ سُفْیَانَ فِی الْمَوَاقِیتِ

النَّبِیُّ فِی الْمَوَاقِیتِ مِثْلَ مَعْنَی حَدِیثِ سُفْیَانَ فِی الْمَوَاقِیتِ ← ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ← أَبِيهِ ← ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ،

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسِ:أَنَہُ قَالَ:وَقَتَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ لأَھْلِ الْمَدِینَۃِ ذَالْحلَیْفَۃِ، وَلأَھْلِ نَجْدِ قَرْنَا، وَمَنْ کَانَ دُونَ ذَلِکَ فَمِنْ حَیْثُ یَبْدَأُ

On the authority of Ibn Abbas: He said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, came to the time of the family of the Prophet’s sins, and he said:

أَخْبَرَنِی أَبُو الزُّبَیْرِ:أنَّہُ سَمَعَ جَابِرَبْنَ عَبْداللہِ بْنَ یَسْأَلُ عَنِ الْمُھِلِّ، فَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُۃُ ثُمَّ انْتَھَی أَرَاہُ یُرِیدُ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یَقُولُ:((یُھِلُّ أَھْلُ الْمَدِینَۃِ ذِی الْحُلَیْفَۃِ وَالطَّرِیقُ الأُ خْرَی مِنَ الْجُحْفَۃِ وَأَھْلُ الْمَغْرِبِ وَیُھِلُّ أَھْلُ الْعِرَاقِ مِنْ ذَاتِ عِرْقِ، وَیُھِلُّ أَھْلُ نَحْدٍ مِنْ قَرْنِ وَیُھِلُ أَھْلُ الْیَمَنِ مِنْ یَلَمْلَمَ))

الْمُهَلِّnan ← جَابِرَبْنَ عَبْداللہِ بْنَ یَسْأَلُ ← أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ

أَخْبَرَنِی عَطَاءٌ:أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَتَ لأَھْلِ الْمَدِینَۃَ ذَالْحُلَیْفَۃِ، وَلأَھْلِ الْمَغْرِبِ الْجُحْفَۃَ، وَلأَھْلِ الْمَشْرِقِ ذَاتَ عِرْقِ ، وَلأَھْلِ نَجْدٍ قَرْنًا، وَمَنْ سَلَکَ نَجْدًا مِنْ أَھْلِ الْیَمَنِ وَغَیْرِھِمْ قَرْنَ ذِی الْمَعَادِنِ، وَلأَھْلِ الْیَمَنِ یَلَمْلَمَ

عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَیْجٍ، قَالَ:فَرَاجَعْتُ عَطَاءَ فَقُلْتُ: إِنَّ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ زَعَمُو الَمْ یُوَقِّتْ ذَاتَ عِرْقِ، وَلَمْ یَکُنْ أَھْلُ الْمَشْرِقِ یُوَقِّتْ ذَاتَ عِرْقٍ، وَلَمْ یَکُنْ أَھْلُ الْمَشْرِقِ قَالَ: وَلَمْ یَکُنْ یَومَئِذٍ عِرَاقٌ، وَلکِنْ لأَھْلِ الْمَشْرِقِ حِینَئَذٍ قَالَ: کَذَلِکَ سَمِعْنَا: أَنَّہُ وَقَّتَ ذَاتَ عِرْقِ أَوِ الْعَقِیقَ لأَھْلِ الْمَشْرِقِ قَال: وَلَمْ یَعْزُہُ إِلَی أَحَدٍ مِنَ الصَّحَابَۃِ دُونَ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَلکِنَّہُ یَأُبِی إِلا أَنَّ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَتَہُ

ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ،قَالَ: فَرَاجَعْتُ عَطَاءً، فَقُلْتُ:

عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ قَالَ: لَمْ یُوَقِّتْ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَاتَ عِرْقٍ، وَلَمْ یَکُن حِینَئِذٍ أَہْلُ مَشْرِقٍ فَوَقَّتَ النَّاسُ ذَاتَ عِرْقٍ۔ قَالَ الشَّافِعِیُّ: وَلا أَحْسِبُہُ إِلا کَمَا قَالَ طَاوُسٌ ، وَاللہُ أَعْلَمُ

On the authority of Ibn Tawoos, on the authority of Abiہ, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, did not have the same time, nor was there anything wrong with that time. Al-Shafi’i said: I do not reckon except as a peacock said, and God knows best.

عَنْ أَبِی الشَّعْثَاءِ:أَنَّہُ قَالَ: لَمْ یُوَقِّتْ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ لأَھْلِ الْمَشْرِقِ شَیئًا فَاتَّخَذَ النَّاسُ بِحِیَالِ قَرْن ذَاتَ عِرْقِ۔أَخْرَجَ الأَخْدَ عَشَرَ حَدِیِثًا مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ
