Musnad Imam Shafi

عَنْ عَمْرِوبْنِ دِینَار، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِی مَنْ رَأَی ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ یَأْتِی یَوْمِ عَرَفَۃَ بِسَحَرٍ۔ أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ فِی کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِکِ وَالشَّافِعِیِّ ، وَالثَّانِیَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْحَجِّ مِنَ الأَمَالِی۔

On the authority of Amroubin Dinar, he said: Tell me whoever sees Ibn Abbas comes on the day of the enchantment of magic. He included the first in the book of the difference of Malik and Al-Shafi’i, and the second from the book of Hajj from the hopes۔

عَنْ زَاذَانَ، قَال: سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ عَلِیَّا رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ عَن، الْغُسْلُ الَّذِی ھُوَ الْغُسْلُ ؟ قَالَ: یَوْمَ الْجُمُعَۃِ ، وَیَوْمَ عَرَفَۃَ ، وَیَوْمَ النَّحْرِ ، وَیَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ۔ أَخْرَجَہُ مِنْ کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ عَلِیَّ وَعَبْدِ اللہِ مِمَّا لَمْ یَسْمَعِ الرَّبِیعُ مِنَ الشَّافِعِیِّ۔

عَنْ جَابِرٍ فِی حَجَّۃِ الإِسْلامِ ، قَالَ: فَرَاحَ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَی الْمَوْقِفِ بِعَرَفَۃَ ، فَخَطَبَ النَّاسَ الْحُطْبَۃَ الأُولَی، ثُمَّ أَذَّنَ بِلالٌ، ثّمَّ أَخَذَا النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّم فِی الْخُطْبَۃِ ، الثَّانِیَۃِ ، فَفَرَغَ مِنَ الْخُطْبَۃِ وَبِلالٌ مِنَ الأَذَانَ ثُمَّ أَقَامَ بِلالٌ فَصَلَّی الظُّھْرَ، ثُمَّ أَقَامَ بِلالٌ فَصَلَّی الْعَصْرَ

جَابِرٍ: فِي حَجَّةِ الْإِسْلَامِ

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِیلَ أَوْ عَبْدُ اللہِ بْنُ فَافِعِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِی ذِئْبٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِھَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ ۔ قَالَ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ ، یَعْنِی بِذَلِکَ ۔ قَالَ الشَّافِعِیٌ: وَالَّذِی قُلْتُ بِعَرَفَۃَ مِنْ أَذَان وَإِقَا مَتَیْنِ شَیْ ءٌ۔

أَخْبَرَنَا بِہِ ابْنُ أبِی یَحْیَی ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ ، عَنِ النَّبِیِّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ۔ أَخرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ اسْتِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَۃِ، وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْحَجِّ مِنَ الأَمالِی۔

جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: ← جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ← بِهِ ابْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى،

یَزِیدُ بْنُ شَیْبَانَ ، قَالَ: کُنَّافِی مَوْقِفٍ لَنَا بِعَرَفَۃَیُبَاعِدُہُ عَمْرٌ و مِنْ مَوْقِفِ الإِمَامِ جِدَّا ، فَأَتَانَا ابْنُ مِرْبَعِ الأَنصَارِیُّ فَقَالَ لَنَا: إِنِّی رَسُولُ رَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَیْکُمْ یَأْمُرُکُمْ أَنْ تَقِفُوا عَلَی مَشَاعِرِ کُمْ ھَذِہِ ، فَإِنَّکّمْ عَلَی إِرْثٍ مِنْ إِرْثِ أَبِیکُمْ إِبْرَاھِیمَ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ۔ أَخْرَجَہُ مِنْ کِتَابِ الرِّسَالَۃِ۔

يَزِيدَ بْنِ شَيْبَانَ

عَنْ فَافِعِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّہُ قَالَ: مِنْ أَدْرَکَ لَیْلَۃَ النَّحْرِ مِنَ الْحَاجِّ فَوَقَفَ بِجِبَالِ عَرَفَۃَ قَبْلَ أَنْ یَطْلُعَ الْفَجْرُ فَقَدْ أَدْرَکَ الْحَجَّ ، وَمَنْ لَمْ یُدْرِکْ عَرَفَۃَ فَیَقِفُ بِھَال قَبْلَ أَنْ یَطُلُعَ الْفَجْرُ فَقَدْ فَاتَہُ الْحَجُّ، فَلْیَأْتِ الْبَیْتَ فَلْیَطُفْ بِہِ سَبْعًا وَلْیَطُفْ بَیْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَۃِ سَبْعًا ، ثُمَّ لِیَحْلِقْ أَوْ یُقَصِّرْ إِنْ شَاءَ ، وَإِنْ کَانَ مَعَہُ ھَدْیٌ فَلْیَنْحَرْہُ قَبْلَ أَنْ یَحْلِقَ ، فَإِذَا فَرَغَ مِنْ طَوَافِہِ وَسَعْیہِ فَلْیَحْلِقْ أَوْ یُقَصِّرْ ، ثُمَّ لِیَرْجِعْ إِلَی أَھْلِہِ ، فَإِنْ أَدْرَکَہُ الْحَجُّ قَابِلا فَلْیَحْجُجْ إِن اسْتَطَاعَ وَاْیُہْدِ فَإِنْ لَمْ یَجِدْ ھَدْیًا فَلْیَصُمْ عَنْہُ ثَلاثَۃَ أَیَّامٍ فِی الْحَجِّ وَسَبْعَۃَ إِذَا رَجَعَ إِلَی أَہْلِہِ۔

ابْنِ عُمَرَ:أَنَّہُ ← فَافِعٌ،

أَخْبَرَنِی سُلَیْمَانُ بْنُ یَسَارٍ: أَنَّ أَبَا أَیُّوبَ خَرَجَ حَاجَّا خَتَّی إِذَا کَانَ بِالْبَادِیَۃِ مِنْ طَرِیقِ مَکَّۃَ أَضَلَّ رَوَاحِلَہُ ، وَأَنَّہُ قَدِمَ عَلَی عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ یَوْمَ النَّحْرِ فَذَکَرَ ذَلِکَ

عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ قَیْسِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَۃَ ، قَالَ: خَطَبَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ:"إِنَّ أَھْلَ الْجَاھِلِیَّۃِ کَانُوا یَدْفَعُونَ مِنْ عَرَفَۃَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغِیبَ الشَّمْسُ وَمِنَ الْمُزْدَلِفَۃِ بَعْدَ أَنْ تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ حَتَّی تَکُونَ الشَّمْسُ:کَأَنَّہَا عَمَائِمُ الرِّجَالِ فِی وُجُوھِھِمْ وَإِنَّا نَدْفَعُ مِنْ عَرَفَۃَ حَتَّی تَغُرُبَ الشَّمْسُ وَنَدْفَعُ مِنَ الْمُزْدَلِفَۃِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطْلُع الشَّمْسُ ھَدْیُنَا مُخَالِفٌ لِھَدْیِ أَھْلِ الأَوْثَان وَالثِّرْکِ"

عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ ، قاَلَ: کَانَ أَہْلُ الْجَاھِلِیَّۃِ یَدْ فَعُونَ مِنْ عَرَفَۃَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغِیبَ الشَّمْسُ، وَمِنَ الْمُزْدَلِفَۃِ بَعْدَ أَنْ تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ ، وَیَقُولُ: أَشْرِقْ ثُبَیْرُ کَیْمَا نُغِیرُ فَأَخَّرَ اللہُ ھَذِہِ وَقَّدَ ھَذِہِ۔
