Musnad Imam Shafi

عَنْ حُمَیْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ:أَنَّہُ سَمِعَ مُعَاوِیَۃَ بْنَ أَبِی سُفْیَانَ عَامَ حَجَّ وَھُوَ عَلَی الْمِنْبَرِ، یَقُولُ:یَا أَھْلَ الْمَدِینَۃِ، أَیْنَ عُلَمَا ؤُکُمْ؟ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یَقُولُ لِمَثْلِ ھَذَا الٔیَوْمِ یَوْمِ عَاشُورَاءَ:((لَمْ یَکْتُبِ اللہُ عَلَیْکُمْ صِیَامَہُ، فَأَنَا صَائِمٌ فَمَنْ شَاءَ مِنْکُمْ فَلْیَصُمْ وَمَنْ شَاءَ فَلْیُفْطِرْ))۔

On the authority of Hamid Bin Abd Al-Rahman: What was heard by Ma’awi bin Abi Sufyan in the year of Hajj, who is on the pulpit, he says: He said: He said: I heard the Messenger Allہ peace Allہ Alیہ him say to such a day of Ashura: ((not Allہ Alیکm Sیamہ writes, I am fasting it wills of you, then let it will break his fast)).

حُمَیْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمٰنِ اَنَّہُ

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ:ذُکِرَ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ: یَوْمُ عَاشُورَاءَ، فَقَالَ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّم:((کَانَ یَوْمَا یَصُومُہُ أَھْلُ الْجَاھِلِیَّۃِ، فَمَنْ أَحَبَّ مِنْکُمْ أَنْ یَصُومَہُ فَلْیَصُمْہُ، وَمَنْ کَرِھَہُ فَلْیَدَعْہُ))

Ibn 'Umar said: When the Messenger mentioned Allہ peace Allہ Alیہ him: the day of Ashura, the Prophet peace Allہ Alیہ said him: ((days یsomہ was Oھl Gaھlیۃ, it is that the love of you یsomہ Vlیsamہ, and کrھہ Vlیdaہ))

عِنْدَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ يَوْمُ عَاشُورَاءَ ← ابن عمر،قال:

سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ یَقُولُ: مَا عَلِمْتُ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ صَامَ یَوْمًا یَتَحَرَّی صِیامَہُ عَلَی الأَیَامِ إِلا ھَذَ الْیَوْمَ، یَعْنِی: یَوْمَ عَاشُورَاءَ۔أَخْرَجَ السِّتَّۃَ الأَ حَادِیثَ مَنْ کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِ

ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ،

عَنْ عَمَّہِ عَائشَۃَ ابْمَۃِ طَلْحَۃَ، عَنْ عَائشَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا قَالَتْ: دَخَلَ عَلَیَّ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقُلْتُ: إِنَّا خَبَّأُنَالَکَ حَیْسًا،فَقَالَ:((أَمَا إِنَّی کُنْتُ أُرِیدُ الصَّوْمَ وَلَکِنْ قَرِّبِیہِ))۔

For Amہ Aaihۃ Apmۃ Talhۃ, for Aaihۃ satisfaction Allہ Anھa said, entered the Messenger Allہ upon him Allہ Alیہ, I said: I am Bonalک Hیsa, he said: ((But I you are fasting, but I want Qrbیہ)).

خَبَّأُنَالَکَ حَیْسًا،فَقَالَ:((أَمَا إِنَّی کُنْتُ أُرِیدُ الصَّوْمَ وَلَکِنْ قَرِّبِیہِ))۔ ← دَخَلَ عَلَیَّ رَسُولُ اللہِ فَقُلْتُ: ← عَائِشَةَ ← عَمَّہِ عَائشَۃَ ابْمَۃِ طَلْحَۃَ،

عَنْ عَائِشَۃَ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا قَالَتْ: دَخَلَ عَلَیَّ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقُلْتُ:إِنَّا خَبَّأْنَالَکَ حَیْسًا، فَقَالَ:((أَمَا إِنِّی کُنْتُ أَُرِیدُ الصَّوْمَ وَلکِنْ قَرِّبِیہِ))

For Aaihۃ or Believers may Allہ Anھa said, entered the Messenger Allہ upon him Allہ Alیہ, I said: I am Bonalک Hیsa, he said: ((But I you are fasting, but I want Qrbیہ))

عَائِشَۃَ اُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ

عَنِ ابْنِ شِھِابٍ الْحَدِیثَ الَّزِی رَوَیْتُ عَنْ حَفْصَۃَ، وَعَائِشَۃَ، عَنِ النَّبِیِّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَھُمَا أَصْبَحَتَا صَائِمَتَیْنِ فَأُھْدِیّ لَھُمَا شَیْءٌ، فَأَفْطَرَتَا، فَذَکَرَتَا ذَلِکَ لِلنَّبیِّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ:((صُومَا یَوْمًا مَکَانَہُ))۔ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَیْجٍ: فَقُلْتُ لَہُ: أَسَمِعْتَہُ مِنْ عُرْوَۃَ بْنِ الزُّبَیْرِ؟ فَقَالَ:لا إِنَّمَا أَخْبَرَنِیہِ رَجُلٌ بِبَابِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِکِ بْنِ مَرْوَانَ أَوْ رَجُلٌ مِنْ جُلَسَاءِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِکِ بْنِ مَرْوَانَ

حَفْصَةَ، وَعَائِشَةَ، ← ابْنِ شِھِابٍ الْحَدِیثَ الَّزِی رَوَیْتُ

عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِی رَبَاحٍ: أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ کَانَ لا یَرَی بَأْسًا أَنْ یُفْطِرَ الإِنْسَانُ فِی صِیَامِ التَّطَوُّعِ، وَیَضْرِبُ لَذِلِکَ أَمْثَالا: رَجُلٌ طَافَ سَبْعًا وَلَمْ یُوَفِّہِ فَلَہُ، مَا احْتَسَبَ، أَوْ صَلَّی رَکْعَۃً وَلَمْ یُصَلِّ أُخْرَی فَلَہُ أَجْرُ مَا احْتَسَبَ۔

عَنْ عَمْرِو بْمَ دَینَارٍ، قَالَ: کَانَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ لا یَرَی بِالإِ فْطَارِ فِی صِیَامِ التَّطَوُّعِ بَأْسًا۔أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الصِّیَامِ، وَإِلَہ آخَرِ الْخَامِسِ مَنْ کِتَابِ الْعِیدَیْنِ

عَمْرِو بْمَ دَینَارٍ،

عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِیِ ینَ:أَنَّ أَبَاہُ دَعَا نَفَرًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِیِّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَی الْوَلِیمَۃِ فَأَتَاہُ فِیھِمْ أُبَیُّ کَعْبٍ، وَأَحْسَبُہُ قَالَ: فَبَارَکَ وَانْصَرَفَ

فَبَارَکَ وَانْصَرَفَ

سَمَعَ عَبْدَ اللہِ بْنَ أَبِی یَزِیدَ، یَقُولُ: دَعَا أَبِی عَبْدَ اللہِ بْنِ عُم۔رَ فَأَتَاہُ وَجَلَسَ وَوُضِعَ الطَّعَامُ، فَمَدَّ عَبْدَ اللہِ بْنُ عُمَرَیَدَہُ، وَقَالَ: خُدُ وَابِسْمِ اللہِ، وَقَبَضَ عَبْدُ اللہِ یَدَہُ، وَقَالَ: إِنَّی صَائِمٌ

«إِنِّي صَائِمٌ» ← خُدُ وَابِسْمِ اللہِ، وَقَبَضَ عَبْدُ اللہِ یَدَہُ، ← جَلَسَ وَوُضِعَ الطَّعَامُ، فَمَدَّ عَبْدَ اللہِ بْنُ عُمَرَیَدَہُ، ← دَعَا أَبِی عَبْدَ اللہِ بْنِ عُم۔رَ فَأَتَاہُ ← عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ،

عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِکٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ، أَنَّ النِّبِیَّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ أَتَی أَبَا طَلْحَۃَ، وَجَمَاعَہٌ مَعَہُ فَأَکَلُوا عِنْدَہُ، وَکَانَ ذَلِکَ فِی غَیْرِ وَلِیمَۃٍ۔ أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَۃَ الأَحَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْقَطْعِ فِی السَّرِقَۃِ

اَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِکٍ،

عَنْ أَبِی الدَّرْدَاءِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنہُ: أَنَّہُ کَانَ یَأْتِی أَھْلَہُ حِین یَتْصِفُ النَّھَارُ أَوْ قَبْلُ فَیَقُولُ: ھَلْ مَنْ غَدَاءٍ؟ فَیَجِدُہُ أَوْلا یَجِدُہُ فَیَقُولُ: لأَصُو مَنَّ ھَذَالْیَوْمَ فَیَصُومُہُ، وَإِنْ کَانَ مُفْطِرًا وَبَلَغَ ذَلِکَ الْحِینَ وَھُوَ مُفْطِرٌ

On the authority of Abi Al-Dardaa, may God be pleased with him: that the people would come when the day was before or before the day, so he said: Is tomorrow? Then he finds that he does not find him, and he says: To vote for those who fast this day, and if he breaks the fast and reaches that moment
