عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ:أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ احْتَجَمَ مُحْرِمًا صَائِمًا۔

عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ:أَنَّہُ کَانَ یَحْتَجِمُ وَھُوَ صَائِمٌ، ثُمَّ تَرَکَ ذَلِکَ۔أَخَرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِی مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِ، وَالثَّالِثَ مَنْ کِتَابِ الصَّیَامِ

عَنْ أخِیہِ خَالِدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ:أَنَّ عُمَرَبْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ أَفْطرَ فِی رَمَضَانَ فِی یَوْمِ ذِی غَیْمٍ، وَرَأی أَنَّہُ قَدْ أَمْسَی وَغَابَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَجَاءَہُ رَجُلٌ، فَقَالَ :یَاأَمِیرَ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ، قَدْ طَلَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: الْخَطْبُ یَسِیرٔ۔

قَالَ الشَّافِعِیُّ: وَمَنْ تَقَیَّأَ وَھُوَ صَائِمٌ وَجَبَ عَلَیْہِ الْقَضَاءُ، وَمَنْ ذَرَعَہُ الْقَیْءُ فَلا قَضَاءَ عَلَیْہِ۔
