Musnad Imam Shafi

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ:أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِمُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ حِینَ بَعَثَہُ:((فإِنْ أَجَابُوکَ فَأَ عْلِمْھُمْ أَنَّ عَلَیْھِمْ صَدَقَۃَ تُؤْ خَذُ مِنْ أَغْنِیَانِھِمْ وَتُرَدُّفِی فُقَرَائِھِمْ))

Ibn Abbas, may Allہ Anہ: that the Messenger of Allہ peace Allہ Alیہ him said to forbid bin Jabal while Bosہ: ​​((the Ojaboک Fa Almھm that the defendants Sedkۃ Ta Take Ognیanھm and Trdvی Vaqraiھm))

ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ:أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ

عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِکِ:أَنَّ رَجُلا قَالَ:یَارسُولَ اللہِ ، نَشَدْتُکَ بِاللہِ، اللہ أَمَرَکَ أَنْ تَاٌخُذَ الصَّدَقَۃَ مِنْ أَغْنِیَائِنَا، وَتَرُدَّھَا فِی فُقَرَائِنَا؟ قَالَ:((اللّٰھُمَّ نَعَمْ))

On the authority of Anas Ibn Malik: A man said: O Messenger of God, I begged you with God, for He commanded you to take alms for charity from our wealthy people, who are among us? He said: “Oh God, yes.”

عَنْ قَبِیصَۃَ بْنِ الْمُخَارِقِ الْھِلالِِّ، قَالَ: تَحَمَّلْتُ حَمَالَۃً فَأَتَئْتُ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَأَلْتُہُ فَقَالَ:((نُؤَدِّیھَا)) وَذَکَرَ الْحَدِیثَ

On the authority of Qubais, among the crescent breaches, he said: I endured a lamb, so the Prophet, peace and blessings of God, came to me and said (he said):

تَحَمَّلْتُ حَمَالَۃً فَأَتَئْتُ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَأَلْتُہُ فَقَالَ:((نُؤَدِّیھَا)) وَذَکَرَ الْحَدِیثَ ← قَبِیصَۃَ بْنِ الْمُخَارِقِ الْھِلالِِّ،

عَنْ عُبَیْدِ اللہِ بْنِ عَدِیِّ بْنِ الْخِیَارِ:أَنَّ رَجُلَیْنِ أَخْبَرَاہُ: أَنَھُمَا أَتَیَا رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَأَلاُ مِنَ الصَّدَقَۃِ فَصَعَّدَ فِیھِمَا وَصَوَّبَ، وَقَالَ:((إِنْ شِئْتُمَا وَلا حَظَّ فِیھَا لِغَنِیَّ ، وَلا لِذِی قُوَّۃِ مُکْتَسِبٍ))

عَنْ أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ:أَنَّ عُمَرَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ قَالَ لأَ بِی بَکْرِ رَصِّیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ فِیمَنْ مَنَعَ الصَّدَقَۃَ: أَلَیْسَ قَدْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ:" لا أَزَالُ أُقَاتِلُ النَّاسَ حَتَّی یَقُونُوا: لا إِلَہَ إِلا اللہُ فَإِذَا قَالُو ھَا فَقَدْ عَصَمُوا مِنِّی دِمَاءَ ھُمْ وَأَ مْوَ الَھُمْ إِلا بِحَقِّھَا وَحِسَا بُھُمْ عَلَی اللہِ"فَقَالَ أَبُوبَکْرً رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ:ھَذَا مِنْ حَقِّھَا یَعْنِی مَنْعَھُمُ الصَّدَقَۃَ

لأَ بِی بَکْرِ رَصِّیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ فِیمَنْ مَنَعَ الصَّدَقَۃَ: أَلَیْسَ قَدْ ← أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ:أَنَّ عُمَرَ

عَنْ أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْیُ:أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:لا أَزَالُ قَاتِلُ النَّاسَ حَتَّی یَقُولُوا:لا إِلا اللہُ فَإِذَا قَالُو الا إِلَہَ إِلا اللہُ فَقَدْ عَصَمُوا مِنِّی دِمَاءَ ھُمْ وَأَمْوَ الَھُمْ إِلا بِحَقِّھَا وَحِسَابُھُمْ عَلَی اللہِ ۔قَالَ أَبَوَبکَّرِ رَضِیَ اللہَ عَنَہَ:ھَذَامِنَ حَقِّھَا لَوَ مَنَعُونِی عِقَالا مِمَّا أَعْطَوْا رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ لَقَالَلْتُھُمْ عَلَیْہِ

عَنْ أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ:أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ قَالَ لأَبِی بَکْرٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ ھَذَا الْقَوْلَ أَوْمَعْنَاہُ۔أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِی مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِ، وَالثَّانِیَ وَالثَّالِتَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْجِزْیَۃِ

عَنْ عَبْدِاللہِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ، یَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یَقُولُ:((مَا مِنْ رَجُ؛ِ لا یُؤَدِّی زِکَاۃَ مَالِہِ إِلا مُثِّلَ لَہُ یَوْمَ الْقِیَامَۃِ شُجَاعًا أَفْرَعَ یَفِرُّمِنْہُ، وَھُوَ یَتْبَعُہُ حَتَّی یُطَوِّقَہُ فِی عُنُقِہِ))۔ثُمَّ قَرَأَ عَلَیْنَا رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ : (سَیُطَوَّقُونَ مَابَخِلُوابِہِ یَوْمَ الْقِیَامَۃِ)

عبدِاللهِ بنِ مسعودٍ

عَنْ أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: أَنَّہُ کَانَ یَقُولُ: مَنْ کَانَ لَہُ مَالٌ لا یُؤَدِّی زَکَاتَہُ، مُثِّلَ لَہُ یَوْمَ الْقِیَامَۃِ شُجَاعًا أَقْرَعَ لَہُ زَبِسَتَانِ یَطْلُبُہُ حَتَّی یُمْکِنَہُ یَقُولُ: أَنَا کَنْرُکَ
