Musnad Imam Shafi

عَنْ عَبْدِاللہِ بْنِ دِینَارٍ، قَالَ:سَأَلْتُ سَعِیدَ بْنَ الْمُسَیِّبِ، عَنْ صَدَقَۃِ الْبَرَاذِینَ، قَالَ:وَھَلْ فِی الْخَبْلِ صَدَقَۃٌ؟ أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَۃَ الأَ حَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ

On the authority of Abdullah Bin Dinar, he said: I asked Saeed bin al-Musayyib, about the charity of the two professors, he said: Is it in the heart? Take out the four hadiths from the Book of Zakat

عَبْدِاللہِ بْنِ دِینَارٍ، قَالَ:سَأَلْتُ سَعِیدَ بْنَ الْمُسَیِّبِ،

عَنْ أَبِی عَمْرِ وبَنِ حِمَاسٍ: أَنَا أَبَاہُ قَالَ:مَرَرْتُ بِعُمَرَبْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ وَعَلَی عُنُقِی آدِمَۃٌ أَحْمِلْھَا،فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: أَلا تُوَدِّی زَکَتَکَ یَا حِمَاسُ؟ فَقُلْتُ: یَا أمِیرَ الْمُؤْمِیِینَ، مَالِی غَیْرُ ھَذِہِ الَّتِی عَلَی ظَھْرِی وَاَھِبۃٌ فِی الْقَرَظِ، فَقَالَ: ذَاکَ مَالٌ فَضَعَ، قَالَ:فَوَضَعْتُھَا بَیْنَ یَدَیْہِ، فَحَسَبَھَا فَوَجَدْتُ قَدْ وَجَبَ فِیھَا الزَّکَاۃُ، افَأَخَذَ مِنْھَا الزَّکَاۃَ

On the authority of Abu Umar and Bin Hammas: I, my father, said: I have passed through the age of the speech. أَبَاہُ قَالَ:مَرَرْتُ بِعُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ وَعَلَی عُنُقِی آدِمَۃٌ أَحْمِلْھَا،فَ ← أَبِی عَمْرِ وبَنِ حِمَاسٍ:

أَخْبَرَنَاسُفْیَانُ بْنُ عُیَیْنَۃَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَجْلان، عَنْ أَبِی الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ أَبِی عَمْرِوبْنِ حِمَاسٍ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ مِثْلَہُ۔

أَبِیہِ مِثْلَہُ۔ ← أَبِی عَمْرِوبْنِ حِمَاسٍ، ← أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، ← ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ، ← أَخْبَرَنَاسُفْیَانُ بْنُ عُیَیْنَۃَ،

عَنْ زُرَیْقِ بْنِ حَکِیمٍ: أَنَّ عُمَرَبْنَ عَبْدِالْعَزِیزِ کَتَبَ إِلَیْہِ: انْظُرْ مَنْ مَرَّبِکَ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِینَ فَخُذْمِمَّا ظَھَرَ مِنْ أَمْوَ الِھِمْ مِنَ التِّجَارَاتِ، مِنْ کُلِّ أَرْبَعَینَ دِینَارًا دِینَارًا، فَمَانَقَصَ فَبِحِسَابِ حَتَّی تَبْلُغَ عِشْرِ بنَ دینَارًا فَإِنْ نَقَصَتْ ثُلُثَ دِینَارِ فَدَعْھَا وَلا تَأْخُذْ مِنْھَا شَیْئًا۔ أَخْرَجَ الثَّالثَۃَ الأَ حَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ

زُرَیْقِ بْنِ حَکِیمٍ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِالْعَزِیزِ

عَنْ یُو سُفَ بْنِ مَاھَکَ:أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ،قَالَ:((ابْتَغُوا فِی مَالِ الْیَتِیمِ أَوْ فِی مَالِ الْیَتَامَی لا تُذْھِیُھَا وَلا تَسْتَأُ صِلُھَا الزَّکَاۃُ))

On the authority of Yusuf bin Mahek: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: (Despend in the money of the orphan or when the money is not long)

عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَّاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ قَالَ: کَانَتْ عَائِشَۃُ زَوْجُ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ تَلِینِی أَنَا وَأَخَوَیْنِ لِی یَتِیمَیْنِ فِی حِجْرِھَا فَکَانَتْ تُخْرجُ مَنْ أَمْوَالِنَار الزّکَاۃَ

وَأَخَوَیْنِ لِی یَتِیمَیْنِ فِی حِجْرِھَا فَکَانَتْ تُخْرجُ مَنْ أَمْوَالِنَار الزّکَاۃَ ← کَانَتْ عَائِشَۃُ زَوْجُ النَّبِیُّ تَلِینِی ← أَبِيهِ ← عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ،

عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ، قَالَ: کَانَتْ عَائِشَۃُ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا تَلِینِی وَأَخَالِی فِی حِجْرِھَا فَکَانَتْ تُخْرِجُ مِنْ أَمْوَالِنَاالزَّکَاۃَ

On the authority of Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Qasim, on the authority of Abiہ, he said: It was Aisha, may God be pleased with her, that she was soft and there was something in the direction of Hajj

کَانَتْ عَائِشَۃُ تَلِینِی وَأَخَالِی فِی حِجْرِھَا فَکَانَتْ تُخْرِجُ مِنْ أَمْوَالِنَاالزَّکَاۃَ ← أَبِيهِ ← عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ،

عَنْ نَافِعِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّہُ کَانَ یُزَکّیِ مَالَ الْیَتِیمِ

On the authority of Nafi, on the authority of Ibn Omar, that he paid zakat on the wealth of an orphan

ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّہُ کَانَ یُزَکّیِ مَالَ الْیَتِیمِ ← نَافِعٍ

عَنْ عَمْرِوبْنِ دِینَارٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَبْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ، قَالَ: ابْتَغُوافِی أمْوَالِ الْیَتَامَی لا تَسْتَھْلِکُھَا الزَّکَاۃُ

It was reported from Amroubeen dinar that the letter of God was pleased with God, who said: I wish to cover my money with orphans, which are not consumed by zakat.

ابْتَغُوافِی أمْوَالِ الْیَتَامَی لا تَسْتَھْلِکُھَا الزَّکَاۃُ ← عَمْرِوبْنِ دِینَارٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَبْنَ الْخَطَّابِ

عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ:کَانَتْ عَائِشَۃُ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا تُزَکِّی أَنْوَالَنَا، وَإِنَّہُ لَیُتَّجرُ بِھَا فِی الْبَحْرَیْنِ۔ أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ، وَإِلَی آخِرِ السَّادِسِ مِنْ کِتَابِ جِرَاحِ الْعَمْدِ

On the authority of Al-Qasim Ibn Muhammad, he said: It was Aisha, may God be pleased with her, who would pay zakat on our looms, and that he would not be trafficked to them for۔ Take the two hadiths out of the zakat book, and to the end of the sixth from the mayor’s book

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ:أَنَّہُ قَالَ: لَیْسَ فِی الْعَرْضِ زَکَاۃٌ إِلا أَنْ یُرَادَبِہِ التِّجَارَۃُ۔

On the authority of Ibn Omar: He said: There is no zakat on offer except that the merchants come to it.

لَیْسَ فِی الْعَرْضِ زَکَاۃٌ إِلا أَنْ یُرَادَبِہِ التِّجَارَۃُ۔ ← ابْنِ عُمَرَ:أَنَّہُ

عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ، عَنْ عَائِشَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا أَنَّھَا کَانَتْ تَلِی بَنَاتِ أَخِیھَا یَتَامَی فِی حِجْرِھَا، لَھُنَّ الْحُلِیُّ فَلا تُخْرجُ مِنْہُ الزَّکَاۃَ

أَبِيهِ ← عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ،
