أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَّقَ بَيْنَ الْمُتَلاعِنَيْنِ، وَأَلْحَقَ الْوَلَدَ بِالْمَرْأَةِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ رَجُلا لاعَنَ امْرَأَتَهُ فِي زَمَانِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَانْتَفَى مِنْ وَلَدِهَا، فَفَرَّقَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَهُمَا، وَأَلْحَقَ الْوَلَدَ بِالْمَرْأَةِ. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ، وَالثَّانِيَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الظِّهَارِ وَاللِّعَانِ وَهُوَ آخِرُ حَدِيثٍ فِيهِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: وَسَمِعْتُ سُفْيَانَ بْنَ عُيَيْنَةَ، يَقُولُ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِلْمُتَلاعِنَيْنِ: «حِسَابُكُمَا عَلَى اللَّهِ، أَحَدُكُمَا كَاذِبٌ، لا سَبِيلَ لَكَ عَلَيْهَا» ، قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَالِي، قَالَ: «لا مَالَ لَكَ إِنْ كُنْتَ صَدَقْتَ عَلَيْهَا فَهُوَ بِمَا اسْتَحْلَلْتَ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا، وَإِنْ كُنْتَ كَذَبْتَ عَلَيْهَا، فَذَلِكَ أَبْعَدُ لَكَ مِنْهَا أَوْ مِنْهُ» . أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ الظِّهَارِ وَاللِّعَانِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، يَقُولُ: فَرَّقَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ أَخَوَيْ بَنِي الْعَجْلانِ، وَقَالَ هَكَذَا بِإِصْبَعَيْهِ الْمُسَبِّحَةِ وَالْوُسْطَى فَفَرَّقَهُمَا الْوُسْطَى وَالَّتِي تَلِيهَا، يَعْنِي الْمُسَبِّحَةَ، وَقَالَ: «اللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّ أَحَدَكُمَا كَاذِبٌ فَهَلْ مِنْكُمَا تَائِبٌ» .

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْهَادِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يُونُسَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ الْمَقْبُرِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ الْقُرَظِيَّ، قَالَ الْمَقْبُرِيُّ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ آيَةُ الْمُلاعَنَةِ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ أَدْخَلَتْ عَلَى قَوْمٍ مَنْ لَيْسَ مِنْهُمْ، فَلَيْسَتْ مِنَ اللَّهِ فِي شَيْءٍ، وَلَمْ يُدْخِلْهَا اللَّهُ جَنَّتَهُ. وَأَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ جَحَدَ وَلَدَهُ وَهُوَ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِ، احْتَجَبَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى مِنْهُ، وَفَضَحَهُ عَلَى رُءُوسِ الْخَلائِقِ فِي الأَوَّلِينَ وَالآخِرِينَ» . أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الظِّهَارِ وَاللِّعَانِ.
