1547 - (م) - حدثنا أبي، قال: ثنا أبو نعيم، قال: ثنا أبو بكر #388# ابن مالك، قال: ثنا عبد الله، قال: حدثني أبي، قال: ثنا محمد بن بكر، قال: ثنا ابن جريج، قال: أخبرني أبو الزبير: أنه سمع جابر بن عبد الله يقول: صلى بنا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يوم النحر بالمدينة، فتقدم رجال، فنحروا، وظنوا أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قد نحر، فأمر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم من كان نحر قبله أن يعيد بنحر آخر، ولا ينحروا حتى ينحر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم.

صلَّى بنا النبيُّ يومَ النَّحرِ بالمدينةِ، فتقدمَ رجالٌ فنَحروا وظنُّوا ← جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: ← أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ ← ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، ← مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ← أَبِي ← عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ← أبو بكر ابن مالك، ← أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ← أَبِي ← 4332م-

1548 - (خ، م) - حدثنا أحمد بن خلف، قال: ثنا أبو عبد الله، قال: أنا أحمد بن سليمان، قال: ثنا إسماعيل بن إسحاق القاضي، قال: ثنا حجاج بن منهال، قال: ثنا شعبة، قال: أخبرني زبيد، قال: سمعت الشعبي يحدث: عن البراء بن عازب، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: ((إن أول ما نبدأ به في يومنا هذا أن نصلي، ثم نرجع فننحر، فمن فعل هذا فقد أصاب سنتنا، ومن نحر فإنما هو لحم قدمه لأهله، ليس من النسك في شيء))، قال: فقال أبو بردة بن نيار: يا رسول الله! إني ذبحت قبل أن أصلي، وعندي جذعة خير من مسنة، قال: ((اجعلها مكانها، ولن تجزئ -أو توفي- عن أحد بعدك))، قال بعضهم: عندي عناق، وقال آخر: عندي داجن من المعز جذعة، وقال آخر: عندي شاة لبن.

1549 - (م) - حدثنا عبد الواحد بن أحمد، قال: ثنا الطلحي، قال: ثنا أبو أسيد، قال: ثنا محمد بن ثواب الهباري، قال: ثنا عبد الله #389# ابن نمير، عن زكريا، عن فراس، عن الشعبي: عن البراء قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((من استقبل قبلتنا، وصلى صلاتنا، ونسك نسكنا، فلا يذبح حتى يصلي))، فقال خال البراء: يا رسول الله! قد نسكت عن ابن لي، قال: ((ذاك شيء عجلته لأهلك))، فقال: إن عندي شاة لبن هي خير من شاتين، قال: ((ضح بها عنك؛ فإنها خير نسيكة)). وفي الباب: عن جندب، وأنس بن مالك: في أن الذبح بعد الصلاة، وقال أنس: فإن كانت رخصته عدت ذلك الرجل فلا علم لي.

1551 - (خ إن شاء الله) - حدثنا حمد بن أحمد بن عمر، وغيره، قالا: أنا أبو عبد الله، قال: أنا الهيثم بن كليب، قال: ثنا عيسى بن أحمد العسقلاني، قال: ثنا ابن وهب، قال: أخبرني سعيد بن أبي أيوب، عن زهرة بن معبد: عن جده عبد الله بن هشام -وكان قد أدرك رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم- قال: ذهبت به أمه زينب بنت حميد إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فقالت: يا رسول الله! #390# بايعه، فقال رسول الله: ((هو صغير))، فمسح رأسه ودعا له، وإنه كان يضحي بالشاة الواحدة عن جميع أهله.

1552 - (م) - حدثنا أحمد بن خلف، قال: ثنا أبو عبد الله، قال: أنا أحمد بن جعفر، قال: ثنا عبد الله بن أحمد، قال: حدثني أبي، قال: ثنا هارون بن معروف، قال: ثنا ابن وهب، قال: أنا حيوة، قال: أخبرني أبو صخر، عن ابن قسيط، عن عروة بن الزبير: عن عائشة: أن رسول الله أمر بكبش أقرن؛ يطأ في سواد، وينظر في سواد، ويبرك في سواد، فأتي به ليضحي به، ثم قال: ((يا عائشة! هلمي المدية))، ثم قال: ((استحديها بحجر))، ففعلت، فأخذها وأخذ الكبش، فأضجعه ثم ذبحه، وقال: ((بسم الله، عن محمد وآل محمد))، ثم ضحى به.

1554 - (م) - حدثنا إسماعيل بن عثمان بن عمر، قال: أنا علي بن أحمد بن عبدان، قال: أنا أحمد بن عبيد، قال: ثنا يوسف بن يعقوب القاضي، قال: ثنا عمرو، قال: أنا شعبة، عن القاسم بن أبي بزة، عن أبي الطفيل، قال: سئل علي: هل خصكم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بشيء؟ فقال: ما خصنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بشيء لم يعم به الناس كافة، إلا ما كان في قراب سيفي هذا، فأخرج صحيفة، فإذا فيها: ((لعن الله من ذبح لغير الله، ولعن الله من سرق منار الأرض، ولعن الله من لعن والديه، ولعن الله من آوى محدثا)).

1556 - (خ، م) - حدثنا أحمد بن خلف، قال: ثنا أبو عبد الله، وأبو زكريا، قالا: ثنا محمد بن يعقوب، قال: ثنا محمد بن الجهم، قال: ثنا آدم بن أبي إياس، قال: ثنا شعبة، قال: ثنا قتادة: #392# عن أنس قال: ضحى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بكبشين أملحين أقرنين، فرأيته واضعا قدمه على صفاحهما يسمي ويكبر، فذبحهما بيده. قال: ثنا أحمد بن حنبل، قال: ثنا عباد بن العوام، قال: أخبرني يحيى بن سعيد، قال: سمعت أبا أمامة بن سهل بن حنيف يقول: كان المسلمون يشتري أحدهم الأضحية، فيسمنها، فيذبحها بعد الأضحى في آخر ذي الحجة. قال أحمد بن حنبل: هذا الحديث عجب.

1557 - (خ، م) - حدثناه أبو منصور، قال: ثنا أبو بكر، قال: ثنا محمد بن أحمد بن إبراهيم، قال: ثنا موسى بن إسحاق، قال: ثنا عبد الله بن سعد بن إبراهيم، قال: ثنا عمي يعقوب بن إبراهيم بن سعد، قال: ثنا ابن أخي الزهري، عن عمه، عن سالم بن عبد الله: #393# عن ابن عمر، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((كلوا من لحوم الأضاحي ثلاثا)). فكان عبد الله يأكل الزيت حين ينفر من منى؛ من أجل لحوم الهدي. وفي الباب في الترخيص عن جماعة: بريدة بن الحصيب، وسلمة ابن الأكوع، وجابر بن عبد الله، وقتادة بن النعمان، وثوبان، وعائشة بألفاظ مختلفة؛ فأما حديث عائشة فأحسنها، من قولها وإسنادها.

1558 - (خ) - حدثنا أحمد بن سهل، قال: أنا أبو علي السختياني، قال: أنا محمد بن إسحاق الصبغي، قال: ثنا الحسن بن علي بن زياد، قال: ثنا إسماعيل بن أبي أويس، قال: حدثني أخي، عن سليمان بن بلال، عن يحيى بن سعيد، عن عروة: عن عائشة -رضي الله عنها- قالت: الضحية كنا نملح منها، ونقدم به إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بالمدينة، فقال: ((لا تأكلوا منه إلا ثلاثة أيام))، وليست بعزيمة، ولكن أراد أن يطعموا منه، والله أعلم. فقول عائشة دال على أن من الامر ما هو أمر إيجاب، ومنه ما هو أمر استحباب.
