349 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشَاءَ الْوَرَثَةُ» [ص:257] قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ: عَطَاءٌ الْخُرَاسَانِيُّ لَمْ يُدْرِكِ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَلَمْ يَرَهُ

350 - حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا هِقْلُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «السَّاكِنُ مِنْ أَرْبَعِينَ دَارًا جَارٌ» ، قَالَ: فَقُلْتُ: لِابْنِ شِهَابٍ وَكَيْفَ أَرْبَعُونَ دَارًا؟، قَالَ: أَرْبَعُونَ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ وَخَلْفَهُ وَبَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ
