عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ:إِنَّ عِنْدَہُ کِتَابًا مِنَ الْعُقُولِ نَزَلَ بِہِ الْوَحْیُ، وَمَا فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ صَدَقَۃٍ وَعُقُولٍ فَإِنَّمَا نَزَلَ بِہِ الْوَ حْیُ، وَقِیلَ:لَمْ یَسُنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ شَیْئًا قَطُّ إِلا بِوَحْیٍ مِنَ اللہِ عَزَّوَجَلَّ فَمِنَ الْوَحْیِ مَایُتْلَی وَمِنْہُ مَا یَکُونُ وَحْیًا إِلَی رَسُولِہِ فَیَسْتَنُّ بِہِ۔أَخْرَجَ الأََوَّلَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ، وَالثَّانِیَ مِنْ کِتَابِ إِبْطَالِ الا سْتِحْسَانِ
