عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ:ھَذِہِ الصَّدَقَۃُ، ثُمَّ تُرِکَتِ الْغَنَمُ وَغَیْرُھَا، وَکَرِھَمَا النَّاسُ۔بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِیمِ ھَذِہِ فَرِیضَۃُ الصَّدَقَۃِ الَّتِی فَرَضَھَا رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَی الْمُسْلِمِینَ الَّتِی أَمَرَ اللہُ بِھَا فَمَنْ سُئِلَھَا عَلَی وَجْھِھَا مَنَ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ فَلْیُعْطِھَا ،وَمَن سُئِلَ فَوْ قَھَا فَلا یُعْطِہِ۔فِی أَرْبَعٍ وَعِشْرِینَ مِنَ الإِبِلِ فَمَادُونَھَا الْغَنَمُ فِی کُلِّ خَمْسٍ شَاۃٌ، فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ خَمْسًا عَعِشرِ بنَ إِلَی خَمْسِ وَثَلائِینَ فَفِیھَا ابْنَۃُ مَخَاضٍ أُنَثَی، فَإِنْ لَمْ یَکُنْ فِیھَا ابْتَۃُ مَخَاضٍ فَابْنُ لَبُون ذَکَرٌ، فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ سِتَّا وَثَلائِینَ إِلَی خَمْسِ وَأَرْبَعِینَ فَفِیھَا ابْنَۃُ لَبُون أُنَثَی، فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ سِتَّا وَأَرْبَعِینِ إِلَی سِتِّینَ فَفِیھَّا حِقَّۃٌ طَرُوقَۃُ الْجَمَلِ، فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ إِحْدَی وَسِتِّئنَ إِلَی خَمْسٍ وَسَبْعِینِ فَفِیھَا جَذَعَۃٌ فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ سِتَّا وَسَبْعِینَ إِلَی تَسْعِینَ فَفِیھَا ابْنَتَا لَبُون، فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ إِحْدَی عِشْرِ بِنَ وَمِائَۃٍ فَفِیھَا حِقَّتَان طَرُوقَتَا الْجَمَل فَإِذَا زَادَتْ عَلَی عِشْرِبِنَ وَمِائَۃٍ فَفِی کُلِّ أرْبَعِینَ بِنْتُ لَبُونِ وَفِی کُلِّ خَمْسِینَ حِقَّۃٌ۔وَإِنْ تَبَایَنَتْ أَسْنَانُّ الإِبِل فِی فَرِیضَۃِ الصَّدَقَۃِ بَلَغَتْ عِنْدَہُ مِنَ الإِبِلِ صَدَقَۃٌ، فَإَنَّھَا تُقْبَلُ مِنْہُ الْحِقَّۃُ وَیَجْعَلُ مَعَھَا شَاتَیْنِ إِن اسْتَیْسَرَتَا عَلَیْہِ أَوْ عِشْرِ بِنَ دِرْھَمَا، فَإِذَابَلغَتْ عَلَیْہِ الْحِقَّۃُ، وَلَیْسَتْ عِنْدَہُ حِقَّۃٌ وَعِنْدَہُ جَذَعَۃٌ، فَإَنَّھَا تُقْبَلُ مَنْہُ الْجَذَعَۃُ، وَیُعْطَیہِ الْمُصَدِّقُ عِشْرِینَ دِرْھَمَا أَوْ شَاتَیْنِ
