عَنْ جَابِرٍ، وَھُوَ یُحَدِّثُ عَنْ حَجَّۃِ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:خَرَجْنَامَعَ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّی إِذَاکُنَّا بِالْبَیْدَاءِ، فَنَظَرْتُ مَدَّبَصَرِی مِنْ بَیْنِ رَاکِبِ ورَاجِلِ بَیْنَ یَدَیْہِ، وَعَنْ یَمِینِہِ وَعَنْ شِمَالِہِ وَمِنْ وَرَائِہِ کُلـُھُم یُرِیدُ أَنْ بَأْتَمَّ بِہِ، یَلْتَمِسُ أَنْ یَقُولَ کَمَا یَقُولُ رَسُولُ اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ لا تَنْوِی إِلا الْحَجَّ وَلا نَعْرِفُ غَیْرَہُ، وَلا نَعْرِفُ الْعُمْرَۃَ فَلَمَّا طُفْنَا فَکُنَّا عِنْدَ الْمَرْوَۃِ قَالَ:((أَیُّھَا النَّاسُ مَنْ لَمْ یَکُنْ مَعَہُ ھَدْیٌ فَلْیَحْلِلْ، وَلْیَجْعَلْھَا عُمْرَۃً وَلَوِ اسْتَقْبَلْتُ مَنْ أَمْرِی مَا اسْتَدْبَرْتُ مَا أَھْدَیْتُ))، فَحَلَّ مَنْ لَمْ یَکُنْ مَعَہَ ھَدْیٌ
