عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّہُ قَالَ: یُلَبِّی الْمُعْتَمِرُ حَتَّی یَفْتَتِحَ الطَّوَافَ مُسْتَلِمٍا وَغَیْرَ مُسْتَلِمٍ۔

It was narrated on the authority of Ibn Abbas that he said: He will meet the pilgrim until the ritual conquest of the people is completed and not received.
