عَنْ أَبَان بْنِ عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ رَضَیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:(( الْمُحْرِمُ لا یَنْکِحُ وَلا یَخْطُبُ))۔
