عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: لا یَنْکِحُالْمُحْرِمُ وَلا یُنْکِحُ وَلا یَخْطُبُ عَلَی نَفْسِہِ وَلا عَلَی غَیْرِہِ۔
