أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ. وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ: بَيْعُ التَّمْرِ بِالتَّمْرِ إِلا أَنَّهُ أَرْخَصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا. أَخْرَجَ السَّبْعَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ.

Sufyan told us, on the authority of Ibn Jarij, on the authority of Ata, on the authority of Jaber: that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade him.
