أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَشْتَرِطُ عَلَى الَّذِي يَكْرِيهِ أَرْضَهُ أَلا يَعُرَّهَا، وَذَلِكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدَعَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ الْكِرَى. أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرُّهُونِ وَالإِجَارَاتِ، وَالْخَامِسَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الدَّعَاوِي وَالْبَيِّنَاتِ.

Ibn Abi Yahya told us, on the authority of Amr Bin Dinar, on the authority of Ibn Omar: that he used to stipulate that he who dislikes his land, and not his. Take out the four hadiths from the book of mortgages and rents, and the fifth from the book of lawsuit and evidence.
